To be even more sure, Martin asked if the couple were understanding his question, by following up with: "Do you speak English?"
Users on X flooded the comments under the clip, which so far has gathered two million views.

As the camera panned to the duo during Wednesday night's show, the Viva La Vida singer said: "Oh look at these two."

Martin then delivered the now-famous zinger: "Oh what… either they're having an affair or they're very shy."
The TikTok clip has since racked up over 46 million views and sparked intense backlash online, with social media users accusing Byron of cheating and rallying behind his wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron.
