Big Brother's Jordan Sangha strips down to his underwear and says 'he's put on so much weight since Big Brother but is getting more confident' a month after split from Henry Southan

Daily Mail13-05-2025

Big Brother's Jordan Sangha has stripped down to just his underwear as he shared a body confidence post following his 'horrible' split from Henry Southan.
The reality star, 27, and ex Henry, 26, formed a surprise romance after meeting on the ITV show in 2023.
However, after 16 months together, they announced the 'incredibly sad' news that they'd decided to go their separate ways.
As Jordan navigates life after the break up, he took to Instagram on Tuesday with a shirtless mirror selfie in his bathroom.
Alongside the post he penned: 'Body positivity-mode: I put on so much weight since being on BB. I am now getting back to a body I am more confident about having.
'Might even go to a gym (although the thought terrifies me). Or for a run...'

The post comes just a day after Jordan posted a selfie in bed looking tearful, where he opened up about the difficulties of having relationships in the public eyes.
He wrote: 'This is the most honest post I will ever do. Having a relationship in the public eye is sh*te.
'My protective nature will never let people know the ins and outs. But the relationship is done and I now want to focus on my own life.
'And I'm excited to do such: comedy, history, classical music, and meal deals. Love you all.'
Earlier this month, Henry addressed their split in a Threads message on Instagram while he thanked his fans for their 'kindness'.
He said: 'Just a gentle reminder that breakups are deeply personal, and often far more complex than people on the outside can see.
'I've seen a lot of speculation flying around, and while I understand the curiosity, I want to be really clear - I've chosen to keep the details private out of respect for everyone involved.
'What I will say is: I've been incredibly hurt, and I'm doing my best to navigate this with grace. Thanks you those who've shown kindness - it means more than you know x.'
Meanwhile, Henry addressed their split in a Threads message on Instagram while he thanked his fans for their 'kindness'
Last month, Jordan and Henry revealed they've gone their separate ways in an Instagram post.
Henry wrote: 'After a lot of thought, Jordan and I have decided to go our separate ways.
'It's incredibly sad, and we're both hurting, but we know it's the right step.
'We're so grateful for the love and support you've shown us - thank you. Please give us some space as we figure things out privately.'
Jordan went onto share news of the break-up in his own post, writing: 'After many happy times, memories and precious experiences, Henry and I have parted ways.
'I want to thank everyone who has supported us. We will always remain close friends. Cheers.'
Just nine days before announcing their split, Jordan and Henry's romance seemed to be stronger than ever, as they made a joint appearance on Celebrity Big Brother: Late and Live, where they recreated their steamy hot tub smooch.
However, they had announced earlier that month that their joint podcast, Club Sandwich, would be going on a hiatus for the current series of Celebrity Big Brother, simply saying at the time they were working on an 'exciting new series.'
Jordan left viewers gripped when their close friendship blossomed into romance on ITV's first series of BB in 2023, and just a week after the series ended, they made their relationship official.
While they began as close pals, things took a turn when Henry admitted he was developing feelings for Jordan, despite the latter's confession he had his own confusing connection with housemate Matty.
Back in March last year, Jordan and Henry shared how they were 'taken aback' to see the 'endearing' reactions from fans of their romance on social media.
The pair had kept fans well-updated with their romance on social media, and the former lawyer, despite earning an army of fans for his sarcastic sense of humour, is no stranger to sharing romantic poems about his boyfriend.
After celebrating Jordan's Big Brother victory at a boozy wrap party, the pair revealed that it took just three days for them to reunite after leaving the house.
Jordan said: 'It was a strange one for me, but when I first got your number I was a bit taken aback that this person actually exists in the real world.'
Henry added: 'It was weird leaving each other at that breakfast. I'm telling you. OK, ''I'm going now''.
'I think I went home for maybe like three nights, and then I came straight to yours.'
Referring to their first selfie together, Jordan quipped: 'That's where the first picture was taken... We slept probably somewhere we should not have slept - I won't go into further detail. It was very romantic!'
Jordan then stunned fans by sharing an Instagram post in the early hours revealing that he and Henry made their romance official, writing: 'The bf term might now be applicable, and I cannot stop smiling.'
Henry revealed: 'So that was really interesting. We'd kind of talked about sort of the next steps in our relationship, like progressing it to being boyfriends, we'd spoken about it unofficially.
'And then I go to sleep one night, 1am, Jordan posts ''I think we can call each other boyfriends now''. I find out when I wake up, Capital FM turns on. It's like: ''Big Brother fans. Henry and Jordan are officially boyfriends!'' I went ''are we?''
Jordan joked: 'I said BF and I thought BF could be ambiguous! Could be best friends! I did intend for boyfriend - I was missing you!'
The duo sent fans into a frenzy back in November with how they debuted their short-lived podcast, Club Sandwich.
Taking to Instagram to share a surprise new clip, Jordan and Henry sent fans wild by hinting that they had got engaged, a little over a year to the day since they departed the BB house.
However, all was not as it seems, as the tongue-in-cheek post was actually announcing their Club Sandwich podcast.
The clip showed a loved-up Henry and Jordan enjoying a romantic stroll together, before the food writer suddenly got down on one knee.
However, instead of presenting him with a ring, Henry offered his boyfriend a sandwich instead, before announcing that the launch of their new podcast was just hours away.
Sharing the clip on both of their accounts, the post was captioned: 'We said yes!'
'…but not to what you think!' We're thrilled to announce @ClubSandwichpod, our brand-new podcast that's (kind of) about sandwiches, but really about so much more. Join us every Wednesday as we serve up laughs, stories, and dish out the goss!'
While many fans were quick to share their delight at the podcast's announcement, others confessed that they were initially excited by news of an engagement.
Jordan and Henry are also the second Big Brother romance to come to a sad end this year, with MailOnline revealing back in February that 2024 stars Nathan King and Rosie Williams had split after a whirlwind three-month romance.

Claudia Schiffer's film-maker husband in talks to buy stake in Brentford after supermodel seen at Premier League game

CLAUDIA SCHIFFER'S film-maker husband is in talks to invest in Brentford. Matthew Vaughn, 54, is best known for producing Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - the gangland caper that featured former footballer Vinnie Jones. 5 The British producer and director married former supermodel Schiffer in 2002. Schiffer, 54, was spotted in the posh seats at the Gtech Community Stadium alongside their two daughters for Brentford's home defeat to Nottingham Forest in December 2024. Now Vaughn is said to be working with South African businessman Gary Lubner on buying a minority stake in the Bees. Brentford declined to comment. But reports claim owner Matthew Benham would be willing to sell between ten and 20 per cent of his shares for £40million to £80m, valuing the club at £400m. Gambling and statistics mogul Benham has spent more than £100m of his own money transforming Brentford. The Bees have climbed from League One to the top half of the Premier League and opened a new stadium since he took full control of the club in 2014. But Benham is understood to recognise that outside investment will be necessary if Brentford are to continue to thrive and develop. The Bees have already seen boss Thomas Frank leave for Tottenham and are set to lose another star player, Bryan Mbeumo, this summer. Extra cash would give them a better chance of competing with rivals on wages and transfer fees. Why Thomas Frank is the PERFECT manager for Tottenham Vaughn, who also directed Layer Cake and X Men: First Class, would bring some showbiz glamour to Brentford - whose current shirt sponsor is Hollywoodbet. He is also rich. The production company he co-owns with Schiffer, Marv Studios, revealed a profit of £77.4m in its last accounts. But Lubner is a more wealthy and controversial figure. He is the former CEO of Belron, the owners of Autoglass, and is one of the biggest donors to the Labour Party during the leadership of Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer. In 2023 alone, Lubner contributed more than £4.5m to Labour coffers. 5 5

Former Made In Chelsea star Louise, 35, shared her opinion on Zara, 28, after being accused of 'not really ever liking' her. 5 5 5 Louise spoke out after appearing on 32-year-old Sam's podcast Staying Relevant. During their chat, Louise was asked to describe Sam' s ideal girlfriend and she said: "I'd love for you to try dating someone that has a normal job, that's outside of the media space. I think that could be exciting. "You definitely need somebody that slightly puts you in your place, so who's gonna talk back to you, and not let you get away with everything." Louise added: "If you're going to go down the fame route, can you just find someone that I would get along with. I'm thinking young British actress." She suggested a good match for Sam would be Harry Potter star Emma Watson. A clip of the podcast has now been shared on the official Instagram account for Staying Relevant. Commenting on the footage, one follower was quick to mention Sam's ex Zara, who he split with in December last year. She wrote: "I don't think Louise really ever liked Zara… don't blame her." But Louise spotted the comment and was quick to set the fan straight. Replying from her own account, she shot back: "I have to interject here. I actually really adored Zara." Sam Thompson's sister Louise makes telling comments on 'really tricky breakups' as his ex Zara moves on with Louis Tomlinson Louise's comment has been liked more than 2,000 times. And a third said: "I'm glad that you put them right. you could always see that you like Zara from the videos you guys did together." Sam and Zara split in December following a five year relationship. Louise currently lives next door to Sam and Zara also lived in his property until their break up. After the split, Louise did not address it directly but did speak about how "tricky" relationships can be on a podcast. She explained on He Said She Said in March: "Being in a relationship is really hard because you can't convince the other person to share your line of thinking. "And when it comes to things like breaking up or getting a divorce or choosing to have more kids, big decisions. "If the person you're in front of doesn't agree with you on that, then that is really tricky." Zara is now dating One Direction star Louis Tomlinson. Last month it was confirmed Sam is seeing Love Island star Samie Elishi but that they are "taking it slow". A source said: "They're still very much together, but are taking it slow. "They're not interested in putting on a show for people and want to get to know each other properly away from the public eye." 5 5
