The actress said, 'She reached out and was like, 'Hey, I really would love to sample your voice for a portion of my song on my new album. Would you be down?' And I'm like 'Hell yes.''
Sweeney saying, 'No, seriously, get your hands off my man,' became the opening line of the album's first track, 'Miss Possessive,' which appears on McRae's So Close to What. The moment quickly became a highlight for fans, who were surprised to hear Sweeney's voice on the song.

'Reality' (2023) Sweeney disappears into the role of Reality Winner in this gripping HBO film, which pulls from actual FBI transcripts as the whistleblower is ruthlessly interrogated about leaking classified government information. The actress brings a startling mix of intensity and fear to her unwavering heroine, and shows that with a knockout script, she is capable of so much more than she is often given.
