With two in three people reporting worsening mental health, the collaboration between TRIP and Calm aims to provide thousands across the UK with the tools they need to carve a path towards better mental health.
Currently available in Sainsbury's as part of its meal deal offering, the latest flavour can also be spotted on the shelves of Tesco and Waitrose, as well as online at Amazon and drink-trip.com.
More than seven million people in the UK buy a meal deal every day, and the partnership will allow those looking to make healthier choices to do exactly that.
While we're often tempted to pick ourselves up with a coffee or fizzy drink throughout the work day, studies have shown that long-term effects of drinking caffeinated drinks later on in the day can cause disrupted sleep and even hormonal imbalances in some cases.
TRIP's latest flavour — which is perhaps the most delicious yet — is infused with a whole host of nature's botanicals, including magnesium, chamomile, lion's mane and lemon balm - all of which may aid in easing stress and promoting a sense of calm, as well as other reported benefits such as improved sleep.
Launched in 2019 by husband and wife duo Olivia Ferdi and Daniel Khoury, the couple turned to nature's botanicals to overcome stresses in their own lives, before deciding to share their findings to the masses with TRIP.
Since then, the brand has received thousands of five-star reviews from happy customers, and is available in popular chains such as Young's Pubs and Leon. And it seems fans are just as pleased with the new flavour.
'My favourite TRIP so far,' wrote one thrilled customer. 'Tastes delicious with a really natural flavour. Helps me unwind before bed - no need for a glass of wine now!'.
'I am obsessed with this drink!', wrote a second. 'It's perfect to unwind and go to sleep and honestly, I've never slept better. Taste is 10/10 too'.
'Ive been loving TRIP for a while now, but this Wild Strawberry flavour is my new favourite!', wrote a third shopper. 'I usually don't like strawberry drinks, but it has a really natural taste'.
With every purchase of TRIP's Wild Strawberry drink, customers will be able to unlock their free three-month Calm Premium subscription via a code on the back of the can. The subscription to the world's number one health app includes a wide range of resources to promote mental and physical wellbeing, that can be accessed anywhere, at any time.
As well as guided meditations, sleep stories and focus music, the app also boasts access to expert-led masterclasses, a section for children, and a mood tracking tool to help monitor mood changes throughout the week.
With over 180 million global downloads, the handy app has received thousands of positive reviews, with some claiming it 'changed their life' and that they've 'never felt more relaxed'.
The collaboration between TRIP and Calm will provide thousands of Brits with the tools to take the steps towards better mental health. And in the height of summer, when more people than ever are turning to alcohol-free drinks (dubbed by gen-z as the sober curious movement), TRIP is a tasty, alcohol-free alternative specifically formulated to help you unwind.

How I saved £1000 on a package holiday by booking everything myself – it was so cheap I got 2 breaks for the price of 1
SOME people enjoy netball or cross-stitch, but my hobby is booking holidays - and I'm really good at it. I know a lot of people hate searching for a family holiday, working out what resort is best and whether it's good value for money, but I enjoy it. 5 I treat it like a sport. There is no better feeling than getting a really great deal for a week in the sun. I go through the flights, hotels and dates with a fine tooth comb, working out little ways to save. I have been doing this since my early 20s, after picking up the habit from my dad - back then, the best bargains were on last minute deals. We used to pack our suitcases and my dad would be on the phone to Teletext Holidays, nabbing a same day bargain. His greatest achievement was booking a flight that had already started boarding. Although, we'd never be able to do that now. However, it's still a thrill when you lock in a trip for a bargain price. It makes the holiday instantly better. Sometimes it's a small saving, like finding a cheaper airport transfer and saving £20, but sometimes my research pays off, saving hundreds. It all adds up. Getting a package deal Last year, I got my biggest saving yet on a family holiday to Greece. By booking everything individually, instead of going for a package deal, I saved over £1000 - which was a third of the price. I couldn't believe it! Having just moved house, we hadn't booked anything for summer, hoping to utilise the garden. But, the end of term was approaching and after months of grey skies and drizzle, I decided we needed a proper holiday. The Peloponnese penninsula - an underrated Greek holiday destination 5 Heading first to a popular holidays provider, I browsed the best deals across all six weeks of the kids' school break. I didn't have a set departure airport or destination in mind and I kept the dates and length of time we'd be away flexible, which meant I had a wide range to choose from. At the time, Greece was coming up the cheapest, and I narrowed it down to the Louis Apostolata Island Resort in Kefalonia The deal was pretty good. Flights from London, a week half-board in a four-star resort, a suitcase each and transfers to and from the airport in Greece for £3400. But, since we hadn't planned on a summer holiday, it was still over budget. That's when I started looking into each aspect separately. I discovered that instead of flying with the designated airline, we could fly with Ryanair for half the cost. Flights were £140 return on the budget airline. Since we didn't need four suitcases, we just booked one between us for the week, immediately saving another £150 on the Ryanair flights. Going onto the hotel's own website, I noticed that I could book directly with them and the price was coming up a lot less. They also had an offer on a room upgrade if you signed up to the mailing list. We actually ended up with a nicer room, while paying less. 5 5 The only thing that wasn't covered was transfers. On the package deal, a coach transfer was included but it also stopped at a number of other hotels. When I looked it up, a taxi to the resort was only £80 return. However, even with this on top, we still saved a whopping £1001 on the whole trip. We used the money we saved to book a weekend in Disneyland Paris in October. Again, I booked everything separately, using the Eurotunnel to drive to France and booking a hotel close to the theme park with 2-day tickets for just £440 for all of us. Our trip only cost £1300. After saving money on our Greece trip, I told people that Disneyland only cost us £300! Book carefully My advice would be to always book with reputable suppliers, because you could end up forking out more if they are not legitimate. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. I do like DIY holidays but I am not against booking a package deal and sometimes they are so good, I can't beat them. I think that's great. Our favourite places to shop for a package holiday are Jet2holidays and TUI. Booking a package means you get extra protection for your holiday through regulators like ABTA, ATOL and ABTOT. This means you'll get your money back on all aspects of the package in the event of any holiday disasters, like flight cancellations or issues at the hotel - which I wouldn't have had with my DIY version. For peace of mind, some people prefer to pay extra and not have to think about that, but massive holiday disasters are rare so I am happy to take the risk.

The gorgeous islands dubbed 'Hawaii of Europe'
A gorgeous set of European islands have been described as the continent's answer to Hawaii with 'Caribbean-style luxury' - and it's not hard to see why. The Azores, an autonomous region off the coast of Portugal, are known for their tropical landscapes which make them feel like they're somewhere far more exotic than Europe. Gavin Lapidus, a travel expert and the founder of eShores, says: 'These volcanic Portuguese islands are Europe's best-kept secret. 'Think Caribbean-style luxury with an eco-conscious soul - dramatic coastlines, mystical crater lakes, and world-class whale watching, all powered by sustainable initiatives. 'Shorter flights from the UK make this archipelago even more appealing. Each of the nine islands has its own distinct personality, from the thermal pools of Sao Miguel to the perfect cone of Pico Mountain, making island-hopping an irresistible adventure.' Sao Miguel is the largest Azores island and has an international airport, making it the starting point for many adventurers. Known as the 'Green Island', Sao Miguel is an incredible spot for whale and dolphin watching. Holidaymakers are in with a chance of spotting bottlenose dolphins, sperm whales, blue whales, minke whales. Tourists can also head to Sete Cidades, to see the island's spectacular twin blue and green lakes. The lakes differ in colour due to their varied depths, the deeper blue lake reflects the sky, while the green shallow lake reflects the green surroundings. Sao Miguel's Furnas Valley is a dormant volcanic caldera with plenty of thermal pools to take a dip in. At the island's Terra Nostra Park, tourists can relax in iron-rich thermal water at temperatures of 37 degrees. But Sao Miguel isn't the only island worth exploring. On Pico, known as 'Mountain Island', tourists can enjoy locally produced wine and tackle Mount Pico, the highest mountain in Portugal. If it's beaches you're after, Faial has the best shoreline according to Lonely Planet which says its 'stretches of sand are worth visiting'. And Flores is known for its incredible natural beauty, which ranges from waterfalls to lagoons and volcanic craters. How to get to the Azores British Airways and Ryanair both offer direct flights to Sao Miguel. Once there, tourists can catch ferries or domestic flights to reach the rest of the islands. The flight takes just over four hours from the UK. Best time of year to visit the Azores The Azores can be visited year-round, but the water can sometimes be too choppy for boat tours in December and January. During July and August, the weather is warmest but the islands tend to be at their busiest. The months between April and September are the best time to see whales and dolphins. Language Portuguese is the official language in the Azores but English is commonly spoken, particularly in touristy areas. Currency The Azores uses the Euro as standard currency.

One of the UK's best seaside towns set to get new tidal lido on the beach
PLANS have been proposed for an outdoor tidal pool at one of the UK's oldest seaside towns. New plans have revealed a three-sided outdoor swimming pool, at the top of Scarborough South Bay. 3 3 If approved, the pool would have sand running into it and a sheltered beach and bathing area for children. The Scarborough Safe Sea Swimming Project's proposed site at Children's Corner is located near to the busy town centre, beach and next to the historic Scarborough Spa. A feasibility study was also presented to councillors, which was commissioned by North Yorkshire Council completed by outdoor swimming specialists and architects Studio Octopi. The study highlighted the potential boost to the local economy and benefits to well-being and health. The study also advised that there should be a pre-planning application "given the unique and rare nature of tidal pool projects". According to the BBC, Councillor Rich Maw said: "This idea began in the simplest of ways – with a letter from two local sea swimmers who asked me, 'How do we build a swimming pool?' "That one question has grown into a meaningful conversation, and now, the foundations of a community-led and deliverable plan. "Scarborough's South and North Bays are already loved by sea swimmers year-round. Cold water swimming is growing rapidly in popularity and for good reason." Scarborough was named one of the UK's best seaside towns by Conde Nasté Traveller last month, praising its reinvention of itself. Not only that, but Scarborough is the country's oldest holiday resort, dating back to the mid 1600s. New £4million lido to open in UK next year Even nicknamed 'Scarbados,' its long stretch of sand are the popular draw. There is also an English tidal lido right on the beach that you can only visit twice a day. Located in the historic fishing village in West Cornwall, Mousehole Rock Pool is open for 24 hours a day. However, when you can swim in the pool, depends on whether the tide is in or out. Due to being a tidal swimming spot, visitors can only have a dip twice a day. Essentially, during high tide the pool is exposed to the sea and fills with more water. But then during low tide, the pool can drain and will become shallower. The tide varies throughout the year, but in summer, Mousehole usually has two high tides a day - in mid-morning and the evening. Plus, a unique Victorian lido with outdoor lazy river to reopen with new £250k splash zone. 3
