Stormers v Benetton: All the stadium, parking info you need
Kick-off is at 18:15, with gates opening two hours earlier at 16:15.
After a scrappy win against Connacht last week, fans are expected to turn out in full force to back John Dobson's boys in blue. And you know what that means, right? Traffic jams, like only Cape Town can manage.
With a busy weekend on the cards across the city, spectators are being urged to plan ahead to avoid traffic headaches and parking woes.
Due to limited parking around the stadium, fans are encouraged to park in the CBD and either stroll along the Fan Walk or take advantage of the free MyCiTi shuttle service that will be running exclusively for ticket holders.
These shuttles will operate between the Civic Centre and Thibault Square stations and the stadium, with services starting from 15:45. After the match, the last buses will depart from the stadium at 22:15.
Free parking is available for those using the MyCiTi buses from 10:00 at the Civic Centre, accessible via Hertzog Boulevard or Civic Road on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid parking is also available at Parkalot on Jack Craig Street and at Harbour Arch on Harbour Arch Boulevard.
Because here's the thing: it's not just rugby drawing crowds to the city this weekend. The Cape Town International Jazz Festival is also taking place at the CTICC on Friday and Saturday, which means you can expect higher-than-usual traffic volumes in the city centre. That's a polite way of saying, it's going to get a little crazy out there.
Road closures will be in effect from Saturday morning in and around the Green Point Precinct, including Fritz Sonnenberg Road, Helen Suzman Boulevard at the Green Point Circle, and Granger Bay Boulevard. Due to the Jazz Festival, additional closures will be in place near the CTICC, including Walter Sisulu Avenue.

Scots tourist dies in cruise ship pool while docked in Naples
A Scottish tourist has been found dead in a pool on board a cruise ship docked in Naples. Marella Cruises, who work with TUI, confirmed on Wednesday that a passenger on board the Marella Voyage had died from natural causes. The ship was docked in the port of Naples when an 83-year-old man was found unresponsive in the pool, as reported by Italian news site Cronache della Campania. The Marella Voyager left Majorca on August 16 before stops at Olbia in Sardinia, Naples, Rome, Ajaccio in Corsica, Palamos in Spain, and a return to Majorca. A spokesperson for the company said: 'We can confirm that sadly a passenger passed away of natural causes onboard Marella Voyager. 'Our thoughts are with the passenger's family during this difficult time, and our care team is providing assistance.' An FCDO Spokesperson said: 'We are supporting the family of a British man who died in Italy.' Brit found dead on cruise ship docked in Italy as fellow passengers try to save him
An 83-year-old was found unresponsive in a swimming pool onboard the Marella Voyager while it was docked in Naples. Holidaymakers and crew desperately tried to save him but he could not be revived. A Brit pensioner has tragically passed away on a cruise ship after being found lifeless in the swimming pool while the vessel was moored in Naples. The 83-year-old Scottish man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was discovered in the Marella Voyager's pool yesterday afternoon. Despite frantic efforts by holidaymakers and crew to resuscitate him, their attempts were unsuccessful. Italian authorities boarded the ship, temporarily impounding it as they conducted investigations. The vessel, operated by TUI, was scheduled to depart at 5pm local time but faced delays of several hours. After thorough examination, police dismissed any suspicion of foul play, confirming that the elderly man had fallen ill in the water. Subsequently, the cruise liner was permitted to continue its Mediterranean voyage. Having embarked from Majorca on August 16, the Marella Voyager had visited Sardinia prior to its stop in Naples and is now en route to Rome, Corsica, Spain, and will return to Majorca, reports the Daily Record. An FCDO spokesperson stated: "We are supporting the family of a British man who died in Italy." The Mirror has contacted TUI for more information. The Marella Voyager left Majorca on August 16 before stops at Olbia in Sardinia, Naples, Rome, Ajaccio in Corsica, Palamos in Spain and a return to Majorca. This comes as some popular tourist cities turn against cruises. Three cruise ship terminals are to be ripped down in Barcelona following mounting pressure from locals. Officials in the beloved Spanish destination have decided to scale back the port's cruise ship capacity after years of campaigners arguing that boatloads of passengers are adding unbearable strain to the city. Barcelona's port currently boasts nine terminals, with seven dedicated to cruise ships. Catalonian governing authorities have now chosen to act, with proposals to demolish the three most dated terminals (A, B, and C). A cutting-edge terminal will be constructed at Terminal C's existing site, due to launch by the decade's close. The replacement facility will accommodate approximately 7,000 passengers simultaneously. Nevertheless, the port's overall daily capacity will fall from roughly 37,000 to 31,000 under the €185m (£160m) scheme, according to EuroWeekly News. The revelation comes after this week's agreement between the port authority and the city council.

Liverpool and Man City stars in world class £343m XI available for FREE next summer
There's just under two weeks left of the current transfer market but some Premier League clubs could potentially be starting plans for next year with a host of stars available on free transfers With the transfer window entering the final stretches, Premier League clubs have not been afraid to splash the cash. Champions Liverpool could potentially move take their summer spend beyond the £400m mark with a British-record swoop for Alexander Isak. Their top-flight rivals have also spent heavily too, with Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United having all spent huge amounts. Given their vast outlays already, some teams may now be tempted to look for a few bargains before the window 'slams' shut. A number of free agents such as Christian Eriksen, Victor Lindelof, Jamie Vardy and Kurt Zouma all remain without clubs. But the opportunity to land top talents without dipping into their summer budget, could be even more tantalising in 2026 with a host of top talents primed to be out of contract. In fact, an XI of nearly £350m worth of talent are available for nothing in just 12 months' time according to Sportingpedia. And clubs only have to wait a few months to engage in talks with those players. With that being said, take a look a look at some of the best players who could be on the move completely for free this time next year: Starting in goal, we have a player who could actually be on the move over the final couple of weeks of the window. Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma - who is valued at £34.5m - has just one year remaining on his Paris Saint-Germain deal. But he has been told he can leave the club this summer amid interest from Manchester City. Moving into defence, there are a few Premier League stars who could be on the move. Everton's Vitalii Mykolenko has just one year remaining on his contract, which would see the Toffees lose out on an estimated £24m. Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi also has less than a year remaining on his deal. He is another who could move this summer amid interest from Liverpool. And they could get a bargain given his £38.8m valuation. Ironically, Guehi could potentially replace another star in this XI. Liverpool star Ibrahima Konate - who is worth around £51m - is out of contract in a year's time and has been linked with a move to Real Madrid. Dayot Upamecano - rated at £43m - could also join his compatriot in being on the move sooner rather than later. He has just a season remaining on his contract with current employers Bayern Munich. Real Madrid starlet Raúl Asencio claims the right side, with his value sitting at £34.5m. The midfield is also stacked with plenty of talent. Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong - who has constantly been linked with Manchester United - is valued at £38.8m but could be available for nothing very soon. Meanwhile, Premier League duo Rodrigo Bentancur and Bernardo Silva could potentially be leaving Tottenham and Man City respectively on frees next summer. The pair hold a joint value of around £58.7m. Moving to the frontline, Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has less than a year on his contract in Turin. Given he was signed for £66m and is now valued at just £30.2m, that would represent a huge loss for the Italian giants. Brentford forward Yoane Wissa is the final inclusion in the out-of-contract XI but he could also move on well before then. He is valued at £27.6m, albeit the Bees are demanding considerably more than that this summer amid interest from Newcastle as they attempt to find a replacement for Alexander Isak. Out of contract XI: Donnarumma; Asencio, Guehi, Konate, Upamecano, Mykolenko; De Jong, Silva, Bentancur; Wissa, Vlahovic.
