2026 Lexus RZ to get added range, yoked steer-by-wire in midcycle update

Yahoo11-03-2025

BRUSSELS — Lexus will introduce its first production application of steer-by-wire technology in the upper trims of the electric RZ crossover for the 2026 model year, accompanying battery system changes that promise to improve its range.
Brand officials discussed the midcycle updates here as part of a briefing for European journalists on improvements to the model as it is sold in the region. However, similar actions are expected for models of the Japan-built EV destined to be sold in the U.S. as well, though the timing is expected to lag that of Europe.
The 2026 Lexus RZ will feature a 77-kilowatt-hour battery pack, up from the current version's 71.4 kWh, that brand officials said would be good for up to an additional 100 km, or about 62 miles of range, depending on the trim model and 'final homologation.' Those figures could differ in U.S. versions, however. The top EPA-estimated range for the front-wheel-drive RZ is 262 miles.

Lexus officials said new battery preconditioning software would improve charging times to 30 minutes, an improvement of 25 minutes for charging without the software, which puts the battery pack in the optimal condition to accept power.
Inside the cabin, the upper trim levels, including a new F-Sport performance trim, feature a steer-by-wire system that replaces traditional mechanical linkages with electronic inputs that can vary based on speed and driver intent. Vehicles with steer-by-wire feature a yoke instead of a traditional steering wheel, with the yoke employing a limited range of motion to convey driver intent to the vehicle.
Lexus introduced the RZ into its U.S. lineup in 2022 as a 2023 model. The brand sold 9,697 RZs in the U.S. in 2024, up 80 percent from the previous year.

Step-By-Step Guide to Dandenong Spare Parts Shopping

Finding the correct spare parts for your machine or vehicle in Dandenong does not have to be difficult. This guide offers a clear path to navigate the busy market for spare parts located in Dandenong, Victoria. Learn how to recognize authentic parts, tap into local knowledge and avoid costly errors, and get reliable parts with ease, whether you're a DIY-er or are a first-time purchaser. By focusing on reliable suppliers, preparing your work and using smart assessment techniques This step-by-step method ensures that you receive high-quality parts without spending either time or cash. Why Choose Dandenong for Spare Parts? Dandenong is a keystone of the automotive industry in Victoria and provides unbeatable availability of spare parts for automobiles trucks, industrial machinery and special vehicles. Its central location near major roads and Melbourne's logistics hubs ensures that parts are delivered faster and reduces the time needed for urgent repairs. The extensive supply chain of vendors ranging from family-owned businesses to big distributors–carries all sorts of wear-and-tear products such as brake pads and filters to more niche components that are suitable for European imports and heavy-duty equipment. This makes it easier for competition to flourish that results in fair pricing and making sure you can find solutions that are specifically tailored to your needs. The Importance of Location and Availability Proximity to Melbourne's transport arteries makes Dandenong a practical destination for urgent repairs. If your car breaks down suddenly, waiting for days to receive interstate delivery isn't practical. Local vendors here have vast inventories that allow the same day pickup of critical parts such as suspension kits, alternators as well as fuel pumps. Beyond passenger cars, Dandenong caters to commercial fleets as well as agricultural machinery and has many stores that stock parts for manufacturers like Toyota, Ford, Komatsu as well as John Deere. This access is enhanced by partnerships that Dandenong has with Australian and international companies making sure that the components are in line with the local standards for durability and performance. Benefits of Shopping Locally in Australia Selecting Dandenong suppliers is a good way to support the regional economy, while providing tangible benefits. Face-to face interactions allow you to examine the items physically, ask specific questions, and confirm compatibility prior to purchasing. Local businesses operate under Australian Consumer Law, which mandates transparent warranties and straightforward return policies–protections often absent with overseas retailers. Additionally, you can avoid hidden import costs as well as shipping delays and the complexities of customs. In the event that the part is not working after installation the solution is much easier when you work with a nearby vendor who is adamant about their credibility. This aspect of trust is crucial for maintenance requirements that last for a long time. Pre-Purchase Preparations The success of the purchase of spare parts is dependent on a an extensive groundwork. When you rush into buying, you risk purchasing parts that aren't right which can lead to recurring costs or safety issues. Spend time in the beginning to define your requirements, verify the quality of your products, and establish reasonable budgets. Identifying Your Exact Spare Parts Needs Start by recording your vehicle's make and model and year as well as the specifications for the engine. For instance, a Toyota Hilux with a 2.8L diesel engine has different filters than a petrol engine. If you are replacing a worn component take a picture of it and record the serial numbers on the item. The common mistake is that a 'universal' radiator might lack fittings for your transmission cooler or brake pads may differ depending on the trim level. Make sure you cross-reference your notes to workshops manuals and online databases such as PartsCat to ensure that there are no confusions. For older machines, refer to OEM schematics to identify the replacement parts for obsolete models. Researching Product Authenticity and Quality Parts that are counterfeit are a major problem in the automotive market, and could cause damages to engines or invalidating warranties. Make sure to choose suppliers that are endorsed by reputable brands like Bosch, Gates, or Genuine Isuzu. Genuine parts have laser-etched labels, holographic logos or QR codes that can be traced. Check these on the manufacturers website–e.g. enter the Toyota part number in the PartsCheck portal. In addition, you can get information through Australian automotive forums such as Redranger and Google reviews, which highlight sellers that have consistently high-quality. Words such as 'lasted 50,000 km' or 'perfect fit' signal reliability. Avoid sellers who offer unclear descriptions or stock photos. Setting a Budget Prices for spare parts vary extensively; an aftermarket timing belt can cost around $40 however, OEM models can cost upwards of $120. Find price benchmarks on websites such as SparesBox or Repco Then, take into account the installation cost if you outsource labour. Include an additional 10% for unexpected costs (e.g. gaskets, gaskets and fluids). If you are looking for a budget-friendly option, think about the possibility of certified reconditioned parts from wreckers such as Dandenong Auto Recyclers, which test items under pressure and provide warranties. Be sure to never make a mistake with safety-sensitive components like steering parts. Choose brand new, certified replacements. Once you've completed the preparations Follow this step-by-step procedure to identify parts with confidence. Comparing Local to. On-line Suppliers Local stores excel in speed and physical confirmation. Stores such as Dandenong Auto Parts or Midas Springvale permit you to manage items, discuss the compatibility of your item with staff, and pick up your items the same day. On the other hand, online websites (e.g., eBay Australia, Gumtree) offer broader options and lower prices, however they require a wait for shipping. Blend two approaches: Browse online for parts numbers and price ranges and then contact local vendors such as Burson Auto Parts to check the inventory and deals in person. Be sure to check that online sellers are based in Australia to avoid delays at import. Evaluating Trusted Dealers and Distributors The most reputable dealers are distinguished by their transparency and knowledge. Find out if they are affiliated with professional bodies such as that of the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA). Suppliers such as Precision International as well as Dandenong Bearings showcase certifications on-site and provide detailed documentation for their products. Check out the shops to determine the cleanliness, organization and the knowledge of staff members. Ask technical questions such as 'Does this CV joint fit a 2019 Mazda BT-50?' Signs of trust include clearly marked prices, warranty booklets and willingness to demonstrate how to test. Avoid dealers who use unfriendly sales tactics or no return policy. Common Challenges and How to Overcome Them In a market that is well-supplied such as Dandenong there are obstacles to overcome. Proactive strategies prevent setbacks. Ensuring Product Authenticity These are usually found in the online marketplaces and discount stores. Be sure to insist on sealed packaging that has the brand's markings–e.g., Nissan parts come with tamper-proof stickers. For items of high value, ask for the certificates of conformance. Check part numbers against manufacturers databases. A genuine Mitsubishi turbocharger is in their catalog on the internet. Local vendors like Dandenong Engines facilitate this by keeping direct brand relationships. If you have doubts, speak to independent mechanics for confirmation. Avoiding Counterfeit Issues Make sure to use authorized distributors or trusted wreckers. Online, look to find 'Top Rated' sellers with 100+ favorable reviews. Beware of listings that feature stock images only. Sellers who are genuine post authentic product images. For example, a genuine Sachs clutch kit has distinctive serial numbers in its pressure plates. If you believe a deal is too good to be true (e.g. an offer of $50 fuel pump as opposed to. the standard $200) look into the history of the seller and return policy. Contact platforms that are suspicious as well as an agency like the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Understanding Warranties and Return Policies Warranty periods vary between 30 and 90 days on parts that are used to 2 years for brand new ones. Check the terms thoroughly Do they include the cost of labor if installation fails? Providers such as Repco Dandenong offer nationwide claims assistance, whereas smaller shops might require in-person return. Keep receipts and the original packaging. For parts that are complex, such as ECUs choose dealers that collaborate with workshops to offer bundled warranties that cover labour and parts. People Also Ask: Top Questions About Spare Parts in Dandenong Where Can I Find the Best Deals? Compare the prices of hubs, such as Dandenong South Industrial Precinct. Stores such as All Drive Motorsport offer loyalty discounts, and online clearances on AutoBarn can result in savings. Large purchases (e.g. purchasing filters for a variety of services) typically unlock 10% discounts. Which Spare Parts Are Most Commonly Needed? Popular items include batteries, brake pads, suspension bushings, as well as ignition coils as a result of routine wear. Turbochargers for commercial vehicles and differential gears often need to be replaced after long-term use. Is It Better to Buy Locally or Online? Local victories for the most urgent, complicated or valuable components (e.g. transmissions, for instance) that allow immediate confirmation. Online is a good option for items that are generic (wipers bulbs) or unique finds through specific marketplaces. How Do I Check for Genuine Products? Request original packaging, holograms as well as matching part numbers. Make use of manufacturer verification tools–e.g. Ford's Parts Verification Portal. Inspect the casting for marks or discrepancies in the quality of the material. What Are the Most Cost-Effective Options? Alternators and starters that are refurbished from accredited wreckers provide savings and dependability. For non-critical components, top quality aftermarket brands such as TRW or NGK provide OEM-like performance at cheaper prices. Tips for a Successful Purchase and Installation DIY or. Professional Fitting DIY can be used for simple tasks like replacing air filters or windshield replacements. Utilize YouTube tutorials from reliable channels such as Supercheap Auto. For jobs that require a lot of expertise (timing belts and electrical work) employ experts. Dandenong workshops like Ultratune offer bundled 'purchase-and-install' packages, ensuring warranties remain valid. Maintenance Tips for Long-Term Use The life of a part is extended by scheduled inspections. Examine brake pads once every 10,000 kilometers and flush coolant every two years also lubricate your suspension joints every year. Place spares in areas that are climate controlled to stop the degradation of rubber. Keep track of dates of installation and warranties to be used as a reference. How To Earn $500 A Month From Accenture Stock Ahead Of Q3 Earnings

Accenture plc (NYSE:ACN) will release earnings results for the third quarter, before the opening bell on Friday, June 20. Analysts expect the Dublin-based company to report quarterly earnings at $3.32 per share, up from $3.13 per share in the year-ago period. According to data from Benzinga Pro, Accenture projects quarterly revenue at $17.3 billion, compared to $16.47 billion a year earlier. On May 8, Accenture announced plans to acquire Japan-based Yumemi to accelerate the launch of innovative digital products and services. With the recent buzz around Accenture, some investors may be eyeing potential gains from the company's dividends too. Currently, Accenture offers an annual dividend yield of 1.90% — a quarterly dividend amount of $1.48 per share ($5.92 a year). To figure out how to earn $500 monthly from Accenture, we start with the yearly target of $6,000 ($500 x 12 months). Next, we take this amount and divide it by Accenture's $5.92 dividend: $6,000 / 5.92 = 5,769 shares. So, an investor would need to own approximately $316,398 worth of Accenture, or 1,014 shares to generate a monthly dividend income of $500. Assuming a more conservative goal of $100 monthly ($1,200 annually), we do the same calculation: $1,200 / $5.92 = 203 shares, or $63,342 to generate a monthly dividend income of $100. View more earnings on ACN Note that dividend yield can change on a rolling basis, as the dividend payment and the stock price both fluctuate over time. The dividend yield is calculated by dividing the annual dividend payment by the current stock price. As the stock price changes, the dividend yield will also change. For example, if a stock pays an annual dividend of $2 and its current price is $50, its dividend yield would be 4%. However, if the stock price increases to $60, the dividend yield would decrease to 3.33% ($2/$60). Conversely, if the stock price decreases to $40, the dividend yield would increase to 5% ($2/$40). Further, the dividend payment itself can also change over time, which can also impact the dividend yield. If a company increases its dividend payment, the dividend yield will increase even if the stock price remains the same. Similarly, if a company decreases its dividend payment, the dividend yield will decrease.
