
Stitches undone by All-Star Game ‘swing off'
OK, Jimmy Durda, they're all yours.
'A father buys a lie detector robot for the family. He decides to test it out at dinner. The father asks his son what he did that afternoon. The son says he did some homework, the robot slaps the son. The son says OK, OK, I went to my friend's house and we watched some movies.

We had the presence of mind to NOT bet on the idiot's delight, better known as the Home Run Derby.
We did however take the AL in the All-Star game … which ended with a home run derby.
Down 6-0, the AL came all the way back.

CBS cancels ‘Late Show With Stephen Colbert' citing ‘financial decision'
Stephen Colbert's beloved late-night show is coming to an end. CBS announced its plan to cancel 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' after the next TV season in a statement on Thursday, July 17. The network claimed it was 'purely a financial decision.' The outdoor event is taking place July 19 at Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park. It could be a wet one, though. The National Weather Service is forecasting showers and a possible thunderstorm on Saturday. There's an 80% chance of precipitation. Everwise will make the call on any weather-related cancellation, a Pacers Sports & Entertainment spokesperson said.
