Love Island viewers were left baffled after Conor broke down in tears following Megan's dumping, as they asked why he wouldn't just leave with her instead.
In a shock turn of events during Friday's episode, Irish Islander Megan was dumped from the villa alongside Remell after a savage public vote.
And after days of drama as they navigated their connection despite being coupled up with different people, Conor was visibly emotional as Megan was sent packing.
'Will you wait for me?' Conor asked Megan in an emotional chat. 'Yeah, I'll wait for you,' she replied.
After some teary goodbyes and the dumped pair left the Villa, Conor broke down in tears as he spoke to Ben by the Firepit.
'I hand on heart do not think that anyone is going to come through that door that I fancy more than Megan…' he said. 'I look at her like a girlfriend on the outside.'
But his reaction left viewers confused, as they wondered why he wouldn't just leave with Megan if he thought he wasn't going to meet anyone better.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, fans wrote: 'Connor not walking out with Megan after they done ALL of that….. what was the point then,';
'Connor didn't even consider leaving LMAOOOOOOO,'; 'We all know you're not leaving connor, wipe the tears babes,';
'Connor asking Megan to wait for him when he's not willing to leave with her is so... the audacity is through the roof,';
'Connor crying but he's not leaving with herrrr biggest liar,'; 'I think if Connor really likes Megan he'd leave with her,';
'Connor gave Megan a promise bracelet and said 'wait for me' but he still stayed in the villa for what?,';
'Why is Connor saying to Megan 'wait for me' he might as well just go home!'; 'Does Connor know he can actually leave…. It's not by force,';
'Why did connor not leave with Megan???'

Wild article predicting women would be having sex with ROBOTS in 2025 resurfaces on its anniversary
The wild claim that women would be having sex with robots more than men in 2025 has gone viral once again. The article - originally published on this very day in The Sun in 2016 - claimed robot sex would be prevalent by 2025 and even more common than human intercourse by 2050, as predicted by futurologist Dr. Ian Pearson. 'A lot of people will still have reservations about sex with robots at first but gradually as they get used to them, as the AI (artificial intelligence) and mechanical behavior and their feel improves, and they start to become friends with strong emotional bonds, that squeamishness will gradually evaporate,' he said in the report, commissioned by Bondara in 2015. The article periodically resurfaces on X (formerly known as Twitter), with today marking nine years since its original posting being no exception. Dozens of people ran to the comments to celebrate the 'holiday' while others shared what was actually happening in 2025. 'Today is a Twitter national holiday,' someone joked about the post, while another said, 'Happy women will be having more sex than robots in 2025 tweet day!' 'The people yearn for the robot sex,' a comment read. 'We are ready!' another quipped. 'Today marks nine years since it was reported that, by now, women would be having "more sex with robots than men." Still hasn't happened,' a user observed. 'Only six months remaining and yet I don't see where the robots are???' someone else shared. 'Meanwhile, women are in fact NOT having sex with robots. Men, however, are proposing to robots and AI chatbots,' someone argued. 'The funny part is is that men are actually having sex with robots (sexting Chat GBT),' another wrote, while someone else said, 'Instead of robots, we are having sex with AI.' A user humored: 'Funniest thing is that AI relationships are becoming a thing.' 'Imagine your girl leaving you for a robot,' one commenter pondered. While sex robots may not have taken over the dating world just yet, that hasn't stopped many people finding love that isn't human. Recently, a model unveiled a new form of technology that allows a hologram version of herself to have sex with anyone from anywhere in the world. Gitte Von G, 45, created a hologram of herself using AI technology that can be placed just about anywhere. Another man married an AI sex robot and calls her his 'rock,' while another woman is 'deeply in love' with an AI computer program named Lucas. In February, a new report revealed that a quarter of people wouldn't mind if their partner had sex with a robot. However, there was an important caveat - the only way it would be allowed would be if the robot was modeled after them. Researchers from ZipHealth surveyed 1,000 people to understand how artificial intelligence (AI) is redefining intimacy and sexual health. 'How much trust would you place in artificial intelligence for your most personal concerns?' the team wrote in a blog. 'A recent ZipHealth survey of 1,000 people reveals surprising attitudes about AI's growing role in relationships, from diagnosing sexual health issues to replacing human companionship.' For the study, ZipHealth surveyed 1,000 people with an average age of 40. Fifty-four percent were male, 44 percent were female, and two percent were non-binary. The results revealed that one in four respondents said they would be comfortable with their partner being intimate with a sex robot modeled after themselves. Men were considerably more likely than women to think this was ok. However, two in five people said they'd consider it cheating if their partner was intimate with a bot - even if it looked like them.

Tim Davie must consider his position
The BBC says it should never have broadcast the vile rants of Bob Vylan at Glastonbury and should have cut the live stream when he started chanting 'death to the IDF'. So how did it happen? It has emerged that BBC director-general Tim Davie was himself at Glastonbury on Saturday afternoon and whilst ruling that the performance should not subsequently be available on demand, did not pull the livestream from iPlayer. Where were the protocols to ensure anti-Semitic political propaganda was not sent out unexpurgated on the airwaves, courtesy of the long-suffering licence-fee payer? And if such rules existed why were they not enforced by Mr Davie? The incident could not have come as a surprise. Glastonbury attracts all sorts of preening, self-absorbed nonentities who think they have a monopoly of moral and political rectitude. Surely someone at the BBC must have done their due diligence and suspected that an act like Bob Vylan, which revels in controversy, would land them in it. They knew of the risk because an on-screen warning was issued about the 'very strong and discriminatory language'. At the very least, BBC executives should have insisted upon a delay allowing editors to switch coverage to another act in the event of a nauseating stunt of the sort we witnessed on Saturday. The Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy told MPs she wanted to know why this act was broadcast live by the BBC and the feed was not cut. 'I want explanations,' she said. Now that we know that Mr Davie was intimately involved in this disastrous episode he must consider his own position.

Pregnant Sophie Habboo and husband Jamie Laing set to star in new Disney+ series exploring their 'no holds barred whirlwind journey' to parenthood
Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing are set to document their 'no holds barred whirlwind journey' to parenthood in an upcoming Disney+ series. The pregnant TV star, 30, and her presenter husband, 36 - who tied the knot in 2023 - will bringing their journey to becoming parents to screens, after sharing last month that they are expecting their first child. The Made In Chelsea couple - who are known for their infectious energy and no filter truth-telling - will take viewers through the steps of the next chapter in their lives in a 'refreshingly relatable series'. The docuseries will explore everything from Sophie's pregnancy to balancing their busy professional lives, as well as moving into their first family home, navigating support – and unsolicited advice. Fans will be also treated to a closer look of how the IT couple managed to build up their top-charting podcast. Speaking of the upcoming project, Jamie and Sophie said: 'For nearly a decade, we've brought audiences along the highs and lows of our personal and professional lives through TV, radio, social media and our podcasts. 'It's such an honour to now partner with the incredible teams at Disney+ and Dorothy St Pictures to bring our next chapter to viewers across the globe. 'Navigating our lives with a baby on the way has opened up a whole new stage of our relationship – we can't wait to give you a front row seat!' The series was commissioned by Sean Doyle, Executive Director and is produced by Dorothy St Pictures in association with Jampot Productions. Sean, Executive Director of Unscripted at Disney+, said: 'We've seen great success over the past couple of years with our Disney+ Original unscripted series such as 'Finding Michael', 'Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story', 'Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story' and more recently, 'Flintoff'. The happy lovebirds and soon to be parents announced they were expecting their first child together earlier this month - revealing the news with an ultrasound snap. The news comes as Disney+ also announced the reboot of a legendary dating show along with a new reality series set to explore Wayne and Coleen Rooney 's relationship 'like never before'. Blind Date was famously hosted by the late Cilla Black from 1985 to 2003 and now the show will return to screens 'bigger, better, and bolder than ever'. The new ten-part series will start in a secret location and contestants will be faced with the choice between three potential suitors who will be hidden away behind the legendary 'Blind Date' wall. Disney+ promises 'head-turning' twists as the couples spend the summer living together, and production is set to begin later this year. The iconic British game show originally saw a contestant question three potential dates hidden behind a screen – which would then slide back to reveal their chosen match. Though not yet officially confirmed, it was previously reported the new version will take place on a tropical island, just like ITV 's Love Island, hosted by Maya Jama – with contestants battling it out for a dream wedding on golden sands. A TV insider previously told The Sun: 'This sounds like a radical departure from the old Blind Date, one that definitely has hints of Love Island about it. 'But fans will recall a lot of the dates took place in hot, sunny climes abroad, and producers want to recapture some of the steamy fun, and expand upon that. 'Even the wedding element has hints of the old show because the dream was always that the dates on the programme would lead to couples tying the knot.'
