Her husband Nicholas has filed for divorce and the couple can no longer afford their monthly payments for the home, according to the New York Post.
The house was allegedly the site of her sick sex exploits and a stripper pole and sex toys were found inside.
Court documents claim that the former Eminence High School teacher groomed at least 10 boys - some as young as 13 - through gifts, manipulation, and disturbing sexual advances.
The math teacher from Indiana has been accused of sexual abuse of children as young as 13 with claims that she made them wear "Scream" masks and an orgy and "dreamed" about having sex with them.
One of the children told police that Fortinberry spent $600 on him and other boys at the mall and then had them wear the masks from the horror movie while she sexually abused them.
She met her alleged victims at two different Morgan County schools in 2024.
The teacher allegedly told the victims she would kill herself if they reported the abuse, charging documents claim.
One accuser harrowingly told cops that if they did not want to have sex with her, she would allegedly rape them and say, "Just let it happen" while also forcing them to watch as she abused the others.
To lure the children in and manipulate them, the Indiana educator allegedly showered the boys with expensive football gifts and plied them with drugs put into their food, according to Fox 59.
Even the sick teacher's home was allegedly set up for her depraved activities with cops finding a stripper pole and sex toys.
The teacher is now facing more charges from prosecutors relating to five more alleged victims bringing the number of accusers up to six.
Prosecutors told TMZ that they are preparing to file 24 more felony charges against the teacher including five counts of Level 1 child molestation.
This would bring the 31-year-old's felony charges up to 29.
As well as child molestation, she will face charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
If convicted just of the Level 1 molestation charges against her, Fortinberry could face between 20 and 40 years behind bars for each count.
This could lead to a life sentence if the judge ruled that the sentences would be served consecutively, the prosecutor said.
If found guilty of all counts, depending on her sentencing it is likely she will die behind bars.
Her husband Nicholas Fortinberry is also facing charges of intimidation and failure to report a crime for allegedly knowing about the abuse and threatening the boys to keep quiet.
The 31-year-old's husband allegedly threatened to "slaughter" one of the victims in front of his family if he spoke out.
Detectives believe that at least 10 victims may have been targeted by Fortinberry over the years.
Authorities began investigating her in August 2024 after a 15-year-old's grandmother reported that she had molested him, sent nude photos, and drugged him.
Since then, several more alleged victims have spoken out, with one saying he came forward because he didn't want Fortinberry to "molest more kids."
The teacher resigned from Eminence High School the day after the first allegations surfaced.
Fortinberry had been hired as a substitute teacher for Martinsville Schools on October 24, 2023.
She is being held without bond with a jury trial set for June 25 in Morgan Superior Court.

The youngsters will not be allowed to eat their food inside the restaurant, with the franchise offering a takeaway service only. Staff at the eatery said they had taken the "difficult decision" with the "safety and well-being of our staff and customers" in mind. The ban, however, impacts all under-16s regardless of their previous conduct. A notice on the window of the restaurant reads: 'To maintain a family environment within this restaurant and for the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, we have taken the difficult decision that. 'All under 16s not accompanied by an appropriate adult after 6pm will be offered take-away service only and a maximum of two in at a time. 'Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but the safety and wellbeing of our staff is our top priority.' But the decision has left locals divided - with some branding it "unfair". One wrote: "How companies are getting away with discriminating against whole age group is beyond me. How is this fair on most kids that aren't causing a riot?" Another said: "Good, youngsters of today need to be taught manners!" McDonald's store rolls out policy that bans certain diners – even adults will be barred unless they comply with 2 checks- A third added: "Sad times, but they have only got themselves to blame for their vile behaviour." Elsewhere, mobile phones are set to be banned from classrooms for thousands more Scottish pupils amid a major crackdown. Moray Council is the latest local authority to prohibit the use of devices across its primary and secondary schools.

Alex Cooper: ‘I'm coming for all of you' who allowed alleged harassment by Boston University soccer coach
Podcast star Alex Cooper decided to speak out about being allegedly sexually harassed by her Boston University soccer coach because "there was no accountability, no investigation and no justice," and warned, "I'm coming for all of you." In Cooper's docuseries, "Call Her Alex," which released on Hulu this week, she alleged her college soccer coach, Nancy Feldman, sexually harassed her. In a new statement on Instagram Thursday, Cooper said the harassment lasted for three years while she was a student. "Nancy Feldman was someone I trusted. Someone I believed in. Someone who was supposed to help me grow. Someone who was supposed to protect me," Cooper wrote. "But instead she made my life a living hell and abused her power over me. She stripped me of my identity and took away what I had worked my entire life for because she didn't control herself. This defined my life for a decade and impacted her life 0%," the post continued. Cooper played on the team from 2013 to 2015, according to the BU women's soccer website. Feldman retired in 2022 after 27 years at the university. In the docuseries she alleged Feldman 'fixated' on her, wanted to know who she was dating, made comments about her body, put her hand on Cooper's thigh and wanted to be alone with her. Feldman once allegedly questioned Cooper about a date and asked whether she had had sex the night before. Feldman could not be immediately reached by phone or email Friday. The media star said she had reported the abuse to the athletic director, Drew Marrochello, but to no resolve. "I was turned away and ignored," she said. Marrochello did not immediately respond to a request for comment Friday. Boston University on Friday told NBC News the school has a "zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment." "We have a robust system of resources, support and staff dedicated to student wellbeing and a thorough reporting process through our Equal Opportunity Office. We encourage members of our community to report any concerns, and we remain committed to fostering a safe and secure campus environment for all," the school said, without directly addressing Cooper's claims. The straw that broke the camel's back for Cooper, she said, was when she learned harassment was still impacting her beloved soccer team. 'When I found out the harassment and abuse was STILL happening on that campus today ... I knew I needed to share my story,' Cooper wrote. 'This is no longer just about me, this is systemic.' Cooper went on to say that she's speaking out to be a voice for those who feel they've lost theirs. "When this initially happened to me I felt like I had no voice. But that is no longer the case. Now I'm coming for all of you who abused your power over innocent young individuals," Cooper continued. "Nancy Feldman, you will no longer be able to hide in the shadows and get away unscathed from the calculated pain you caused me and so many other women." "Because when I was 18 years old, dismissed and ignored by Boston University, I prayed and wished someone with a voice would have held my hand and helped me through the darkest time in my life. Daddy Gang, I got you," she said.

Kneecap's legal team for court battle to include Julian Assange lawyer
Rapper O hAnnaidh, who performs under the name Mo Chara, will be represented by a team that includes Gareth Peirce, solicitor for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange during his fight against US extradition, and Rosalind Comyn, who has represented Extinction Rebellion protesters in court. The 27-year-old was charged by postal requisition over the alleged display of a Hezbollah flag at a gig at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, north London, in November last year. His legal team also includes Darragh Mackin from Phoenix Law, Brenda Campbell KC, Jude Bunting KC and Blinne Ni Ghralaigh KC. A post shared by KNEECAP (@kneecap32) Mr Mackin was the solicitor for Sarah Ewart, whose successful legal challenge helped to usher in the decriminalisation of abortion in Northern Ireland, while Ms Campbell was the defence barrister in the collapsed case against Seamus Daly, who was accused of murdering people in the IRA bomb attack of 1998 in Omagh. Mr Bunting acted for non-profit company Liberty in the Stansted 15's successful conviction appeal after they broke into Stansted Airport to stop a plane deporting people to Africa, which was a case Ms Ni Ghralaigh also worked on. In an Instagram post the group said: 'The British establishment is conducting a campaign against Kneecap which is to be fought in Westminster Magistrates Court… We are ready for this fight. We are proud to have such a strong legal team with us.' Mr Mackin told the PA news agency: 'It is difficult to comprehend a case of greater international importance in recent years. 'Kneecap has played an unrivalled role in standing up for those without a voice in Gaza. They speak truth to power when others shy away. 'It is a great privilege to be instructed alongside my colleagues to defend the important principle of freedom of expression, in the pending battle before the London Court.' In May, the Metropolitan Police said Kneecap were being investigated by counter-terrorism police after videos emerged allegedly showing the band calling for the deaths of MPs and shouting 'up Hamas, up Hezbollah'. They apologised to the families of murdered MPs but said footage of the incident had been 'exploited and weaponised'. They also said they have 'never supported' Hamas or Hezbollah, which are banned in the UK. In 2024, the band released an eponymous film starring Oscar-nominated actor Michael Fassbender which is a fictionalised retelling of how the band came together and follows the Belfast group on their mission to save their mother tongue through music. Formed in 2017, the group, made up of O hAnnaidh, Naoise O Caireallain and JJ O Dochartaigh, are known for their provocative lyrics and merchandise as well as their championing of the Irish language. Their best-known tracks include Get Your Brits Out, Better Way To Live, featuring Grian Chatten from Fontaines DC, and 3Cag. O hAnnaidh is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on June 18. His lawyers have been approached for comment.
