Starting back in June, the show promised more 'drama' than ever, and it has lived up to the hype. Plenty of faces have come through the villa in the weeks since the season started earlier in the summer.
From dumpings to re-couplings, public votes, and even a voluntary departure, Love Island has had it all in 2025. So many stars have come and gone over the weeks that you might have forgotten every departure so far.
Lets take a look back at all of the Love Islanders who have left the villa in series 12 so far. This article is up-to-date as of July 29 - it does contain details from the season through to today's date, in case you are behind. So spoiler warning.

1 . Sophie Lee - Day 2

2 . Blu Chegini - Day 4 (returned Day 43)

Move over strawberries and cream – it's tan lines, bombshell entrances and 'can I pull you for a chat?' that define the British summer according to Gen Z. A new survey has found that Love Island is officially the UK's biggest summer cultural event for Brits aged 18-28, ranking higher in national buzz and recognition than Wimbledon (44%), Glastonbury (37%), and even the hotly anticipated Oasis reunion tour (23%). The annual reality show also ranked higher than the Women's Euros (33%), where the Lionesses dramatically defended their title on penalties in Switzerland in front of a gripped 15m-plus audience back home. The British Grand Prix at Silverstone (25%), Royal Ascot (18%), BBC Proms (16%), Edinburgh Fringe (12%) and Chelsea Flower Show (11%) make up the rest of the list. And not content with dominating screens, the guilty pleasure turned cultural juggernaut has also broken into the realm of cultural artefacts. The show's iconic personalised water bottle – seen in the hands of Islanders during every heated conversation and poolside flirtation – was named one of the top 10 symbols of modern British culture. In a list that included both serious and tongue-in-cheek contenders, the Love Island bottle rubs shoulders with the likes of the Greggs sausage roll, a Freddo, Colin the Caterpillar, and even the almighty Wetherspoons toilets. A testament to the show's impact, the Love Island water bottle (24%) is considered more of a 'British cultural artefact' by Gen Z than classics such as the Blue Peter badge (23%) and even Doctor Who's Tardis (19%). Both a hydration hero and certified cultural icon, the popular piece of Love Island merchandise has long since transcended the villa to become a must-have summer accessory. Spotted in the hands of Kimberly Wyatt at Wembley Stadium yesterday for the Oasis concert, the ex-Pussycat Doll and radio presenter arrived in style with the new Love Island bottle in tow – personalised with her name and newly released accessories. Taking its place in this season's cultural hall of fame alongside the likes of Oasis, Glasto, and Wimbledon, Love Island's enduring popularity has made it one of the most talked-about moments of the summer – with a quarter of the nation (25%) planning on tuning into the final next week.

Linda Robson's Loose Women fears amid brutal cuts at ITV - 'I'm praying'
The show favourite opened up about the future of the panel show and what it means for her Linda Robson says she's 'worried' about the future of Loose Women as ITV look to make huge savings across its daytime shows. In May it was revealed the much-loved panel show would be axed for half the year as bosses eyed up massive cuts in a bid to save millions. Birds Of A Feather star Linda, who's appeared on the show for 20 years, says the threat to its future has left her 'praying' it doesn't get cancelled. 'We are all rallying together,' she said. It's been reported that when budget cuts come into effect in January it'll mean the show will no longer have A-list guests in the studio and their live audience will be a thing of the past. There are growing fears the ITV staple could even be cancelled within a year. 'It will be very sad if we can't have guests,' sighed Linda, 67. ITV is slashing the budgets of its biggest daytime shows including Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, Loose Women and This Morning, including halving the number of jobs and significantly reducing the time some of them are on air. The cuts at ITV Studios, which makes all four shows, mean more than 220 of 440 staff involved will lose their jobs. 'It's a shame people are losing their jobs,' Linda went on. 'We're all like a family. We've been together through births, marriages, deaths. It's been very hard. Everyone's worried about the show. We're just trying to stay positive and hope for the best. But hopefully it's not going be as bad as it already is.' The show features a rotating panel of presenters who debate hot topics, big issues and the news of the day. It's welcomed huge names on as guests like supermodel Naomi Campbell and singer Janet Jackson. Running since 1999, it is filmed in front of a live studio audience - although recent reports suggest that this has now been cut and will be implemented next year. ITV haven't confirmed the move. Fellow Loose Women presenter Nadia Sawalha previously told how everyone was now fearing for their jobs. 'What people don't realise at Loose Women is that we're self-employed,' she explained. 'I am self-employed. Every contract is a new contract. I could be let go tomorrow. I could be let go in five years. You don't know because we're not employees.' Looking back at her time on the long-running show - famous for debating debate hot topics, big issues and the news of the day - Linda explained why she's been perfect for the panel. 'I've got a loose mouth,' she laughed on the red carpet of the National Reality TV Awards in London. 'I'm always getting told not to swear in my ear. They try and stop me from doing it. I'm under Baggy Mouth in the group chat.'

‘Nobody wants this!' scream Love Island fans as controversial challenge returns and viewers threaten to ‘switch off'
THE iconic baby challenge is making a comeback to Love Island tonight but fans are feeling far from ready. In the coming episodes, viewers will witness the Love Islanders coupled up and doing their best to take care of a screaming baby doll. 4 4 The Love Island challenge is supposed to truly test all of the sets of couples to see if they can keep their cool and successfully look after a little one. For some, the challenge will bring them closer. But others may leave thinking twice about whether they wish to have children in the future. Fans of the show are far from happy to hear the news though, taking to social media to express their disappointment in seeing the challenge return. 'We wanted the tweet challenge back!! No one cares about some f*** ass baby dolls,' said one user. A second shared: 'I actually hate the baby doll challenge. Lol this is when I stop watching'. A third agrees: 'There is nothing I hate more than the baby challenge, actively skip it everytime.' The ITV2 show made the decision to axe the baby challenge after nine seasons back in 2023 to allow space to welcome new tasks and challenges to the show. A sports day event was instead switched in place that year, and saw the Islanders competed in various athletic and silly games. At the time, fans were sad to see the baby challenge go, deeming the replacement as 'boring and dull'. One Twitter user shared: 'All I wanted was Tyrella in the baby challenge. Was that too much to ask for???'. But this year it seems that viewers feel the opposite way. Lasting love has been found in the villa for ex-Islanders, including Molly-Mae Hague, 26, and Tommy Fury, 26, who made it through the baby challenge in 2019. The couple, who briefly split in August last year, welcomed their first child, daughter Bambi, back in 2023. With tensions already high between many of the duos in this year's lineup, including Dejon and Meg, it's going to be interesting seeing what unfolds.
