These Bad Bunny-Inspired Cocktails Celebrate The Artist's San Juan Residency
It's the summer of Bad Bunny, and everyone is listening. As the chart-topping musician kicks off a sold-out, two-month San Juan residency stint on July 11th, celebrations big and small are already well underway.
With all eyes turning to Puerto Rico, Ron del Barrilito is getting the party started with three new Bad Bunny-inspired drinks designed to bring the spirit of the island to fans near and far. The oldest rum brand in Puerto Rico, Bayamón-based Ron del Barrilito brings over 145 years of experience together with inspiration from Bad Bunny's lyrics and his proudly Puerto Rican roots. The results are ones that fans won't be able to get enough of.
"Por la mañana café, por la tarde ron" opens the song 'CAFé CON RON' from the musician's latest album, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS : in the morning coffee, in the afternoon rum. But why settle for just one or the other?
Ron del Barrilito's "Café Con Ron" Barrilito Espresso Rumtini marries the two for a Caribbean-inspired twist on the classic espresso martini. Combining Ron del Barrilito Three Stars and fresh Puerto Rican espresso with coffee liqueur, the drink is a celebration of the local flavor always present in Bad Bunny's lyrics.

In addition to Ron del Barrilito's Café Con Ron, the brand rounds out its Bad Bunny-inspired beverages with island-inspired takes on the old fashioned and the piña colada, that classic Puerto Rican cocktail first created at the Caribar in San Juan's very own Caribe Hilton.
Ron del Barrilito's Bad Bunny-inspired beverages will be on the menu at bars across San Juan throughout the musician's two-month stint performing at Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, affectionately known locally as "El Choli." Participating bars include favorite haunts in Old San Juan like Café Con Ron, El Batey, Juana La Loca and Antiguo 26. Visitors can also get their hands on the cocktails at Moons, Kane Rum, and 173 in Condado, El Saque and Aurora in Santurce, and Beer Me Home in Bayamón.
In addition, the drinks will also be available at the bar at Ron del Barrilito's historic Hacienda Santa Ana in Bayamón. Located just 15 minutes outside of the capital, the brand's historic distillery and tasting room makes an easy addition to a San Juan itinerary just in time for the concert series.
Ron del Barrilito offers guided walks through the property's historic grounds as well as tasting experiences featuring a range of new and aged rums, including its prized Five Star variety. Visitors can also take part in personalized mixology classes with Ron del Barrilito experts for the opportunity to try their hand at crafting their favorite Bad Bunny-inspired cocktail themselves.

Danny Ocean gets on a tropical vibe for 'Babylon Club'
MEXICO CITY (AP) — Danny Ocean wants to take his fans to a tropical paradise where they can relax and feel good about the music of his album 'Babylon Club.' The album is a way to expand the world of Babylon beyond just the name or his fan club and his 'Babylon Girl' battle cry, which began when his hit 'Me Rehúso' launched the Venezuelan urban artist to global fame. 'We're called Babylon Club, and I think it's very much in honor of them,' he said of his fans in an interview ahead of this week's release of his album. 'And it's also like this utopian place on the beach where you arrive, that space in your life where you realize that not everything is work and that life is beautiful too, that you have to live it and that life is one.' The inspiration of the beach, tropics and Caribbean comes from taking time to heal the soul, to be with your loved ones and leave obligations for a while. The cover with Ocean in front of a palm leaf and blue water suits him very well with the song 'Crayola,' in which he creates a tropical vibe by diving fully into salsa. 'I'm from the Caribbean too. In the end I love merengue, I love Afro, I love everything that is tropi sounds,' he said. Recruiting big stars for 'Babylon Club'Creating the sounds of 'Babylon Club' meant international teamups and a trip to Ocean's song vault. For 'Priti,' the album's first single, he traveled to Panama to work with Sech in his native country. 'He received me with all the love in the world. We went out to get to know his country, we had a good time,' he said. 'Then we became very close friends, which is the nice thing about collaborating, that sometimes you go out meeting a colleague and leave as a friend of this person.' Louis BPM, his guest on 'Sunshine,' is a fresh voice of urban music in Venezuela, originally from the Pinto Salinas neighborhood of Caracas. 'I had been listening to him for a while, and I liked it a lot. I really liked his voice, I really liked how he writes his reality,' said Ocean. He said he feels the need to share more urban music created in Venezuela. 'It is very difficult to come from a place where there is no industry and where there is no education. It's difficult to go out and compete abroad, but that's where we are,' he said. 'We are all set to push our culture outside and make ourselves known.' Mexico City was where Ocean and Kenia Os collaborated on 'AyMami,' a song he previously recorded but never released. 'I did 'AyMami' about eight years ago and suddenly last year I stumbled upon the demo again. I heard it, I said wow!' he said. 'She has a very good vibe... She works a lot and is doing something all the time, and that is a great plus in this industry.' The beach inspired other songs, including the flamenco-ish 'Corazón,' which was born while Ocean was sitting with friends in Miami playing a guitar he likes. 'Arena,' about a crush at first sight on a Venezuelan beach, features Puerto Rican star Arcángel while 'Anoche', with the Spanish singer Aitana, also transport listeners to the shore. Sending a message of 'strength and patience' to migrants The album is accompanied by a short film, created with videos of five of his songs, which begins with 'Priti.' It features performances by Venezuelan María Gabriela de Faría and her husband Christian McGaffney and portrays people years after they have emigrated, when they are working hard. 'I'm like her little angel who appears in various circumstances and tells her to escape, she's going to the beach ... a beach that in the end is Babylon Club,' he said. 'I'm not saying stop working or anything like that, but get away, give yourself some time for yourself, you deserve it and remember that life is beautiful too.' Ocean, 33, identifies with De Faría's character and believes that the same thing happens to many immigrants. 'At least I can talk about Venezuelans, that we are kind of trapped a little bit in work, work, work, work, that sometimes we forget a little about living life, you know?' he said. Ocean will begin a tour in September that will take him to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Panama. He immigrated to the United States almost a decade ago with the goal of fulfilling his dream in music. In the face of changing immigration policies and raids, he expressed solidarity with migrants. 'I know it's a very, very sensitive issue. And I know that many of us are going through a very particular uncertainty right now, and it hurts, it hurts to see your people also go through this uncertainty,' he said. 'As a migrant, I can tell you that what happens is scary, you know? And the only thing I can say is to send strength and patience to the people.'

This week in Screen Time, I hype up how funny and great Bad Bunny was in Happy Gilmore 2. I also share what's all over my FYP — like a rom-com with Elizabeth Olsen and the third Avatar movie dropping amazing trailers — and what we've got going on over on BuzzFeed Celeb's YouTube channel, plus so much more. Listen, I even find time to share the classic Hollywood movies I think everyone should watch. Thanks for joining me! Happy Gilmore 2 — watch for: Bad Bunny and about 1,000 other cameos Streaming on Netflix I actually hadn't seen Happy Gilmore before this week. I know. I know. It was a big hole in my movie knowledge. So, I watched it, and then I dove right into Happy Gilmore 2. While I still like the original more, this was a very solid Adam Sandler movie, and what made it so great was how jam-packed it was with cameos. From real golf pros, like Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler, to actors and other famous figures, like Benny Safdie, Margaret Qualley, Steve Buscemi, Eminem, Travis Kelce, Post Malone, and more. It's really a who's who of who you can spot in this movie. While Sandler, Christopher McDonald, and Julie Bowen slip back into their roles of Happy, Shooter McGavin, and Virginia perfectly, it's actually Bad Bunny who stole this movie for me. He plays Happy's new caddy, Oscar, and he's so effortlessly funny. He fits into this movie so well, especially alongside Marcello Hernández as Oscar's cousin. Overall, it's a very fun movie that's worth watching. Adolescence — watch for: The most chilling debut performance from Owen Cooper Streaming on Netflix Leading into this year's Emmy Awards in September, I figured I would spotlight the Emmy-nominated shows that you should watch (or rewatch) before then. So, this week, I'm hyping up Adolescence, which I consider one of the best Netflix limited series in recent memory. Told in just four transfixing episodes that are one continuous shot, the series follows Jamie (Owen Cooper), a 13-year-old, who is arrested and accused of murdering his classmate. Now, his family, therapist, and the detective in charge are trying to figure out what really happened. The show is filled to the brim with award-worthy performances from actors, like Stephen Graham, but it's Cooper's unbelievable, chilling performance as Jamie that is incredibly astounding. It's honestly hard to believe this is his first professional acting credit. You'll probably binge-watch this show in one sitting because it's that perfect and enthralling. These are some of my favorite things from my FYP, feed, and more: A24 released the trailer for their new film Eternity starring Elizabeth Olsen, Miles Teller, and Callum Turner, and I'm already gnawing at the bars of my enclosure to be able to go see it. The film follows Joan (Olsen), who arrives in the afterlife with an impossible choice. She must choose to spend eternity with the man she spent her life with or her first love. That's right. We've got Lizzie Olsen in a rom-com making sad eyes like she's so good at doing, so I will inevitably be weeping. The movie will hit theaters this November. You can also watch the trailer below: I genuinely think one of the best movie-going experiences I've had this year is when the lights dimmed before The Fantastic Four: First Steps and the trailer for Avatar: Fire and Ash played. You could hear a pin drop in my theater. The third installment in James Cameron's epic movie series, this movie follows Jake (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri's (Zoe Saldaña) family as they encounter a new, aggressive Na'vi clan known as the Ash People. Everyone is so hyped for this movie, and I think we can all agree that nothing brings film nerds together quite like our love of James Cameron's Avatar series: Disney / Via The movie will hit theaters on Dec. 19. You can also watch the trailer below: This week, over on BuzzFeed Celeb, Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach played a hilarious game of Cast Wars to celebrate The Fantastic Four: First Steps. And, let's just say, you think they play a great family on screen, they might be even closer off screen because they knew so much about each other's previous projects, but also about the Fantastic Four and Marvel overall. It's such a delightful and hilarious time: Also on BuzzFeed Celeb this week, we had the internet's 'white boy of the century,' Logan Lerman, swing by to answer all of our burning questions while playing with puppies. If you thought he was sweet before, wait until you watch the wholesome energy radiating off of this Puppy Interview. Not only did we get to know him a little better, but we also found time to talk about The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Percy Jackson, and much more. It's so cute: Where I answer YOUR questions about TV, movies, fandom, and more: Question: Which movies from before 1975 do you think everyone should watch at least once? For me, it's got to be The Sound of Music (1965) and It's a Wonderful Life (1946). I grew up a huge musical theater fan, so The Sound of Music has always been in my life, and I consider it one of my favorite movies of all time. Nothing compares to Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer's chemistry. I also have to say It's a Wonderful Life because it's the movie that made me fall in love with classic black-and-white movies. It really lives up to the hype and is one of the best Christmas movies of all time. Donna Reed and Jimmy Stewart are mesmerizing together on screen, and watching them in this led me to seek out more of their films. I highly recommend it.
