Olivia Attwood has hit back at backlash over her upcoming gig on This Morning after cruel trolls insisted it 'wouldn't work'. The former Love Island star, 34, who is a regular Loose Women panellist, is joining the This Morning team as a summer host in the coming weeks. 'It's been a lot of hard work, but I've always stayed focused on my goals and believed in myself and I'm very thankful for ITV in believing me.' Recently Olivia hit out at the 'stigma' of being the partner of a successful sportsman, insisting she funds her own lavish lifestyle and has worked 'relentlessly' since being catapulted to fame when she left the Love Island villa in 2017. She became a bona fide WAG when she tied the knot with footballer Bradley Dack in a lavish central London ceremony in the summer of 2023. The TV personality dated Bradley, 31, prior to entering the ITV reality show and he was already a footballer playing for League Two team Gillingham FC. Olivia slammed 'gold digger' claims and said it doesn't matter what job her husband has because she works 'seven days a week'. She told MailOnline: 'I think people are like, "She works seven days a week, surely she's got some f*****g cash". 'Maybe in the beginning when Brad and I first started dating, there was a bit of a stigma around it [dating someone who plays sport for a living]. 'And people can kind of go, "Oh", a bit of an eye roll and stupid comments like, "Oh my gosh she's with him cos he plays football". 'I've got my own money, so it doesn't really matter what he does for a job.' Straight-talking Olivia shot to fame thanks to her stint in the Love Island villa in the summer of 2017, which saw her reach the show final with her ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes, 32, who she dated until February 2018. I knew I wanted to stay working in television, and I was very dedicated to that, and everything I've done is working towards that bigger goal. 'I've been very patient and I've learnt the craft, I'm still learning, I've taken the big jobs, the little jobs, whatever I could get, I just bite their hand off for it.' 'Relentlessly pursuing that bigger goal and I'm working really hard at it, it doesn't come overnight', she added. 'Even when you get a big platform like Love Island, you still need to prove yourself to people. 'I think sometimes people become impatient off the back of reality shows, but these kind of things, they don't happen overnight, you have to stick with it. It takes graft.' Olivia has enjoyed the spoils of a lavish lifestyle thanks to her lucrative television career and is regularly seen toting around Chanel and Hermes handbags. She has also enjoyed many luxurious trips throughout the years - in the last nine weeks she has been seen in France, Miami and Ibiza. Britain's Moore handed four-year ban after CAS upholds ITIA appeal
July 15 (Reuters) - Britain's Tara Moore, who was previously cleared of an anti-doping rule violation, was handed a four-year ban on Tuesday after the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld an appeal filed by the International Tennis Integrity Agency. Moore, Britain's former number one-ranked doubles player, was provisionally suspended in June 2022 due to the presence of prohibited anabolic steroids Nandrolone and boldenone. Moore said she had never knowingly taken a banned substance in her career and an independent tribunal determined that contaminated meat consumed by her in the days before sample collection was the source of the prohibited substance. Moore lost 19 months in the process before she was cleared of the ADRV but CAS upheld the ITIA's appeal against the first instance "No Fault or Negligence" ruling with respect to nandrolone. "After reviewing the scientific and legal evidence, the majority of the CAS Panel considered that the player did not succeed in proving that the concentration of nandrolone in her sample was consistent with the ingestion of contaminated meat," CAS said in a statement. "The panel concluded that Ms Moore failed to establish that the ADRV was not intentional. The appeal by the ITIA is therefore upheld and the decision rendered by the Independent Tribunal is set aside." Moore had previously said how she saw her reputation, ranking and livelihood "slowly trickling away" for 19 months during her initial suspension. The 32-year-old had also filed a cross-appeal at CAS "seeking to dismiss the ITIA appeal, dismiss the nandrolone result in the ADRV or alternatively confirm that she bears no fault or negligence". However, CAS said the cross-appeal was declared inadmissible and her four-year period of ineligibility would start from July 15, with credit for any provisional suspension that has already been served. "Our bar for appealing a first instance decision is high, and the decision is not taken lightly," ITIA CEO Karen Moorhouse said in a statement. "In this case, our independent scientific advice was that the player did not adequately explain the high level of nandrolone present in their sample. Today's ruling is consistent with this position."

The 2025 Emmy nominations have been revealed - with British crime drama Adolescence up for 13 awards. Scottish actor Alan Cumming was nominated for outstanding host on a reality or reality competition programme for his presenting work on the US version of The Traitors, which has also been nominated as the best reality competition show. The nominations for the 77th Emmy awards were revealed on Tuesday. US thriller Severance from Apple TV+ received the most nominations, with 27, including for the top prize of outstanding drama series alongside Andor, The Pitt, The White Lotus and others. The Penguin received the second-most nominations with 24 and will compete for outstanding limited or anthology series against Adolescence among others. Hollywood satire The Studio received 23 nominations and will feature in the outstanding comedy series category alongside shows such as Hacks, The Bear, Nobody Wants This and Abbott Elementary. Meanwhile, Harrison Ford, 83, earned his first-ever Emmy nomination for playing a grumpy therapist in comedy-drama series Shrinking.
