Bhool Chuk Maaf OTT release date: When and where to FINALLY watch Rajkummar Rao-Wamiqa Gabbi starrer movie online

Bhool Chuk Maaf OTT release date: The sci-fi romantic comedy Bhool Chuk Maaf, starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, is finally ready to hit the digital streaming platforms. This OTT debut comes after a controversy and a ₹ 60 crore lawsuit over its theatrical release. The makers had earlier decided to ditch the big screen due to the 'heightened security drills across the nation' amid Operation Sindoor. Bhool Chuk Maaf, which hit the theatres on May 23, will finally begin streaming online on Amazon Prime Video from June 6 onwards. The Rajkummar Rao starrer will premiere on digital platforms just two weeks after its theatrical release, significantly shorter than the industry's usual eight-week window. Maddock Films announced on May 8—just a day after Operation Sindoor, triggered by the Pahalgam terror attack—that it, along with Amazon MGM Studios, decided to 'bring our family entertainer, Bhool Chuk Maaf, directly to your homes on May 16—only on Prime Video, worldwide.' However, PVR Inox sued the makers, alleging a breach of contract and demanding that the film be released in theatres first. They also pointed out that the agreement included an 8-week window before the movie could be streamed online. Bhool Chuk Maaf has earned almost ₹ 60 crore at the Indian box office in 10 days, making it the 7th biggest Hindi hit of the year. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the movie has earned a total of ₹ 58.85 crore since it released in theatres on May 23. The Amazon Prime Video description states, 'Ranjan, stuck in a time loop on his wedding day, must fulfil a forgotten promise to escape it. As he sacrifices his dream job for another's greater good, the film highlights compassion over ambition, reminding us of the power of kindness in a self-centred society.' Bhool Chuk Maaf stars Rajkummar Rao, Wamiqa Gabbi, Seema Pahwa, Sanjay Mishra, Raghubir Yadav, and Zakir Hussain in key roles.

Gaurav Gupta Asks Pakistani Guest To Recite Hanuman Chalisa; Aamir Khan Says He Met GF Gauri ‘By Mistake'

Last Updated: Comedian Gaurav Gupta asks a Pakistani fan to recite Hanuman Chalisa during his US tour. In other news, Aamir Khan opens up about his romance with Gauri Spratt. In the midst of heightened political tensions between India and Pakistan following the Pahalgam terror attack and India's subsequent Operation Sindoor, stand-up comedian Gaurav Gupta brought a moment of unexpected levity during his ongoing US-Canada tour. During one of his shows, Gaurav Gupta found himself interacting with a Pakistani fan in the audience- and what followed was a sharp, witty exchange that's now going viral. Turning to the fan, Gaurav jokingly commanded, 'Chalo Hanuman Chalisa padho ab. Padho, padho!" In a conversation with Raj Shamani, Aamir Khan admitted that following his divorce from Kiran Rao in 2021, he wasn't looking to fall in love again. 'Before I met Gauri, I felt like I had aged… Who will I find at this age?" Aamir reflected. 'Therapy really helped me understand that I needed to love myself first. I had to heal and work on my own emotional health." That healing paved the way for something unexpected. 'Gauri and I met by mistake. We connected, became friends… and love happened," he said. For More: Aamir Khan Reveals How He Unexpectedly Fell For Gauri Spratt: 'Didn't Think I'd Love Again' Gauahar recently launched her own YouTube podcast 'MaaNoranjan,' in which she opens up about motherhood, pregnancy and more. In the first episode, Gauahar opened up about suffering a miscarriage in the past, before the birth of her son Zehaan. In the podcast, Gauahar was seen tearing up and getting emotional as she talked about the difficult phase in her life. She shared that she suffered the miscarriage after nearly nine weeks of pregnancy, and that it was 'extremely difficult' for her. For More: Gauahar Khan Fights Back Tears As She Recalls Past Miscarriage: 'Extremely Difficult' Kamal Haasan's 'Tamil gave birth to Kannada" at the Thug Life event in Chennai has embroiled him in a massive controversy. The South superstar has refused to apologise, leading several pro-Kannada groups to protest against the actor in Karnataka by burning his effigy and posters. Amid this, Kannada actor-politician Shiva Rajkumar, who has been supporting Haasan's statements, has denied applauding Haasan's remarks. Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan was last seen in the romantic comedy film 'Loveyapa', co-starring Khushi Kapoor, and it marked his theatrical debut. The film failed to perform well at the box office. Now, in a recent conversation with Raj Shamani, Aamir said, 'I think uss film ko bohot negative backlash aaya. It was heavily trolled, nepotism mein bohot chali gayi ki yeh nepo kids hai (I think the film received a lot of negative backlash. It was heavily trolled and got dragged into the nepotism debate, labelled as a 'nepo kid' film). But Junaid and I are not like that. Until now, I've not interfered in his career, nor do I want to. In fact, I discouraged him from formally learning acting." First Published:

‘Chalo, tum Hanuman Chalisa padho ab': Comedian Gaurav Gupta jokingly tells Pakistani fan during US tour

Indian comedian Gaurav Gupta has drawn mixed reactions after a comment made during his stand-up performance in the United States. The moment occurred on Sunday during his US-Canada comedy tour, which began on May 30 with a show in Atlanta, followed by one in Chicago. During an interaction with the audience, Gupta asked a man where he was from. When the man replied 'Pakistan,' some people in the crowd began chanting 'Sindoor,' referencing 'Operation Sindoor' – a recent Indian military action against terror camps. Gaurav immediately intervened, telling the audience not to misbehave. Turning back to the man, Gupta said, 'Brother, you have a lot of guts coming to the show. He thought artistes were banned, but audience members are still allowed.' He then added with a laugh, 'Chalo, tum Hanuman Chalisa padho ab' ('Go on, recite the Hanuman Chalisa now'). He went on to ask the man if he understood the jokes, before making a subtle reference to the recent Kashmir attacks. Gaurav added, 'Toh tumhe samajh nahi aata, nahi milega tumhe? Itne saalon se keh rahe hain – nahi milega, phir aa jaate ho tum' ('So you don't understand? You won't get it. We've been saying it for years – still, you keep coming.') A person wrote, 'So disappointed. He could have used this opportunity to celebrate in a positive manner. What he did was used back handed comedy. Disappointed.' Another user wrote, "The same people who cry 'disrespect' over comedy were silent during Pahalgam and Operation Sindoor. They never stood for the nation but get offended over a roast? So they can kill, and we can't even mock them? These are the ones who celebrate fake victories after losing. You couldn't even stand up for your country — and now you're the one saying, 'This shouldn't be done'? Wow." A third person, in support of Gaurav, wrote, 'He was hesitating while roasting him.. but he still did it gracefully.' The tension follows the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, which left 26 civilians dead. Since then, India has blocked Pakistani artistes' social media handles and banned the cross-border film 'Abir Gulaal,' featuring Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor.
