According to the Local Democracy Reporting Service, the club has said the development plan is part of its ambition to become "the biggest rugby club in the northern hemisphere".The site would house three full-size rugby pitches, one for the first team, one for the academy side and the third for community use.Other sports facilities would include indoor netball and basketball courts and padel courts.
A "fanwalk" that connects Preston Road with Craven Park will get a makeover in the development.
