He examined the outcomes of departmental initiatives and statistical data, reiterating the significance of fostering national capabilities and enhancing their contributions to the emirate's progress.

Sheikh Mohammed reaffirmed the Fujairah Government's dedication to Emiratisation, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah. He stressed the importance of continuous workforce development across all sectors in the emirate to support the wide-ranging transformation taking place and to contribute to the UAE's broader national renaissance.
