Katie also shared a photo posing with her two nieces where she was standing between them wearing a t-shirt and black leggings.
"My beautiful nieces," she captioned the post, but many people were distracted by her very slim frame.
"Katie, please gain some weight," commented one fan.
"Poor Katie," another wrote.
And a third added: "Is she OK?"
The mum-of-five has faced concerns over her weight loss for weeks now and recently admitted the chat about her skinnier look was "driving me mad."
Katie donned a peach hoodie and matching headband in a recent Snapchat where she addressed the ongoing speculation.
"My weight loss and what it's done to my body," she captioned the video.
In her typically direct style, the reality TV star told how the worries of fans - some of whom branded her "unwell" due to her new look - had been "driving me mad."

Katie admitted in the clip: "Yes I've lost weight.
"Yes that what I've wanted to do, I've wanted to lose weight.
"Because the past three, four years ago when I broke my feet and I was in a wheelchair for 10 months because they said I'd never walk again, and obviously you put weight on being in a wheelchair.
"And then I did all the IVF stuff, that also puts on weight.

She added: "JJ had to go to the vet at two in the morning, they were so young they couldn't fix onto the mum. "So every two hours through the day and the night, me and JJ have been feeding the kittens." Katie went as far as admitting the task was "worse" than having a newborn baby. The couple were meant to be on holiday on the Isle of Wight when the kittens arrived, and so decided to take Doris and the babies with them. While there, Katie and JJ stopped off at a vets, who told them they were premature. "They said we are doing a fantastic job, they are above their weight and they're looking good," Katie said of the vet visit. "They said 'whatever you are doing, you are doing really well'. So pat on the back to us." Revealing how fatherhood was affecting her partner, Katie quipped: "JJ said he has never felt so worn out. This is him rehearsing for when it is the real thing." Speaking to Paul C Brunson on his We Need To Talk podcast earlier this year, Katie opened up on her baby plans. "I had IVF and it failed because basically my eggs are too old," she shared. "I gave it a go even though the doctors said you've got a 1 percent chance of that working, but I just said I might be that 1%. I'm doing it! I went through all of it and it didn't work. "So I have got donor eggs, I got them last year. You don't see the picture but they go on how I look, like the dark hair, the green eyes, Spanish... because I've got like Italian/Spanish in me." Katie Price has finally addressed the swirling rumours about a falling out with her daughter Princess Andre. The former glamour model and her 18 year old daughter Princess were speculated to have grown distant after Katie, 47, was reportedly barred from participating in Princess' upcoming reality show, 'The Princess Diaries', which is due to premiere this Sunday. In a fiery outburst, Katie has now disclosed that the situation has brought her to tears and left her "very, very upset", as she lashed out at her daughter, her ex-husband Peter Andre, and his wife Emily. In the most recent instalment of podcast The Katie Price Show titled 'The Truth Behind Princess Diaries', Katie lambasts Princess' management for not "allowing" her to offer support and guidance to her daughter as she embarks on a career in the entertainment industry. Katie confesses that she even proposed to appear on Princess' programme 'for free', but her generous proposition was outright rejected. On her podcast, Katie said: 'I want to clear up some rumours. I'm going to be very articulate and just real, being honest and telling the truth. 'It is really serious because it affects my mental health all of this and I am not having all of this rift her trying to come between me and Pete.' Katie and Sophie's producer Glenn said: 'The television production company who are producing it are called Optimum. We got an email from them months ago asking if they can use several videos from our YouTube channel. 'Things like you going to nail bars, they wanted to use that in the show. Old footage of you and Princess out together. She was about 15 that was before she was managed by Cann management. 'So I am a TV producer by trade and from my perspective Optimum want to tell the story that you are their mother and that is the only way they can do it.' Sophie added: 'Even though Sophie would be willing to film footage with no fees.' Glenn: 'So we went back and said if you want to use footage of them together you can film fresh new footage of them together exactly, three days for free absolutely no cost and they came back and said no. 'So they obviously want to tell the story that your her mother from a TV perspective but it seems like powers from higher up are not wanting to do that. We offered free footage and they didn't want to take it.' Katie continued: 'I won't be watching the show and I won't be promoting the show because I don't need it rubbed in my face of everyone playing happy families and disregarding me as the other parent. 'Although I support Princess in everything she does, I think it is really wrong for her at her age to be put into this situation. 'I think Princess will be too scared to tell the truth that dad and her management wouldn't let mum in it. Princess shouldn't have that pressure, she should be enjoying it and not worry about what her parents think.' Princess recently revealed she 'wished she had a happier childhood' as she opened up about the 'dark times' she faced while growing up in her documentary. The rising star addressed the traumatic memories during her childhood, including her mum's high-profile breakups. She candidly admitted: 'I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. 'I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age.'
