Sub Stina Blackstenius's brilliant 74th-minute strike edged out favourites and holders Barcelona 1-0.
Scott, 40, was in the Arsenal side on the only other occasion they lifted the crown - in 2007 when it was called the Uefa Women's Cup.
And she looked as toned as she did back then - in a cropped yellow shirt revealing her impressive abs.
Glynne was seen grinning as the couple looked on in classic short-sleeved tops from 1988-90, midway during Arsenal's JVC sponsorship era.
Ex-defender Scott walked down steps with a glass of bubbly in each hand.
Yet at times Glynne looked to be enjoying herself even more than the famous ex-Gunner.
The 35-year-old smiled and laughed as the couple settled in for the action at the Estadio Jose Alvalade stadium in the Portuguese capital.
In fact, they could not have looked more relaxed - in contrast to the tense final that developed below them on the pitch.
Barcelona's Irene Paredes slid in to net an own goal - only for VAR to deny Arsenal that opener as crosser Frida Maanum was ruled offside.
But although the Spaniards were often on top, Leah Williamson masterminded the Gunners' fierce defending.

And Blackstenius came on to fire a first-time winner for WSL runners-up Arsenal following a sublime pass from fellow substitute Beth Mead.
Scott was ecstatic at the end after making her way down to the pitch - celebrating with arms as wide as any of the club's current players.
It was sheer joy from the BBC star, who as a player won 140 caps for the Lionesses and lifted the WSL crown five times with Arsenal.
Scott's relationship with Glynne became public two years ago.
She's since called it "special" and has promised to protect it.
Meanwhile, the couple have regularly shared blissful snaps - including a spectacular adventure holiday in Costa Rica in January.

Fabio Wardley lands huge right hand to snatch knockout win from brink of defeat
But Wardley looked in deep trouble against Australian Huni, a late replacement for intended opponent Jarrell Miller, who pulled out with a shoulder injury at the end of April. Heading into the 10th round, Wardley appeared to be well behind on the scorecards and did not seem to have much left but he landed a right hand on the chin of Huni, who was sent to the canvas and counted out. It was an 18th knockout of 19 wins for 30-year-old Wardley, who remains unbeaten. He landed a strong shot on Huni, who had won all of his previous 12 fights, at the end of the first round, but by the third round the Australian had begun to take control. Justis Huni lies on the canvas (Steven Paston/PA) More blows rocked Wardley in the fourth round and by the seventh he was bleeding from the mouth, the speed of Huni causing him all sorts of problems. The crowd had been quietened with Wardley apparently on the verge of defeat but the atmosphere changed in an instant as he found the perfect response. Wardley could now be in line for a clash with WBA champion Oleksandr Usyk, who will fight Briton's Daniel Dubois at Wembley next month.

Fabio Wardley lands huge right hand to snatch knockout win from brink of defeat
The hometown hero went into the contest as the favourite to secure the interim WBA heavyweight title and put himself at the front of the queue for a shot at the WBA belt. Bruce Springsteen joined by Paul McCartney at Liverpool concert
The American musician was joined on stage by the 82-year-old Beatles star during the second of two shows at Anfield stadium on Saturday, with Sir Paul then providing vocals as the pair played the band's Can't Buy Me Love. Springsteen, 75, and his E Street Band are in the UK as part of his Land of Hope and Dreams Tour, which kicked off with three shows in Manchester last month. Sir Paul McCartney previously performed with Bruce Springsteen at Glastonbury in 2022 (Danny Lawson/PA) Footage shared on social media showed the surprised crowd cheering loudly as Sir Paul was introduced, before he then playfully pointed at Springsteen and the pair shared an embrace. Before he left the stage after their performance, Sir Paul addressed the crowd and reportedly said: 'Thank you, Scousers.' The two men have previously performed together on several occasions, most notably when Sir Paul delivered a headline set at Glastonbury in 2022. Announced as a surprise all the way from the east coast of America, Springsteen joined Sir Paul, who became the festival's oldest solo headliner, as they played hits Glory Days and I Wanna Be Your Man on the Pyramid Stage. In 2012, Sir Paul had joined Springsteen on stage at the end of the singer's headline slot at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London, but both stars found their microphones cut off before they could address the crowds after exceeding the curfew. Beginning his career in the 1960s, Springsteen has gone on to have 12 UK top 10 albums and four UK top 10 singles and is best known for songs such as Born In The USA, Dancing In The Dark and Born To Run. His Land of Hope and Dreams Tour, which includes 16 dates across six European countries, will conclude in Milan, Italy, on July 3.
