's brightest stars today, but in a recent emotional interview with Nod Magazine, the actress revealed a side of her life far from the glitz and glamour.
'I cry for my off days,' she admitted during the interview.
Rashmika further opened up about the emotional cost of her rising stardom, mainly the pain of missing out on her younger sister Shiman's childhood.
'She's 13 now. And in the last eight years, since I started working, I haven't seen her grow up.' That ache, she said, never goes away.
'I haven't gone home in one and a half years"
It's not just family that Rashmika feels disconnected from. Her relentless work schedule has also kept her away from her roots and friendships.
'I haven't gone home in one and a half years,' she revealed.
'Earlier, my friends would at least include me in the plans. Now, they don't even do that.' Rashmika Mandanna revealed' For her, holidays aren't relaxing breaks—they're bittersweet reminders of everything she's missing out on.

While fans may have hoped to see her reunite with Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff on screen, Vaani made it clear she has no resentment about being left out. Speaking during a promotional interview for her upcoming web series Mandala Murders, as reported by Hindustan Times, the actor said she feels "incredibly grateful" to have been part of the original film. "I wish them the best," she added, as she lauded the sequel for its scale, style, and cinematic appeal.
