All-conquering Chelsea women's team names D Louise as first jewellery partner
British jewellery brand D Louise has linked with Chelsea FC Women as its first official partner, and for good reason.
The high-profile team has just finished the domestic season unbeaten while winning all three domestic trophies and the tie-up will be a perfect platform to 'bring the brand's purposeful, tarnish-free pieces to fans and players alike'.
Created to be worn 'through work, travel and exercise' and made from durable, waterproof materials built to be resilient, we're told the jewellery is 'timeless and designed for life'.
From the 2025/26 season, fans will be able to purchase unique co-branded jewellery and attend watch parties co-hosted to support women's sport this summer.
Players will also wear lines from its range on arrival at matches next season at its home ground Stamford Bridge, and at the Player of the Year Awards.
'More than a collaboration, the partnership is a meeting of shared values with strength and purpose defining both D Louise and Chelsea Women, on and off the pitch. A symbol of stability, movement and staying in the game, the jewellery… will represent both brands' commitment to purpose and perseverance,' the retailer said.

But its share of operating profit is significant. Thanks to their high margins, cognac and champagne fit seamlessly into the world of luxury.

Trump says fresh US-China trade talks in London next week
The talks in the British capital on Monday will mark the second round of such negotiations between the world's two biggest economies since Trump launched his trade war this year. "The meeting should go very well," said Trump in a post on his Truth Social platform. The president added that US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer would meet the Chinese team. The first talks between Washington and Beijing since Trump slapped levies on allies and adversaries alike took place in Geneva last month. While Trump had imposed a sweeping 10 percent duty on imports from most trading partners, rates on Chinese goods rocketed as both countries engaged in an escalating tariffs battle. In April, additional US tariffs on many Chinese products hit 145 percent while China hit back with countermeasures of 125 percent. Following the talks last month, both sides agreed to temporarily bring down the levels, with US tariffs cooling to 30 percent and China's levies at 10 percent. But this temporary halt is expected to expire in early August and Trump last week accused China of violating the pact, underscoring deeper differences on both sides. US officials have accused China of slow-walking export approvals of critical minerals and rare earth magnets, a key issue behind Trump's recent remarks. Beckham to be awarded knighthood by King Charles: reports
The former England football captain is set to be named in the King's Birthday Honours List, according to the BBC and other sources. Other sporting figures who have been awarded the title include Beckham's former manager at Manchester United, Alex Ferguson, and British tennis great Andy Murray. The Sun newspaper said he would take the title of "sir" and his wife Victoria, a former member of the Spice Girls pop group, will be known as Lady Beckham. Beckham played 115 times for England as well as for a list of high-profile clubs including United and Real Madrid. He is currently the president and co-owner of US team Inter Miami and co-owner of Salford City, who play in the fourth tier of English football. The 50-year-old, who has long been in the running for a knighthood, was appointed an officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2003 -- a lower award in Britain's honours system. Victoria later received the same award for services to the fashion industry. David Beckham was last month named in Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential leaders in philanthropy. He is an official ambassador for The King's Foundation, supporting its education programmes and "efforts to ensure young people have a greater understanding of nature" and has been a UNICEF goodwill ambassador since 2005. Beckham is understood to have been on the verge of receiving a knighthood after helping London win its bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games.
