Ibiza Boss Jack Kay could earn six-figure salary this year with smart moves
Jack Kay, also known as the 'Ibiza Final Boss' went viral after footage of him dancing in Ibiza was shared online - and now he could be set to make a fortune from his newfound fame Jack Kay, nicknamed the Ibiza Final Boss, could make a hefty six-figure sum this year - provided he plays his cards right. The 26 year old from Newcastle became an overnight sensation after clips of him dancing on the Spanish party isle went viral on social media. However, it wasn't just his slick dance moves that caught people's eye - his unique bowl cut truly made him stand out from the crowd. Thanks to his newfound fame, he could now be set to earn substantial sums through television appearances and sponsorship deals, the Mirror reports. PR expert Mayah Riaz, of Miyah Media has spoken to the Mirror, stating: "The PR world loves an unexpected viral hero and Ibiza Final Boss, Jack Kay, is delivering in spades. "He's got the holy trinity of viral success: that he's relatable, he popped up at the right time, and he's unintentionally hilarious. The internet seems to love him. And in today's fame economy that kind of organic buzz can absolutely be cashed in on, if he plays it right." Since the clip of him went viral, Jack hasn't just gained attention he's amassed a valuable following of 27,000 followers on Instagram - and climbing. He has also gotten an agent, which will help him with serious earning potential. Mayah says: "We're already seeing brands jumping on his train by using his image, offering him guest list invites, and even offering him holidays." "If his following keeps growing and stays engaged, there's a very real chance of him pulling in £1-2k per post, especially if he leans into party brands, travel, fashion, or those lad-culture meme pages. And he's already back in Ibiza after just one day in the UK. That's likely down to club appearances as Ibiza venues love a viral name on the flyer. These bookings can easily land him £1k-£5k per night, depending on demand." She continues: "He has already announced he's going on tour. So he is aware he needs to cash in on this very quickly. Depending on the format of his tour, it could see him making £40k-£60k from it, as he has seen there must be a demand for it." "Already, some quick-thinkers have begun selling wigs of his infamous haircut. "If he created his own official merchandise, - if he moves fast with it - it could make around £50k on wig sales and around £75k from additional merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies and mugs," says Mayah. Fans of the viral clip will be thrilled to hear Jack is likely to appear on daytime TV interviews and panel shows, earning £500–£2k a pop, in the coming days, and potentially even reality shows like Big Brother or The Traitors, which could effortlessly net him £10k–£50k for a brief appearance. Mayah explained the world of PR is fuelled by freebies and "influencer swaps", including designer clothing, luxury hotel stays and sponsored trips, which could be worth over £10k. With the world at his fingertips, Jack could potentially rake in a high six-figure income this year, provided he capitalises on his fame swiftly. "Jack's rise is meme-led, and reason that it is working is because people aren't laughing at him, they're laughing with him," says Mayah. "He's got the everyman charm nailed: a regular lad from Newcastle, enjoying his moment. That kind of relatability is gold dust in PR. If I could offer Jack one piece of advice, it's to remember that viral fame burns hot and fast. If he wants to turn this 15-second clip into a six-figure year (and he absolutely can), he needs to start thinking long-term. Build the personal brand, get a solid PR strategy behind him and bring in a manager who can say 'no' to the right things.' Meanwhile, 23 year old Alisha Cook, a debt collector from Durham, has stepped forward claiming to be Jack's girlfriend. In a series of TikToks captioned: "POV: ya boyfriend's now known as Ibiza Final Boss," Alisha is seen getting cosy with Jack, featuring clips of him kissing her cheek and the pair partying together. The video has since been set to private, but fans had plenty to say in the comments, with one person quipping: "At least you know he didn't cheat - he's been filmed from every angle on TikTok just having a ball."

We sold our modern, bling UK home & bought a ‘huge' house with a pool & gym in Spain for £100k less – it's paradise
The family were able to significantly reduce their outgoings thanks to the move HOUSE THAT? We sold our modern, bling UK home & bought a 'huge' house with a pool & gym in Spain for £100k less – it's paradise A MUM who quit life in the UK has showed off her incredible new Spanish home, which features a pool and gym. She waved goodbye to their life and drove all the way to Alicante, Spain, along with her husband, two teens, three dogs and cat. Advertisement 2 The mum showed off the garden around the home on TikTok Credit: tiktok/@gbfitnessuk2spain 2 There was even a separate space for an outdoor gym and kitchen Credit: tiktok/@gbfitnessuk2spain Now, the mum has been sharing their journey on TikTok under the username @gbfitnessuk2spain - and their new home has left people stunned. In the viral video, the she gave a tour of the outside of the property, which spanned over many acres. Once you come through the main gates to the house there's a huge drive way with two paths you can follow - one that leads to the huge garage and the other to the house. "There's two parts to the garage," the mum explained. Advertisement "One is totally full and I didn't have the key and this bit at the moment we're just storying wood, but we will make a games room in there," she added. The mum noted that the garden is still a work in progress, and one of the next things they plan on doing is adding more trees for shade. The open space had a patio area with seating, and a huge pool, which the mum said they will eventually add sun loungers around. The pool area even has an outside shower and an area just for table tennis. Advertisement There's even more space for the kids to have fun, as around the corner from the pool is a huge trampoline and a bowls area. And the family have already go to work in creating an outdoor gym, and an outdoor kitchen. I ditched the UK & bought a house for the same price as a summer holiday As she continued to walk around the property it was clear there was plenty of space to do whatever they wanted with the land. In a previous clip, the mum explained they sold their four bedroom house in the UK, despite it being "perfect". Advertisement "Back in the UK you feel like you're just working to pay the bills, so the reason we sold it was to be able to move to Spain and buy a cheaper house to get rid of the mortgage and have less outgoings," she said. In fact, the mum revealed they sold their UK home for £100k more than the price of their Spanish pad. In time, the mum said she hopes to replicate the "very modern, very bling" style of their old home, but there's a lot of work to do. But after showing off the new digs people couldn't believe how much bag she got for her buck. Advertisement One commented: "So much property and land for your money over there, you can see why so many people do it." "I'm tired just watching [the video] it's huge! Looks absolutely amazing hun," a second wrote. And a third said: "You literally need an Uber to get around the garden, it's lovely though." Not everyone was impressed with the family's new pad though as one person pointed out: "See, this is this is the issue with you Spanish foreigners at the moment. Advertisement "To YOU, with your English money, the houses seem cheap, to us they're just a pipe dream, an unreachable goal due to how incredibly expensive houses are when you're earning Spanish wages. "Soon there won't be any Spanish homeowners and this is what's causing so much hate (even though technically it's not your fault.)"
