He revealed he would run for 45 and followed this practice religiously.
With this practice and entirely natural fitness routine, without any diet, dietitian, or gym, Dilip was able to achieve an impressive weight loss of 16 kilos in just 45 days. He could do it with commitment, routine, and consistency.
