
Florida football lands commitment from 4-star safety for 2026 class
Florida football landed its fourth commitment of the 2026 class, getting a pledge from Milton High safety Kaiden Hall on June 3, per On3's Hayes Fawcett.
Hall visited UF's campus from over the weekend and chose the Florida Gators over offers from Tennessee, Texas A&M, USF and UCF. He's listed as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.com and a four-star per 27Sports.com composite rankings.

Hall is the first defensive back to commit to UF's 2026 class, a list that includes quarterback Will Griffin (four-star, Jesuit Prep, Tampa), defensive lineman Jamir Perez (three-star, Glenville High, Cleveland, Ohio) and inside offensive lineman G'Nivre Carr (three-star, IMG Academy, Bradenton).
Under fourth-year coach Billy Napier, Florida is looking to build off its recruiting moment from a year ago, when it rallied late to put together a 2025 class that ranked seventh nationally, per 247Sports. Some of those players stood out as early enrollees in UF's spring game, including five-star wide receiver Dallas Wilson, who had 10 catches for 195 yards and 2 TDs.

Iowa basketball hosting in-state 2026 recruiting standout
Iowa is hosting one of the best in-state products on Wednesday and Thursday. Eliot Clough shared the news that Iowa is welcoming in Waukee Northwest forward Colin Rice for a visit. Rice is ranked as a three-star prospect per 247Sports. The in-state product averaged 12.5 points and 7.2 rebounds per game while shooting 38% from 3-point range last season. Advertisement Per 247Sports, Rice is the nation's No. 59 small forward and the No. 3 player from the state of Iowa. The Hawkeyes and head coach Ben McCollum doled out an offer to Rice on May 1 and now have quickly orchestrated this official visit.
