Brandon Graham: Today was a good day, I don't feel restricted at all
Defensive end Brandon Graham was back on the practice field for the Eagles on Thursday for the first time since he tore his triceps in Week 12.
Graham believed his season was over, but his recovery has gone well and the Eagles' run to the Super Bowl has given him more time to get cleared for a return to the field. While it's too soon to know if that will happen before February 9, Graham said the process got off to a good start.
'Today was a good one, tomorrow we'll see what happens and we're just gonna keep working until we get there,' Graham said, via Eliot Shorr-Parks of WIP.
Graham said that he feels his conditioning is good and that he'll be able to do anything asked of him if he is in the lineup against the Chiefs.
'I don't feel restricted at all,' Graham said. 'It's a good balance. Whatever I gotta do to get ready for this one game, I feel like I can do it.'
The Eagles have two more practices in Philadelphia and three practices in New Orleans before Super Bowl LIX.

"The Traitors" splits contestants up into two categories of "Faithfuls" and "Traitors." The cast must decipher which among them are the "Traitors," picking a player each night to "murder." While Donna and Jason embark on this exciting new venture, Travis remains at home preparing for his final season. The next step on that journey comes next week when the Chiefs get started with their mandatory minicamp on June 17. Bald Eagle Area softball falls short in PIAA championship
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (WTAJ) – Bald Eagle Area's softball team entered the PIAA Class 3A Championship Game on Friday hoping for revenge against Pine Grove Area, who handed the Eagles a loss in the title game back in 2019. However, the Cardinals got the best of them once again, winning 4-3 in the 13th inning at Penn State's Beard Field at Nittany Lion Softball Park. Addisyn Burns gave Bald Eagle Area an early lead in the third inning with a two-run double. Steelers unfazed by Watt's absence The Eagles saw a strong pitching performance from Sierra Albright, but errors allowed Pine Grove Area to take control of the game early on. In the bottom of the third inning, Callee Leffler hit a triple into right field but was able to score the Cardinals' first run of the game due to a throwing error. In the fourth inning, Jamie Dinger tied the game at two with an RBI double but would advance to third base on another error. Pine Grove Area capitalized on that as Tailyn Bohr would give them the lead with an RBI single. Trailing 3-2 in the seventh inning, Bald Eagle Area played small ball, using a sacrifice bunt and sacrifice fly to help force the game into extra innings. After each team had opportunities to win it in extras, Dinger was the hero in the 13th inning, winning the game with a bases loaded sacrifice fly. ICE says Club World Cup attendees should carry proof of citizenship, sparking concerns
The Trump administration's anti-immigrant crackdown is casting a pall over the FIFA Club World Cup soccer tournament kicking off in Florida this weekend. The Club World Cup is an international tournament that features some of the world's top professional soccer clubs. The United States is hosting it this year, with the first game scheduled for Saturday in Miami Gardens. On Tuesday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection tweeted that it will be 'suited and booted and ready to provide security for the first round of games.' It later deleted the tweet without explanation. And ICE told NBC News 6 in Miami that all non-American citizens will need to carry proof of their legal status. When asked to clarify that comment, an ICE spokesperson told The Miami Herald in a statement: 'As is customary for an event of this magnitude with national security implications, ICE will be working alongside our Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice partners to help ensure the safety and security of the event.' As the Herald noted, CBP's presence at major sporting events is not uncommon. For instance, the agency promoted its participation during the Super Bowl in New Orleans earlier this year. But the remark from ICE about proving legal status and the now-deleted CBP tweet against the backdrop of Trump administration's anti-immigration crackdown have raised concerns among some soccer fans. It's as if the government is warning attendees to keep their 'freedom papers' on hand to avoid harassment from Trump's immigration officials, whose crackdown has already ensnared American citizens and produced disturbing images, like that of ICE agents chasing farmworkers through a California field. Some people in heavily-Latino, Trump-friendly Miami-Dade County may indeed choose to forgo this event — no matter their citizenship status — rather than potentially subject themselves to the administration's xenophobic scrutiny. The Wall Street Journal recently reported, citing people familiar with the matter, on efforts by Trump White House adviser Stephen Miller to have federal agents 'just go out there and arrest illegal aliens' at places like 7-Eleven and The Home Depot, where undocumented laborers have, at times, looked for work. 'Keeping President Trump's promise to deport illegal aliens is something the administration takes seriously,' a White House spokesperson told the Journal. The apparent plan to confirm attendees' legal status at a soccer match seems like a similar attempt by the Trump administration to cast a net in a place where immigrants are likely to be. And creating uncertainty around the event surely won't help with reports on slow-moving ticket sales for the tournament.
