The house was allegedly the site of her sick sex exploits and a stripper pole and sex toys were found inside. Court documents claim that the former Eminence High School teacher groomed at least 10 boys - some as young as 13 - through gifts, manipulation, and disturbing sexual advances. The math teacher from Indiana has been accused of sexual abuse of children as young as 13 with claims that she made them wear "Scream" masks and an orgy and "dreamed" about having sex with them. One of the children told police that Fortinberry spent $600 on him and other boys at the mall and then had them wear the masks from the horror movie while she sexually abused them. She met her alleged victims at two different Morgan County schools in 2024. The teacher allegedly told the victims she would kill herself if they reported the abuse, charging documents claim. One accuser harrowingly told cops that if they did not want to have sex with her, she would allegedly rape them and say, "Just let it happen" while also forcing them to watch as she abused the others. To lure the children in and manipulate them, the Indiana educator allegedly showered the boys with expensive football gifts and plied them with drugs put into their food, according to Fox 59. Even the sick teacher's home was allegedly set up for her depraved activities with cops finding a stripper pole and sex toys. The teacher is now facing more charges from prosecutors relating to five more alleged victims bringing the number of accusers up to six. Prosecutors told TMZ that they are preparing to file 24 more felony charges against the teacher including five counts of Level 1 child molestation. This would bring the 31-year-old's felony charges up to 29. As well as child molestation, she will face charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. If convicted just of the Level 1 molestation charges against her, Fortinberry could face between 20 and 40 years behind bars for each count. This could lead to a life sentence if the judge ruled that the sentences would be served consecutively, the prosecutor said. If found guilty of all counts, depending on her sentencing it is likely she will die behind bars. Her husband Nicholas Fortinberry is also facing charges of intimidation and failure to report a crime for allegedly knowing about the abuse and threatening the boys to keep quiet. The 31-year-old's husband allegedly threatened to "slaughter" one of the victims in front of his family if he spoke out. Detectives believe that at least 10 victims may have been targeted by Fortinberry over the years. Authorities began investigating her in August 2024 after a 15-year-old's grandmother reported that she had molested him, sent nude photos, and drugged him. Since then, several more alleged victims have spoken out, with one saying he came forward because he didn't want Fortinberry to "molest more kids." The teacher resigned from Eminence High School the day after the first allegations surfaced. Fortinberry had been hired as a substitute teacher for Martinsville Schools on October 24, 2023. The Indiana home where disgraced teacher Brittany Fortinberry is accused of making teenagers as young as 13 wear 'Scream' masks while having group sex with her has been put up for sale after her husband dumped her, according to a report. Fortinberry's husband, Nicholas, filed for divorce from the 31-year-old educator, and the couple can no longer afford their Martinsdale home, according to divorce documents seen by TMZ. The house is where police say some of Fortinberry's alleged sick sexual encounters with minors took place last year — and where a stripper pole and sex toys were found inside, according to court documents seen by Fox59. Brittany Fortinberry, a former Indiana math teacher, allegedly had sex with at least six students, authorities said. @nicholasmatthewfortinberry/Instagram Nicholas filed for divorce from his wife in February, around the time cops began investigating this wife. The couple had been using the monthly benefits from the US Department of Veteran Affairs to pay bills, but the money is no longer being deposited into their joint bank account, according to the divorce documents, which said it was being funneled 'elsewhere.' Without it, the now-fired teacher's estranged husband can no longer make monthly house payments, the docs state. Fortinberry, 31, could spend the rest of her life in prison. A judge recently granted Nicholas' motion to list their home. The expected price was not detailed. Fortinberry faces a staggering 41 felonies related to a twisted string of alleged sex crimes involving at least six students as young as 13. If convicted, she could die behind bars. Fortinberry allegedly plied the kids she met at two different schools with alcohol and magic mushrooms before having sex with them, including at least one alleged incident where she had the boys wear masks from the 'Scream' movie franchise, according to police. On at least one occasion, her children were in the house in bed while the alleged orgies took place, police have alleged. Fortinberry has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her and is currently being held in the Morgan County Jail. Her next court appearance will be a pretrial conference scheduled for August. One of her alleged victims was a teenager she had hired to babysit her kids, according to prosecutors. Fortinberry allegedly offered between $100 and $800 to the boys for photos of their genitals, and would regularly send nude photos of herself, her original charging documents claimed. She would often threaten to kill herself if her victims said anything about the abuse, according to the charging documents. Among the charges Fortinberry faces are incest, multiple counts of child molesting, conducting a performance that is harmful to minors, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Alleged 'Scream' Gangbang Teacher Faces Stiff Sentence If Convicted on Charges
The Indiana former teacher who allegedly participated in a gangbang with several underage kids wearing "Scream" masks is facing a smorgasbord of new charges that could land her in prison for many decades if she's convicted. In court documents, Morgan County prosecutors say they've added charges related to five more alleged victims ... bringing the total number to six who have accused Brittany Fortinberry of a slew of sex crimes. Prosecutors tell us they're planning to hit Fortinberry with 24 additional felonies, putting the grand total at 29, including five Level 1 child molestation counts. On Thursday, the county prosecutor, Steven P. Sonnega, told TMZ ... Fortinberry will be advised of the new charges and potential penalties at a court hearing on April 3. In addition to child molestation, Fortinberry is facing charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Sonnega says just on the Level 1 child molestation charges alone ... if convicted, Fortinberry could face 20 to 40 years in prison on each count ... and if the judge orders the sentences served consecutively, those five counts could easily keep her behind bars for the rest of her life! Then there are 24 other counts with Level 4, 5 and 6 offenses. Potential sentences for Level 4, 5 and 6 crimes are two-to-12 years, one-to-six years, and up to two and a half years, respectively. Sonnega says there are many legal factors that come into play while considering Fortinberry's sentence if she is ultimately convicted, but it's certainly possible a conviction could keep her in prison for the rest of her days. As we reported, Fortinberry allegedly sexually abused multiple children by asking them to gangbang her while wearing masks from the "Scream" movies. The judge in the case has ordered her to stay away from the alleged victims -- which shouldn't be too much trouble since she's currently locked up in jail. We reached out to Fortinberry's attorney ... he declined to comment.

Alleged 'Scream' Gangbang Teacher Ordered to Stay Away From Alleged Victims, New Bikini Pics
Brittany Fortinberry -- the Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing children by allegedly asking them to gangbang her while wearing "Scream" masks -- has been ordered to stay the hell away from the alleged victims in her case. According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Fortinberry's prohibited from having direct or indirect contact with one of the underage boys involved in the case and she can't go to his house, school or work. If she sees him in public, she has been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away. Prosecutors say the court also issued an order prohibiting Brittany "from having any direct, or indirect, contact with our victims." What's more, Fortinberry can't have any guns, weapons or ammunition in her possession. Also in the docs, police say one of Fortinberry's alleged victims told cops she had a drawer full of sex toys ... including dildos of all shapes and sizes. Police also say the student told them it looked like Brittany had a stripper pole in the middle of the bedroom where she would allegedly molest her victims. Brittany's posed for a couple different mug shots since her arrest, but we obtained a bunch of salacious photos she posted on social media before her bust. Cops say she would communicate with the students on Snapchat ... sending them nudes and other suggestive photos and sexual requests. Brittany is still incarcerated at the Morgan County Jail. We reached out to Brittany's attorney, who declined to comment.
