Paramount's co-CEO Robbins to step down, memo shows
By Juby Babu (Reuters) -Brian Robbins, who helped grow the Paramount+ streaming service, is stepping down as Paramount Global's co-CEO, according to a memo seen by Reuters on Wednesday, following the completion of its merger with Skydance Media. David Ellison, the CEO of Skydance, will lead the new company as chief executive after the merger is completed by August 7. "The company is in exceptionally capable hands with David Ellison and the incoming team from Skydance," Robbins said in the memo. Robbins, who joined the company in 2017, was appointed co-CEO in April last year, along with George Cheeks and Chris McCarthy, with the three collectively succeeding Bob Bakish. McCarthy's departure was reported last month, while Cheeks will remain with the company as its chair of media, overseeing its broadcast and cable television business. Robbins was named CEO of Nickelodeon in 2018, and became the chief of Paramount Pictures in 2021. As CEO of Paramount Pictures, Robbins has overseen 17 number one releases at the box office and has overseen franchises including "Sonic the Hedgehog," "A Quiet Place," and "Mission: Impossible." After the deal closes, the company is expected to be structured into three primary business segments - studios, direct-to-consumer and TV media.

Rylie Jeffries' bulge on 'Big Brother' sends gay fans into a frenzy
Fans weren't expecting to see this. Big Brother is currently airing its 27th season on CBS and the twists and turns are at an all-time high. Beyond the complex challenges and juicy drama, the show is known for steamy showmances as the contestants get cuddled up living under one roof together for the summer. Well, it looks like one contestant got quite excited as he mingled with one of his competitors. Rylie Jeffries, a 27-year-old professional bull rider from Oklahoma, is making the rounds on social media for his, ahem, downstairs area. Cameras caught him adjusting himself as he flirted with 23-year-old Katherine Woodman while sitting on a couch in the backyard, so it's safe to say social media is having a field day with the viral clip. Story emerges of Sixers' Allen Iverson losing game of HORSE to rapper
Every basketball fan knows how prolific Allen Iverson was during his prime for the Philadelphia 76ers. The 6-foot guard from Georgetown was phenomenal with the ball in his hands, took home an MVP award, and lifted the Sixers to the finals in 2001. Overall, Iverson averaged 26.7 points, 6.2 assists, and 3.7 rebounds while being the smallest guy on the court more times than not. The man they called "The Answer" backed down from nobody and more often than not came out on top on the basketball court. However, even the greats take their losses. On the latest episode of The Wave's "7pm in Brooklyn", rapper Jermaine Dupri revealed that Iverson lost a game of HORSE against longtime rapper, Nelly: To his (Iverson's) defense, y'all be shooting the ball so high, and my ceiling ain't as high as the stadium. So unfortunately, a couple of times he shot the ball up it hit the Nelly was shooting like my gym was his gym. Iverson will never be able to live that down, but at the same time, losses do happen. One has to give credit to Nelly for coming out on top against one of the game's all-time greats.
