Firefighters rushed to the scene last night
It is the second time that a fire has ripped through the MMA fighter's Dublin bar, The Black Forge, after it was targeted in 2022.
Clips show emergency services battling the blaze at the venue in Crumlin, a suburb of the Irish capital.
Reacting to the scenes today, McGregor defiantly posted a video on Instagram while holidaying with his family on a boat.
Before drinking from a can of Forge beer, he said: "The pub is open for business today folks.
"You wouldn't get through it with a rocket launcher. She's spotless.
"Up the forge!"
He later posted an aerial shot of the pub, captioned: "UNBEATABLE!".
It is not clear when the videos - which shows smoke rising from the pub - were taken, but Dublin Fire Brigade confirmed the fire occurred overnight.
A spokesperson for the service said: "Dublin Fire Brigade was called at 3.08am to reports of a fire at a premises on the Drimnagh Road.
"Firefighters from Dolphins Barn were mobilised to the address and on arrival found a small fire at the front of the building.
"Using a high pressure hose reel, one fire engine dealt with the incident and no injuries were reported.
"The scene was handed over to Gardai."
Garda officers also attended the scene just after 3am and a probe into the blaze has been launched.
A spokesman said: "Gardaí attended the scene of an incident of criminal damage at a licenced premises on the Drimnagh Road, Crumlin that occurred at approximately 3.00am on Friday, July 25.
"The fire was extinguished by Dublin Fire Brigade. No injuries have been reported.
"The scene is currently preserved and a technical examination will be conducted in due course. Investigations are ongoing."
Pictures taken today have revealed the extent of the clear up from the fire, with workmen spotted repairing the exterior of the building.
The former UFC World Champion's bar was previously targeted in January 2022.
Yobs armed with petrol bombs attacked the venue just hours after the fighter had been there.
At the time, cops said they were investigating attempted criminal damage.
He purchased the Irish pub for roughly £2million in 2019.
In a statement released after the "unprovoked" attack, The Black Forge Inn management team confirmed staff and customers had not been harmed.
It read: 'After hours last night it appears that criminals made an unprovoked effort to inflict damage to the Black Forge Inn.
'There was no damage done to any patrons, employees or the Forge and Mr. McGregor was not on the premises at the time of the incident.
"The gardai have opened an investigation into the event. We are open and busy as always.'
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana said: 'Gardai are investigating an incident of attempted criminal damage at a licenced premises on the Drimnagh Road, Crumlin.
'No damage was done to the premises. Gardai are appealing for witnesses in relation to this incident."
The Sun has approached Dublin Fire Brigade and Garda for comment.
It comes as the star was embroiled in a cheating scandal earlier this month, after being spotted cosying up to a number of women.

'Shelbourne is a massive club and I'm delighted to get the deal done. I'm ready to get to work, hit the ground running, and show the fans what I'm all about.' Ireland fightback to defeat Czechia in Portugal: ‘We made life difficult for ourselves'
Having trailed 3-1, an impressive third quarter display saw Ireland take control of the game, with Johnny McKee, Matthew Nelson and a Lee Cole brace giving Ireland a lead that they saw out to secure the win. Ireland dominated possession in the opening minutes, with Matthew Nelson's early effort deflected over the bar by the Czech defenders. McKee earned Ireland the first penalty corner of the match after Louis Rowe did well to release his Banbridge teammate on the break. Cole's effort from the corner was well saved. Czechia, however, drew first blood, breaking the deadlock just before the end of the first quarter, a deft touch in the circle from a crash ball beating Jaime Carr in the Irish net. Czechia added a second to their tally halfway through quarter 2, but Ireland pulled a goal back just before half-time thanks to some individual brilliance from Daragh Walsh. He cut inside from the right-hand side and beat two players before finding McKee on the penalty spot to strike into the back of the net. Czechia's pace on the break continued to cause Ireland problems in the second half, as they won a penalty corner after two minutes, which Ireland did well to defend initially. However, Czechia eventually found the net from the follow-up. Ireland responded immediately, McKee getting his second and a great pass from Matthew Nelson to fire in on his reverse from a tight angle. With the momentum now in their favour, Ireland launched another attack, McKee yet again getting involved with his effort at goal blocked on the line by a Czech body to win Ireland a penalty stroke, which Cole dispatched to draw Ireland level at 3-3. Sean Murray and Matthew Nelson combined to put Ireland ahead for the first time in the game, Murray weaving his way along the baseline and calmly flicking towards goal for Nelson to touch into the net. Ireland pressed immediately from the restart, with Cole eventually winning ball on the edge of the Czech circle and drawing a heavy foul to win a second penalty stroke, which he again dispatched to extend Ireland's lead to 5-3 and that was enough for victory. Speaking after the game, Ireland Head Coach Mark Tumilty said: 'We made that difficult for ourselves today. Any time they got into our circle they looked dangerous. We have enough experience in this competition to know how difficult it can be, but we need to manage those challenging patches better.' Discussing Ireland's comeback, Tumilty added: 'The positive was quarter three where we played better hockey, were more aggressive in the press, and scored some good goals.' Ireland will face Italy in their next game of Pool A on Tuesday, July 29 at 3.15pm.
