He's taking a bigger bite out of the Big Apple.
Jacob Batalon, who stars in the comedy series 'Reginald the Vampire,' was recently spotted house hunting in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with his interior designer fiancée, Veronica Leahov. They eyed a $2.45 million penthouse there, spies told Gimme Shelter.
The residence is at the Huron, a new-construction waterfront tower designed by architect Morris Adjmi. 'He already lives in Brooklyn and was interested in moving to the water,' a friend said.

Batalon is also known for playing Ned — the best friend of Tom Holland's Peter Parker/Spider-Man character in the Marvel films. He did not immediately respond to Gimme's request seeking comment.

Thanos Actor Josh Brolin on 'Avengers' Return if Asked: I'd 'Be There Tomorrow'

Who's up for the return of Thanos? Josh Brolin certainly is. After playing the character in Guardians of the Galaxy and the recent Avengers movies, including the 2018 film Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame (2019), it marked the end of Thanos' run as the central antagonist. While it's unlikely, we've certainly seen stranger things happen than Thanos finding his way back for another go-round. If that were to pan out, Brolin left no doubt that he'd be there. Thanos Actor Josh Brolin Candid Comments on Whether He'd Want to Return Oftentimes, when actors are asked about reprising a popular role they played, the responses can be along the lines of, "Sure, I'd be open to it." For Brolin, though, he seems to have loved playing Thanos as much as fans appreciated him in the role. Brolin joined Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast and when the topic came up, he said candidly that if he got the call for Avengers: Doomsday or Secret Wars, he'd "be there tomorrow." "That was one movie and I've said Thanos thing, if they called me in London right now and said let's do this, I'd be like, 'I'll be there tomorrow,'" Brolin stated. Horowitz stated that although Thanos ended on such a great note, Brolin seems to have confidence in the Russo brothers, Anthony and Joe, to hypothetically come up with something that makes sense if he were to ever return. "Of course they're going to come up with something really fun, I mean who knows?" Brolin replied. "...I don't know what they're going to do, but I'm sure it'll be interesting. I think they do that very, very, very well. Although Brolin doesn't sound as though he expects to get the call about bringing Thanos back, he certainly made it known that if the opportunity presented itself, he'd happily return. Josh Brolin on Talking to Robert Downey Jr. And the Russo Brothers Amid the discussion about Thanos, Horowitz asked whether Brolin stays in touch with Robert Downey Jr. and the Russo brothers, who are directing Avengers: Doomsday. "[I] talk to Downey probably 4-6 times a year, I talk to the Russos probably 4-6 times a week," Brolin said. "I mean, I talk to Joe a lot...I love them, I love both of them, I think they're amazing." It's hard not to appreciate Brolin's love of his character in the Marvel universe, and fortunately, he's remained plenty busy since Avengers: Endgame. Most recently, Brolin starred alongside Julia Garner in Weapons, which is now officially in theaters. The Zach Cregger-directed film continues to earn rave reviews after beginning with a stellar stretch of perfect critic reviews through the first 30-35 on Rotten Tomatoes. Currently, Weapons boasts a "certified fresh" label and a 97 percent critics' score based on 156 reviews. This time, the action will take place in an alternate history/parallel universe set in the '60s, offering a retrofuturistic environment for audiences. First reactions for the latest entry into the MCU praised the flick as 'quite possibly the best Marvel Studios film ever released' with 'immaculate' VFX and a 'pitch-perfect script.' Speaking to journalists Friday about the future of the recently maligned superhero studio, Marvel boss Kevin Feige spoke of the thought process to reboot the franchise following Disney's 2019 acquisition of Fox, which previously held the film rights to the Fantastic Four, X-Men and Deadpool characters. 'Why Fantastic Four? Because it's Marvel's First Family. It's in the history of our characters; they deserve to be A-listers. They were A-listers in the comics. Every crossover movie we've made in the Infinity saga, Civil War, leading to Infinity War and Endgame, which is really the Infinity saga from the comics, the Fantastic Four were huge players in those comics and obviously we couldn't do that then,' he said, adding that the film is a 'no-homework-required' movie kicking off Phase Six of the MCU.
