Hilltop Hoods Announce 2026 All-Ages Arena Tour

Yahoo17-07-2025
Hilltop Hoods have detailed their first headlining Australian tour in three-and-a-half years, with the Never Going Home tour announced for February 2026. The tour comes in support of the trio's upcoming ninth studio album Fall From The Light, which is set for release next month on Friday, August 1st. The full list of tour dates, as well as ticketing information, can be found below.
'Over the last few years, we've stepped back from touring to complete our album,' said co-frontman Matthew Lambert – AKA Suffa MC. 'Now that it's done, we can't wait to get back on the road. In a lot of ways, we're more energised than ever and have been putting together a show that we're really proud of and excited to share.' The Hoods last toured Australia in September 2022, in support of their then-recent single 'Show Business' – which featured 2000s one-hit-wonder Eamon on vocals.
Hilltop Hoods – 'Don't Happy, Be Worry'
The first indication of a new studio album from the multi-platinum Adelaide group came in 2023, with the release of the new single 'Laced Up'. Minimal activity followed the release of the single, however, save for an appearance at that year's Yours & Owls and Now & Forever fesitvals. In September 2024, the Hoods were announced on the line-up for Bluesfest's final/not-final festival in April 2025. Two months before that appearance, a new single entitled 'The Gift' was released.
Fall From The Light is also set to feature appearances from frequent collaborator Nyassa, as well as New Zealand band Six60 on the tour's titular track 'Never Going Home'. The song is set to be released as the album's fourth single on Friday, with a new music premiering at 8am AEST that morning. The album can be both pre-saved digitally and pre-ordered physically by clicking here.

Look: Chrishell Stause, G Flip marry again at LA wedding

July 28 (UPI) -- Selling Sunset television personality Chrishell Stause married her partner, Australian music artist G Flip, for the second time Saturday. The couple originally took to Las Vegas to tie the knot in 2023, and then celebrated their love again with a vow renewal the following year. Saturday's ceremony took place in a Los Angeles castle tower turret. Stause wore a corseted white gown with puffy, off-the-shoulder sleeves, while G-flip dressed as a knight in a red ensemble with black boots and a sword. An invitation for the event encouraged attendees to wear "medieval, renaissance, regal and festive attire." "Lots of gay merriment to happen later today!" Stause captioned the invitation, shared to her Instagram stories. Stause also re-posted a photo from the wedding on Instagram Stories. Stause, 44, and G Flip, 31, had previously promised to celebrate their love every year. "We promised we're going to just do it every year, whether it's another Vegas situation or somewhere else," Stause told People. "But just every year, something around the same time, spontaneous, fun -- get everybody together and every single year, just celebrate." The pair began dating in 2022. Stause and Justin Hartley (This is Us) had been married previously. Solve the daily Crossword

Here's How Booking A One-Night Trip To Melbourne Can Win You A Weekend Of Live Music And Thrills

If you've been keen for a Melbourne trip, but don't want to end up spending an arm and a leg on your itinerary, now is the time to book. Virgin Australia and Visit Victoria are collaborating on a Melbourne overnight experience, called Last Flight Club, that'll give you all activities and food — fully comped. You just have to buy your flights. There's a whole itinerary for the experience that includes a private DJ set by Client Liason inside the Virgin Australia Lounge, dinner at Melbourne Supper Club and the chance to meet AFL legend Anthony 'Kouta' Koutoufides and AFLW star Darcy Vescio at Melbourne Cricket Ground. You'll also get a free comedy show on the flight over with host and comedian Ben Lomas on the mic. Plus, a guided Lego Star Wars tour and a special experience at Melbourne Museum that finishes off with some Insta-worthy snacks from the Star Wars Café. Seriously, bucket list stuff. The experience is all about showcasing how great Melbourne nightlife is. The city's got great bars, galleries, sport and street culture. A recent survey found 39% of Aussies rated Melbourne the best city for late-night experiences, the highest percentage of any Australian city. And this itinerary's got some of the best of it. As for the competition, to be eligible for Last Flight Club, all you have to do is book two flights through Virgin Australia and get your entry in here. That's it! Then you just cross your fingers and hope you get picked. Good luck.
