Celtic man's classy farewell involving Lawwell and Michael Nicholson
The Irishman recently departed his role as Professional Player Pathway Manager at the Parkhead club to join Swansea City as assistant to Alan Sheehan.
O'Dea took to social media platform X after his Celtic exit was confirmed, outlining the roles of Peter Lawwell, Michael Nicholson, Ange Postecoglou, Brendan Rodgers, Paul Tisdale and Chris McCart played in his time as a coach and then pathway manager.

He said: "It's time to take another step in my career, which means leaving the club I love.
"I've had an incredible time and been given the best education, and there are so many people I'm grateful to.
"Peter, Michael, Ange, Brendan, Paul are just a few and a special mention for Chris McCart, who's always supported me so much. I'll just be a fan again, and I can honestly say the club is in a great place and the people there make it what it is - family.
"Not a 'goodbye' but a 'see you again'."
O'Dea spent six years as a player at Celtic before rejoining the club in 2019, initially as under-19s manager.
"I am delighted," he told swanseacity.com after taking up his new role in Wales.
"I knew of the interest and I spoke with Alan [Sheehan] a number of weeks ago.
"Obviously, I have been with a club I have grown up in, so it was difficult to come to terms with the decision in terms of leaving, but once I spoke to him and had an insight into what the club is wanting to do, I wanted to join.
"I had a good understanding of the club anyway, but it's a really exciting project, one I wanted to be a part of, and I am delighted it is done now.
"I would not have left Celtic unless it was for something I felt very strongly about. Of course, the club and its prestige and the intensity of it is something I am used to, and I wanted to work with and for Alan.
"You combine those two things, and the conversations I have had with other people at the club who will be working with us, and it just fits. It's something I am really happy to be part of."

Newcastle Utd superstar Alexander Isak stunned by ‘fearless' Celtic target
NEWCASTLE UNITED superstar Alexander Isak reckons 'fearless' Benjamin Nygren will be a top star with his Swedish international teammate set for a move to Celtic. We were first to tell you how the Hoops are on the brink of wrapping up a £1.7 million cut-price transfer for the FC Nordsjaelland winger. 2 Benjamin Nygren of Sweden with a chance vs Northern Ireland Credit: Getty 2 Alexander Isak Of Newcastle United Credit: Alamy Nygren has enjoyed an outstanding season for his club and he was rewarded earlier this year when the 23-year-old was called up by Sweden for the first time. He played against Luxembourg and Northern Ireland and was up front with St James' Park hero Isak, where he opened his international account with a goal against the Irish. And Isak was full of praise for the new boy. He said: "It was very good to play with Benjamin. I really enjoyed it. "It's clear he is a fearless player who has a lot of confidence. "Playing with a winger like that who is able to provide good crosses can only be beneficial for someone like me. "I think he did incredibly well in the two games and it was a nice boost for him that he was also able to score his goal too." Meanwhile, Nygren gave a strong hint last month about why he has opted for Celtic over other options in Europe by insisting he is desperate to play in the Champions League. He said: "The last two years I have shown that I have taken the next step in my career, become a regular starter and I feel I have delivered at a high level for a long time. "I have developed a lot - not only on the tactical levels, but also as a player on the pitch and as a leader. Ex-Celtic coach Eric Black on the Cup exit that rocked Scottish football plus life with Lubo and Dr Jo "I am 23 years old and a captain already, which says a lot. My leadership skills are something that I have developed greatly. "I have always seen myself as someone who wants to lead and wants to show others and set a good example both on and off the field. "Playing in the Europa Conference League where I scored a hat-trick against Fenerbahce, was a big boost to my confidence and my dream is to play in the Champions League. "I make no secret of the fact that I have high ambitions and want to play in the best leagues and play in the Champions League. "And if you want to play in the biggest tournaments, you probably have to take the move forward from here." Keep up to date with ALL the latest news and transfers at the Scottish Sun football page
