WINNER to proceed with concert without Mino

Yahoo08-05-2025
8 May - YG Entertainment revealed that their boy band WINNER will be holding a concert as planned, but that Mino will not be a part of it.
Sharing the news on 7 May, the company stated that they are planning to hold the concert in July for the first time in approximately three years and three months.
"This concert will feature all three members: Kang Seung-yoon, Kim Jin-woo, and Lee Seung-hoon performing together. As this was not an easy decision, we kindly ask for your support and encouragement," they stated.
WINNER's last concert was in April 2022. The group went into a hiatus in 2023 when Mino and Kang Seung-yoon began their military service as a social service worker and an active-duty soldier, respectively. The two members were set to return after completing their service in December last year, but Mino was investigated on charges of violating the Military Service Act, making it unclear whether they would make a comeback.
YG explained, "As this is a concert to celebrate WINNER's comeback and a place to meet fans after three years, we have already booked the venue a long time ago and prepared a high-quality stage. We decided to go ahead with the concert as scheduled, reflecting the members' firm will to meet their fans and for the fans who have waited for WINNER's stage for a long time."

Why Is Taylor Swift's New Era Orange?

We're still coming down from Taylor Swift's almost two hour appearance on New Heights, and honestly there's a lot to parse through. The top notes? Taylor gushed about Travis Kelce, revealed The Life of a Showgirl tracklist, chatted about buying her masters, and exposed her easter egg secrets. But she also explained why she chose orange—specifically "Portofino Orange" as the official color for her new era. "I've just always liked it, Jason," Tay told Jason Kelce. "It feels like kind of energetically how my life has felt. And this album is about what was going on behind the scenes in my inner life during this tour, which was so exuberant and electric and vibrant." The Grammy-winner also spoke about THE orange door she left through during the final Eras Tour show, which fans have been speculating about forever. "I would leave the stage every night going down the elevator lift. That's how every single Eras Show ended, except for one, except for the last one, where I exited through a door, an orange door to be specific," Taylor said. "And that actually was an Easter egg. Basically, the reason why I chose to exit that way is because I kind of wanted to give a little subliminal hint to the fans that I may be leaving the Eras Tour era, but I was also entering a new era... I was pretty happy that they noticed that. I was like, trained them well." More from Tay's debut podcast episode below!

Halle Berry Responds To David Justice Saying She Wasn't "Motherly"

Last week, Halle Berry's first ex-husband, David Justice, went on the All the Smoke podcast and opened up about why he 'decided to leave her' in 1996 after three years of marriage. After admitting that he didn't 'know if [his] heart was really into' the relationship from the start, David said one of his primary concerns about his movie-star wife was that she didn't seem 'motherly.' 'My knowledge and my understanding, my wisdom around relationships just wasn't vast,' he recalled. 'I'm a Midwest guy. So, in my mind, I'm thinking a wife at that time should cook, clean, you know?' 'I'm thinking, 'OK, if we have kids, is this the woman I want to have kids with and build a family with?'' the former MLB player questioned. 'At that time, as a young guy — she don't cook, don't clean, don't really seem like, motherly, and then we start having issues.' In February 1996, David told Halle he was leaving her, and the pair wound up having a pretty messy divorce, which was finalized in 1997 and involved Halle filing a restraining order against him. Halle went on to marry two more times and welcomed two children in 2008 and 2013. Meanwhile, David has been married to Rebecca Villalobos since 2001. Though David's comments were part of a broader conversation, the clip of him questioning Halle's motherliness did the rounds on social media and sparked a whole lot of viral backlash and confusion last week. One X post with over 216,000 likes read: 'Halle Berry, a household name, was supposed to take time away from her breadwinning career to 'cook and clean' for a man I've never heard of?! LMAOOOO! According to their net worths, he needed to be the one throwing the apron on and cleaning the house too.'Another with over 17,000 likes read: 'Lol, he really thought she was gonna stop her acting career and become a housewife.''So many Straight men don't want political, emotional and spiritual life partners,' read another post with 11,000 likes, 'they just want domestic servants. Hire a house keeper.' Now, off the back of all the discourse, Halle has weighed in on the conversation herself — in the best way she possibly could. On Thursday, which also happened to be her 59th birthday, the Oscar-winner posted a photo on X of herself and her partner, Van Hunt, lounging on a sunbed with a big bowl of chips between them. 'Phew…! cooking, cleaning and mothering,' Halle captioned the post, which, at the time of writing, has been liked over 61,000 times. It's giving unbothered, flourishing, and certainly not worried about what an ex has to say. And people are loving the shade, with fans calling it a '10/10 clap back.' 'AND LOOKIN GOOD WHILE DOIN IT 😍,' commented someone else.'happy birthday to the one and only Halle 'Domestic Diva Deluxe' Berry,' joked another. Honestly, no notes. Happy birthday, Halle!

Taylor Swift Starts a Fall Color Trend to Match Her "Next Era"

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Taylor Swift ended her official Eras Tour book note to readers last December with a cryptic invitation: "See you next era..." she wrote. All these months later, it's apparently time for Swifties to RSVP for the singer's twelfth studio album. Swift has even provided a dress code that's sure to start a fall color trend in the process. On August 11, Swift's official fan account, Taylor Nation, posted twelve photos of the Grammy-winner on Instagram. Every single shot was taken during the Eras Tour. While the photos display Swift wearing a variety of custom costumes by Roberto Cavalli, Versace, and Etro, one thing is consistent: Each photo shared comes in a sorbet shade of orange-y pink, like an early September sunset. Taylor Swift fans are known for making cryptic messages out of everyday outfit choices, but this look back at her tour wardrobe is definitely a sanctioned clue. Swift's team captioned the photos, "Thinking about when she said 'See you next era...'" alongside a flaming heart emoji. Taylor Swift is known for pairing each of her albums with a matching wardrobe palette, onstage and off. During the Eras Tour, she tapped her favorite designers to translate those chapters into costumes (with 250 pairs of custom Christian Louboutin shoes to match). While some albums came with specific colors—Red was always red, of course—other had a palette allowing Swift to change her exact outfit from show to show. Several of her albums, including Lover, Evermore, and 1989, were accompanied by bright orange and orange-pink outfits. Swift also returned to her tour last fall with a high-low dress for her acoustic set cast in the same tones of nectarine orange and peach. In between shows, Swift also laid the groundwork for album twelve's look. While out with Travis Kelce in London, she wore a crochet dress and Gucci heels in the same shades of light orange and dusty lavender. Fans associated it with the retro, '70s-inspired look of her Midnights album at the time. Paired with the costumes in this "next era" teaser post, it reads like a sign of what's to come. Swift's wardrobing choices are just as influential as her all-around presence. Her tour sparked a bona fide beaded bracelet trend, and her Tortured Poets Department fashion is singlehandedly responsible for a corset top resurgence. Trust that when album twelve is made official, it will start a run on pieces in the same color family—even if runway color trends for fall are leaning more muted and minimalist. All signs point to Taylor Swift announcing her twelfth album in the coming weeks (if not days). For now, I'll be thinking about what this "next era" could sound like—and adjusting my fall color palette accordingly. Who else can't wait to see her next era?
