Fearne Cotton's successful podcast, Happy Place turns seven this week, and to mark the milestone, Fearne let her friend and BBC One Show host Alex Jones take the reins and interview her for a change.
During the episode, they touched on a number of key topics as Fearne, 43, reflected on what she and her team have accomplished over the years, as well as some of the standout moments from interviews, and they also addressed some of Fearne's insecurities and doubts she has had along the way.
Discussing the moment when they brought the Happy Place Festival to a larger scale, Fearne said, reflecting on the moment they had when they decided to make the event bigger and better in 2019: 'We went full scale straight away, which was terrifying. Terrifying." For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter
She continued: 'I felt completely out of my depth. Huge imposter syndrome when I turned up. Like, this is too big, I don't like it. I don't know how to walk around this and feel ok about this being something we've done, it was just very overwhelming.
'But now I think we see it as just a big celebration, a bi-annual celebration.'

They also dived into how Happy Place has grown into a full-blown brand, and Fearne didn't shy away from talking about the lows that came before it all kicked off.
She noted when she spoke about her career in radio and the backlash that came with being in the limelight: 'I thought it was all true. Every negative thing said about me was true and I left radio.
'I mean, this is sort of like incrementally down the line and I just thought, what am I doing?' What is the point of any of this?
'I had no clue. And I honestly thought at that point maybe I'll just quit everything because it's all too painful and then I wrote a book called Happy and that was the first time I guess I'd talked about anything remotely real because a lot of the time there's no space to do it on radio.
'You've got to entertain people.' Alex agreed with this sentiment, noting: 'You're never the full version of yourself because, and it's not a choice, you can't be.'
On the subject of being in the limelight, The One Show host Alex revealed to Fearne, who recently split from husband Jesse Wood, that she: 'Rarely watches anything back" because of her voice
'How am I even on the television?' she questioned but Fearne quickly interjected, saying: 'Because of that voice! The Welsh accent, it's lovely little sing-song dialect, what is not to love?' For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter
But Alex responded: 'No! Disgusting', adding: 'I want yours!'
Fearne also spoke candidly about mental health, self-worth, and the reality of making mistakes in public in the episode, giving listeners a peek behind the scenes at what it is like to produce the podcast on the level she is now on.
She said: 'I've made tons of mistakes doing the podcast, and just with Happy Place in general and that I think is all part of it.
'I'll always own up to it, or talk about it publicly that we did something wrong or badly or whatever.'
Fearne continued: 'I'm sort of accepting of myself. My flaws and my good side and I think when I get to that place mentally, that is a happy place.'

Thanking Alex Jones for her appearance, Fearne added: 'Thank you so much for doing this! I was like, who is gonna be the slickest interviewer in town? It's Alex Jones.'

I stayed at the English beach holiday park following its £15million makeover with a massive waterpark and soft-play
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) 'WOW, this is the best house ever,' scream my two kids. While their reactions slightly rile me — having just decorated both their bedrooms back home — I can see where they are coming from. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 4 Enjoying a stroll along the beach Credit: Supplied 4 We had buckets of fun at Splash Waterpark, only 50 yards or so from our lodge Credit: Supplied For starters, our eight-man Platinum lodge at Unity Beach in Somerset has a hot tub — and it comes complete with undisturbed views of Brean's windswept coastline and a clear sky at night. Everything inside is sleek and stylish, with a statement electric fireplace in the centre and Scandi-style wooden furniture that makes the place look more like a fancy prize draw house than a holiday park lodge. I was staying there with my partner Bianca and two little ones, Frank, six, and Pearl, four. The fun-packed resort has recently been redeveloped as part of a £15million 'Comes Alive in 25' campaign and was reopened only last month, backed by The One Show host Alex Jones. The presenter said: 'There's a misconception that British seaside parks are outdated. Unity Beach proves that's no longer true.' I can't argue with her. Even though there was so much to do at the 240-acre resort, we could easily have spent a few hours relaxing in our new home. As well as a decking area with hot tub, it included a spacious lounge with a giant TV (as well as televisions in every bedroom), a fully-fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus two more twin rooms. The lodges are really close to most of the activities and restaurants, too. These include the new Wonky Donkey, which serves brekkie and pub grub such as scampi, lasagne and burgers, and the Sports Cafe, where kids can play arcade favourites and cutting-edge VR games in between bites of pizza, while adults watch live sport on the large screens. Top Seashore Holiday Parks for Family Fun There's also the revamped Pavilion Theatre, where guests can tuck into wings, loaded fries and kid-sized lighter bites all while watching live game shows and tribute acts. And with a proper kitchen in our lodge, we could always mix it up with a takeaway from the on-site chippy or Chinese. Then there's the retro-decorated RJ's, which offers American diner-style classics such as pizzas, wings and build-your-own burgers. And with a proper kitchen in our lodge, we could always mix it up with a takeaway from the on-site chippy or Chinese. When we weren't sampling all the food, we had buckets of fun at Splash Waterpark, only 50 yards or so from our lodge. It costs extra to visit (from £3.25pp) but it's well worth it, with a kids' pool, play areas and plenty of slides. Ninja Zone The pre-booked 90-minute pool sessions were just enough for our two, although bigger kids, who can go on all the flumes, might want to stay longer. Despite tearing around the pool for an hour and a half, Frank and Pearl couldn't wait to go straight to Brean Play indoor soft play afterwards. If one thing's guaranteed to tire them out, it's soft play. The area includes the Ninja Zone, with a challenging obstacle course for older kids, and a state-of-the-art ball court with an interactive screen that lets kids play all manner of games. If that's not enough, there's also the Brean Theme Park, which was again just yards from our lodge. And I could see why our kids were so desperate to go. The park has a great mix of rides for kids of all ages as well as adults. Thankfully, Bianca was happy to take Frank on the scarier rollercoasters while I made sure Pearl was OK on the carousels. You'll have to pay extra for entry, but Unity guests get discounted wristbands meaning it won't end up costing a fortune. Unity is not all about the kids, though. Adults can have their fair share of fun at the 18-hole golf course. Whatever you end up doing, there's a good chance you'll finish your day in the hot tub, soaking up all the memories. Or they might want to try their hand at new must-play sport padel, with Unity being home to Somerset's only two courts. We barely had enough time to try everything within the resort, let alone to venture out. 4 The fun-packed resort has recently been redeveloped as part of a £15million 'Comes Alive in 25' campaign backed by The One Show host Alex Jones, above at Unity Beach Credit: Supplied 4 The nearby Bream Theme Park was is winner for kids Credit: Supplied But for those keen to explore the area, Weston-super-Mare, Burnham pier and Cheddar Gorge are all nearby. However, try to make it back in time for the evening entertainment, which includes discos and parties for the little ones, games shows and entertainers. Whatever you end up doing, there's a good chance you'll finish your day in the hot tub, soaking up all the memories. And you'll certainly be grateful for those comfy beds, too.

Lee Mack lifts lid on Noel Gallagher 'snub' after meeting on show
Lee Mack quipped he "harassed" the Oasis singer with a specific request. Lee Mack has revealed he was "snubbed" by Noel Gallagher after making a specific request to the Oasis singer. The 1% Club host appeared on Friday's The One Show to speak about his new series of Not Going Out with Sally Bretton. At one point, during a new episode of the sitcom, Lee references Oasis, based on his own relatable experiences of failing to secure tickets to the reunion tour. However, he's now revealed he had plans to involve Noel in the series. "I like everybody else was queuing for hours online, and we couldn't get them, so I thought, well I haven't got tickets but I'll write a show about them," he told BBC hosts Alex Jones and Clara Amfo. "And there I am, proving I can't sing. And I thought, wouldn't it be great if Noel Gallagher turned up?" Lee recalled his last appearance on The One Show, which happened to be when he met the Wonderwall singer. "As far as I'm concerned, meeting someone for five minutes, we're now friends," Lee said. "So I harassed him and texted him, got his number and asked him to be on the show." "And?" hosts Alex and Clara probed. Sadly, it was a no from Noel, as Lee revealed: "He never contacted me." Sam Heughan drops major hint Outlander could return after season 8 finale
Outlander season eight might not be the last we see of Claire and Jamie Fraser's love story, if Sam Heughan's hints are to be believed... Outlander fans are already mourning the loss of Claire and Jamie Fraser's captivating love story. The eighth and final season will soon hit screens, as the fanbase prepares to close the chapter on the era. Although we have spin-off Blood of My Blood to look forward to, it's the original thats likely to stick in everyone's hearts. Diana Gabaldon's best-selling book franchise only grew after it was adapted by Starz for the small screen. The series has catapulted the likes of Scottish actor Sam Heughan to fame for his portrayal as Highland warrior Jamie Fraser. The good news? There could be a silver lining on the horizon, despite the fact the show is set to end for good after the eighth run. While promoting his new stage role in Macbeth, Sam spoke about the closing chapter in his TV career and if there was scope for a follow-up series or special, to which he made it clear he wouldn't rule it out. "Who knows?" Heughan said when speaking to Deadline news. "I know they did that with Downton Abbey and others. So you never know. Maybe the ginger wig is still around somewhere." The innocent remark has sent shockwaves through the fanbase. Although Starz has not confirmed any Outlander continuations beyond Blood of My Blood set to premiere later this year, it hasn't stopped many hoping. Elsewhere, Sam is set to return to the stage for his theatre debut as Macbeth, at the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC). The actor was delighted to announce he will star in a leading role, admitting his dreams have come true. He will feature alongside The Day Of The Jackal actress Lia Williams, starring as Lady Macbeth. Discussing his new role, Sam said: "At age 18, standing on the main stage of the Royal Lyceum Edinburgh, playing 'spear-carrier number 2' (essentially a glorified extra) in a production of Macbeth, I could only dream of one day playing the infamous title character." He continued: "It feels full circle to be returning to the stage, after over a decade working primarily in television and film. Not only is Macbeth my favourite Shakespeare play: intense, immediate and unsettling, it also happens to be famously Scottish. "The RSC has always been at the pinnacle of my ambition and I feel deeply honoured and thankful to be working alongside some enormously talented and creative people. "The Other Place is the perfect space to create an intense, intimate production and, like Lady M, we will be calling upon the spirits of the RSC's highly acclaimed past productions for their blessing."
