Bellingham's Real Madrid opened up the tournament with a 1-1 draw against Saudi side Al-Hilal.
The former Dortmund midfielder failed to find the net as Xabi Alonso's men were frustrated in front of goal.
But Bellingham is certainly winning off the pitch with Californian model Ashlyn.
The influencer showed off a custom Madrid creation ahead of Sunday's clash with Mexican side Pachuca.
Ashlyn took a mirror selfie of her wearing the Real shirt, which had been modified into a crop top.
Castro was first pictured with the Three Lions ace in January.
SunSport revealed Bellingham had whisked Ashlyn away for a series of dates over the New Year.
And she'd even met his parents on a visit to the Spanish capital.
Ashlyn has previously been linked with Hollywood actor Michael B Jordan and NBA stars LaMelo Ball and Terance Mann.
She boasts 540,000 followers on Instagram, where she keeps fans updated with her luxury travels around the world.
A recent update saw the Californian beauty rock a gorgeous fitted green outfit.
One fan gasped in response: "I think this is Bellingham's best goal."
While a second added: "You are just outrageous."
Ashlyn has also amassed a huge following on TikTok where she posts makeup tutorials and shares fashion advice with fans.
Bellingham was previously linked with Dutch model Laura Celia Valk.

His brother Jobe recently followed in his sibling's footsteps, joining Dortmund from Sunderland.
The 19-year-old netted his first goal for the club in Saturday's CWC showdown with Mamelodi.
Dortmund shelled out £32million for the teenager.
But the price tag - and comparisons with his big brother - are just distractions to the midfielder.
Jobe said: "I don't really care how it looks, but it might look a bit contradictory to some people.
"I was perhaps being biased against Dortmund for a very long time, because I have anxieties and fears, and you want to be your own man.
"But I don't think I should let those stop me from making the right decision."

How to treat your floors to prevent slipping
I have an industrial steel and concrete staircase in my house and I am replacing it with one made from tulipwood. It needs to be completely non-slip as I am a 73-year-old widow living alone and cannot risk falling on it. The staircase comes with a minimum finish, but the rest is up to me. I don't want to paint the staircase because I'd like the colour and grain of the wood to show. I have tried to find a seriously non-slip varnish but they do not seem to exist. The option I've been given is to use a clear varnish (I've bought Blackfriar Quick Drying Floor Varnish) and then spray it with a non-slip finish such as Rust-Oleum SuperGrip. Is there one product that would do the whole job? I have a limited budget and I don't want to pay twice for the two finishes if I don't need to. Many thanks for your French Your new tulipwood staircase sounds great, and I completely understand your concern. The good news is that there are products designed exactly for your situation. One we often recommend is Osmo Polyx-Oil Anti-Slip, which is a clear hardwax oil that protects the wood while allowing the natural grain and tone to shine through. It comes in two grades of slip resistance and is used widely on interior wooden stairs and floors. It's easy to apply, long-lasting and doesn't require a second product, so it should suit your budget better than the two-step option you mention. If you're looking for something even grippier, there's an industrial-grade product called Tuff Grip. However, it has a more textured finish and may obscure some of the wood's natural beauty, so it's a bit of a trade-off. I hope this helps, and I'd love to hear how the staircase turns out. • Read more expert advice on property, interiors and home improvement We have had the idea of covering our patio and part of the adjoining wall with blue and white tiles to give a bit of a Spanish feel. We're worried about slipping. What type of tile would be recommended?George Luke This sounds like a great plan. Look for textured porcelain tiles with an anti-slip rating of R11 or higher. Porcelain is tough, weather-resistant and ideal for outdoor use; ceramic tiles, while more affordable, are generally better suited to walls or sheltered areas because they're less durable in frost and heavy rain. Many tile suppliers sell decorative porcelain ranges inspired by Spanish or Mediterranean patterns, often with non-slip finishes. Natural stone can be a lovely option, but it's rare to find it in those vivid colours. A word of warning on installation: patios need proper sub-base preparation, a fall for drainage (to keep water away from the house) and a frost-proof adhesive. Getting this wrong leads to cracked or loose tiles, which can be costly to fix. It's well worth getting a professional to do the groundwork. Real Housewives star Dolores Catania reveals frightening health crisis that led her to have surgery
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania revealed she was forced to have heart surgery after suffering from atrial fibrillation (AFib). Her condition is a form of arrhythmia, meaning her heartbeat had become irregular, causing her to have chest pains that began six months ago. Last month she underwent a cardiac ablation, a procedure that destroys the small bit of heart tissue that was causing the problem. Dolores, 54, went public with the news this weekend, posting an Instagram video that began with her boyfriend Paulie Connell driving her to the hospital. 'We are going to get my procedure done. It's a cardiac ablation for my AFib. I know, I'm too young to have this,' she quipped to the camera. As they emerged from the car and walked into the building, he asked if she had a 'last word' to say, to which she beamed at him and said: 'Love you.' She also posted photos and video of herself in her bed and gown, including one apparently post-op snap of herself grinning beside her electrophysiologist, whom she jokingly referred to as her 'other electrician.' 'About six months ago, I was driving when I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my chest that radiated down my arm,' she explained in her caption. 'As women, we tend to ignore aches and pains, brushing them off as part of everyday life- but this felt different,' remembered Dolores. 'After that, I started experiencing frequent flutters in my chest, sometimes waking me up at night. Eventually, I got scared enough to call my cardiologist,' she wrote. 'He gave me a heart monitor to wear, and within hours, he called to tell me I had AFib (atrial fibrillation). He referred me to an electrophysiologist, who confirmed the diagnosis,' added the New Jersey-born reality star. 'He told me, 'You're not the same girl I met two years ago when you came here with Paul.' Some of you may remember that my boyfriend, Paul Connell, was diagnosed with WPW (Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome) and also needed an ablation.' Dolores offered a word to the wise to her fans: 'I'm sharing this because I want you to listen to your body. That racing or fluttering in your chest you feel doing simple tasks during the day- that's your body trying to tell you something. DON'T IGNORE THIS. AFib increases your risk of stroke or heart attack.' She crowed: 'I'm not 6 weeks out and back to myself! I'll be off all medication soon, and I haven't had any episodes since the procedure.' Dolores urged readers not to 'wait' as their 'heart health is not something to take lightly,' adding that she 'was truly in the best of hands' with her doctors and encouraging her public: 'Take care of yourself you deserve it!!' She began dating Paulie four years ago after they met in line at an Apple Store, and the pair have been living together for the bulk of that time. Her surname comes from her ex-husband Frank Catania, whom she was married to from 1994 to 1998, during which time they welcomed two children. Dolores has publicly claimed the marriage crumbled after she discovered that Frank cheated on her during her pregnancy with their son Frankie, 27.
