Popular adult star Lina Bina found dead aged just 24
The latest X-rated performer to lose their life is Lina Bina, better known as 'Miss John Dough' to her many fans online.
Lina died on Tuesday, August 5 at just 24 years old, according to the Polk County Medical Examiner.
The late star's cousin - content creator Miguel Santiago - confirmed her death and shared a tribute for her on TikTok.
'It's so tragic. It's so unbelievable,' he said in a video.
'Keep your family close, 'cause you don't know when's the last time you're gonna see them or even speak to them.'
News of her passing has spread quickly over social media, with Twitch streamer Richard Stark and OnlyFans star Coco Bliss both posting tributes to Lina online.
In a clip Coco posted on her Instagram stories, she showed Lina - who boasted more than 195,000 followers between her Instagram and TikTok accounts - and her dancing in a club.
Over the video she wrote, 'You left us too soon... Rest in peace lovely.'
Lina's death comes just weeks after the tragic passing of porn star Kylie Page, who was found dead at age 28 from a suspected drug overdose in June.
Page was focused on her sobriety and had just celebrated a milestone of 60 days sober before she died, according to TMZ.
The outlet said that not only was Page attending AA meetings regularly, she was even leading some of them herself.
Page had a long history with substance abuse, beginning when she was just a teenager.
The blonde bombshell battled drugs for years before eventually checking into rehab and then living in a sober house as she attempted to get her life back on track.
She was one of the adult performers featured in the Netflix docuseries Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On, which was executive produced by Rashida Jones.
Page's death also comes as bodybuilding porn star, Damien Stone, died at the age of 32 in March.
Stone was a prolific adult performer and bodybuilder who had amassed a large following due to his extremely muscular physique.
The Moldovan-born star was also known for his versatility in front of the camera, filming X-rated scenes with men, women, and transgender women.
He worked for many of the industry's biggest studios during his career, including Raging Stallion and Men.
Stone pulled back from mainstream porn in 2020 to focus on bodybuilding and his OnlyFans account.

Former Southern Charm personality Jarrett 'JT' Thomas stunned his 61,000 Instagram followers on Monday night as he took to the platform to share racy content. The 39-year-old real estate developer used the app's Stories to brazenly share nude photos taken in his Washington, DC hotel room. The string of images was off to an innocuous start, with the Bravo celebrity sharing a tame mirror selfie snapshot from bed, where his lower half was covered by white sheets. Brad Pitt burglary: Four teens arrested also targeted other LA stars, say police
Four teenagers have been arrested over a burglary that left actor Brad Pitt's home ransacked, police suspects are allegedly behind a number of "celebrity burglaries" that targeted the houses of actors and professional athletes, Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell said the male suspects, two 18-year-olds and two boys aged 17 and 16, are alleged street gang members, and property stolen in the burglaries was found when police searched their did not name those whose homes were targeted by the suspects, but celebrities including Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, LA Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto and LA Football Club's Olivier Giroud have reported break-ins this year. The investigation started in late June after Pitt's home was ransacked by a trio of masked thieves. McDonnell said the group hopped a perimeter fence surrounding the Los Feliz home and shattered a window, hopping inside and taking items before fleeing. Police did not confirm the home belonged to the Oscar-winning actor, but the address matched that of a home Pitt bought in large three-bedroom home sits just outside Griffith Park, which is home to the famous Hollywood Sign. It is surrounded by a large fence and greenery that shields the home from public was not home at the time of the burglary and was promoting his new film, F1. The BBC has contacted representatives for the actor. McDonnell said investigators found the suspects were part of a crew that "were burglarizing various high-profile residents throughout the city", which he said included homes of "actors and professional athletes". Last week, authorities followed the four suspects and were able to arrest them on burglary charges, he added. Police did not elaborate on what items were recovered after police searched their homes. He noted, though, that anyone posting on social media about their travels can unknowingly be alerting a potential thief to their location. "We don't really give enough thought to... [while] we want our friends to know where we are and what we're doing, you're telling everybody else then who may be looking to exploit your situation," McDonnell said.
