This came during Sheikh Mohammed attendance at the launch ceremony of the 'Mohammed bin Hamad Programme for Leadership Development', one of the initiatives under the Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Council, held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in the emirate, in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director-General of Fujairah Digital Government.
He pointed to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to empower national competencies in their fields of work, and to develop their skills and performance levels in a way that contributes to improving the government work system in Fujairah. This effort aims to elevate institutional and individual outcomes in line with the comprehensive development witnessed in Fujairah and the UAE on all levels.
The programme aims to prepare a distinguished group of leaders with forward-thinking vision and to enhance Fujairah's sustainable competitiveness. It also seeks to strengthen the skills of young leaders in achievement and impact, empower them to understand and adopt future technologies, and enhance leadership effectiveness and strategic decision-making in the era of digital transformation. The ultimate goal is to realise the vision of the Emirate of Fujairah by enabling national leaders to support the work of government entities.
The ceremony was attended by directors of federal and local departments in the emirate, along with a large gathering of employees.

The market has designated two customer pathways: the green lane for customers transporting animals in their vehicles, allowing them to enter directly, pay the required fees, and receive a receipt and sequential numbers for their animals before heading to the slaughterhouse. Vehicles must be parked outside the market, where special parking is provided. The yellow line pathway is for customers purchasing animals, who will go to the nearby cashier, pay the fees, receive a receipt, and wait in a designated hospitality tent. Operating hours during Eid Al-Adha The slaughterhouse will operate on Arafah Day from 6 AM to 12 PM and from 4 PM to 6 PM. On the first day of Eid, the market will open from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and on the second and third days, from 6 AM to 2 PM. Priority will be given to the slaughter of sheep and goats on the first day, with cattle and camels to be slaughtered after 11:30 AM. Commercial orders will be accepted starting at 10:30 AM on the third day. It is worth noting that the livestock market in Al Dhaid is one of the projects of Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Emirate of Sharjah.

Empowering national talent During the meeting, His Highness reviewed reports on Emiratisation efforts across Fujairah's government departments and private sector institutions. He examined the outcomes of departmental initiatives and statistical data, reiterating the significance of fostering national capabilities and enhancing their contributions to the emirate's progress. Emiratisation file Sheikh Mohammed reaffirmed the Fujairah Government's dedication to Emiratisation, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah. He stressed the importance of continuous workforce development across all sectors in the emirate to support the wide-ranging transformation taking place and to contribute to the UAE's broader national renaissance. Acknowledgment His Excellency Mohammed Khalifa Al Zeyoudi, Director of the Human Resources Department, and his accompanying team expressed their gratitude to the Crown Prince for his ongoing support and directives, which aim to maintain high performance standards.
