Who is TikToker Sam Walker?

AN INTERNET gangster was brutally attacked just days after making a video at the scene of the murders of two Scottish mob leaders.
The self-fashioned social media influencer who has garnered a huge following online after documenting his criminal life was left hospitalised in the aftermath of the attack.
Who is Sam Walker?
Sam Walker is a social media influencer who has amassed over 150,000 followers on TikTok.
Walker is a Liverpool -born creator who is currently living in the south of Spain.
The creator has amassed followers through his content, which documents his alleged criminal life.
Walker has travelled the world due to his work and has shared his trips to Sierra Leone, Turkey, Cyprus, Ireland and Thailand on social media.

While there, it seems that he meets drug dealers and assorted criminals, garnering a following, but also facing ridicule for potentially exaggerating his stories.
In March of the previous year, Walker had openly ridiculed the police after he skipped bail in the UK and escaped to Sierra Leone via private jet, where he then established his life and charity work with children from the country.
He reportedly has more than 130 offences to his name and last September was found guilty of contempt of court for live-streaming from an Irish courtroom on TikTok while there, entering a guilty plea for driving-related charges.
What happened to Sam Walker?
In May, Ross Monaghan and Eddie Lyons Jnr were shot in Monaghan's bar in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.
Both Monaghan and Lyons were believed to be Scottish mobsters in gangs.
The bloody assault was in front of customers who had been watching the Champions League final.
Following the incident, Walker visited the same bar, posting to his TikTok his experience.
He said: 'This is a message to any one of yous out here.
"Stay on point, because if you get caught slipping. That's what happens.
'Three people have been whacked, two people are dead. Have a nice day, bam bam."
It is understood that his actions were seen as disrespectful to the victims of the shooting.
Following the incident, it is believed that gangster Walker had been brutally attacked in Puerto Banus, a small town southwest of Marbella in Spain.
The wounds were severe, which were allegedly caused by golf clubs and required staples in his skull to heal.
What is his response?
While he has yet to confirm the attack on his TikTok, he has released footage of himself in a Spanish hospital.
He has told his followers that the reason he is in the hospital is that he was in a car crash in Portugal.
There was an image posted to his social media to report the news, and days later referred to the incident as the sixth attempt on his life in the last year.

International man hunt launched to find Brit fugitive who ‘mowed down two holidaymakers before fleeing scene' in Magaluf

AN international arrest warrant has been issued for a British man accused of mowing down two tourists in a horror Magaluf hit-and-run before vanishing. Jack Benjamin Hulme, 31, was arrested after the March 2023 smash but freed on bail by a Spanish judge just 36 hours later. 5 5 5 Court officials now say he is on the run after failing to respond to repeated attempts to contact him. The fugitive faces trial on five offences – including reckless driving and two counts of wounding – with prosecutors demanding a four-year prison sentence if convicted. His ongoing case has been suspended until he is tracked down and extradited. Chilling video of the incident shows a 20-year-old Polish woman lying unconscious on her back with her shirt open after being hurled to the ground by the car. A 19-year-old Brit was also knocked flying as Hulme allegedly mounted the pavement outside a fast-food joint. Three other people standing just feet away only escaped by sprinting out of the car's path as it veered towards them. Police said the victims had no involvement in the row that preceded the hit-and-run and were simply 'in the wrong place at the wrong time.' Miraculously, both survived without serious injury. It is understood Hulme had stormed off following a bust-up with another Brit after their partners reportedly clashed. Moments later, he allegedly ploughed into the innocent pair in his hire car before speeding away. Shocking moment mob beats up Brit tourist after he 'ploughs into woman while pulling wheelie on motorbike' in Thailand He was arrested at nearby Son Matias beach following a police manhunt. During his first court appearance, he reportedly claimed he hadn't meant to run anyone over and blamed his poor vision on someone 'spraying him in the eyes with an aerosol.' As part of his bail, Hulme was ordered to register his contact details with court officials and notify them of any move. But after failing to comply, a judge declared him in contempt and issued an international arrest warrant. A Spanish police spokesman confirmed at the time: 'A British man who was on holiday in Majorca has been arrested on suspicion of attempted homicide following an early-hours hit-and-run incident in Magaluf. 'He was held at nearby Son Matias beach after a police search for him and his vehicle. 'The incident was preceded by some sort of argument that is still under investigation. 'One of the people hurt was a Polish woman and the other a British man. Both were also on holiday in the area.' The case echoes a string of violent incidents involving Brits in Magaluf. In 2019, Brit Max Barnes, 25, also went AWOL after being bailed for a bottle attack on a nightclub bouncer. He was eventually tracked down and handed an 18-month suspended sentence after paying his victim £35,000. And in 2018, Manchester woman Kemi Coaker, then 30, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after running over her ex's new girlfriend in a hate-fuelled rage. She later admitted wounding with a dangerous weapon and was given a two-year suspended jail term plus a restraining order. 5 5

Thomas Partey is booed by fans on his Villarreal debut as he faces multiple rape charges - just days after the club's president defiantly came out in support of former Arsenal midfielder

Thomas Partey received a mixed response from Villarreal fans as he made his LaLiga debut for the club on Friday. First-half goals from Etta Eyong and Pape Gueye gave Marcelino's side a comfortable lead against an Oviedo side that had been reduced to ten men in their season opener. With the game heading into the closing stages, Partey was handed his competitive debut, coming on as a substitute for Santi Comesana with less than ten minutes remaining. As Partey made his way onto the pitch at the Estadi de la Ceramica, whistles could be heard from jeering fans mixed in with applause. Throughout his cameo Partey was also met with boos and whistles from some supporters when he was on the ball. The 32-year-old appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court last week to face multiple rape charges, including five counts of rape and one of sexual assault, before being granted bail. The midfielder is accused of two counts of rape against one woman and three counts against another. The sexual assault allegation relates to a third woman, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said last week. The charges came just four days after Partey's contract at the Emirates expired on June 31. After being granted bail, the Ghanaian was able to complete his free transfer to Villarreal, who have since been the subject of significant controversy as a result of the move. Despite the furore surrounding the move, Villarreal president Fernando Roig definatly hit back at the criticism directed towards the club's new signing. 'The player is currently undergoing legal proceedings. He maintains his innocence and denies the charges against him,' Roig said after Partey was booed during a pre-season clash with Aston Villa. 'The club upholds the presumption of innocence, and it will be the responsibility of the English courts to clarify the facts. We have spent years demonstrating our values with all kinds of activities. 'We respect the presumption of innocence and, of course, condemn any type of violence, whether inside or outside of football. 'At this moment, Partey is as innocent as the rest of us here. A fundamental right like this must be respected.' When asked about the boos directed towards his new player, Roig added: 'The English [Aston Villa fans] whistled Partey. Not the Villarreal fans. 'I wouldn't like our own fans to whistle at players on our team. We must stand with the team and respect the presumption of innocence. He is not a convicted player. 'We must be cautious and wait for justice. Let's not judge prematurely. Thomas has the right to do his job until there is a conviction.' Partey, who will defend himself in court in London next month, is prohibited from contact any of the three women involved in the case, as per the bail conditions.

Thomas Partey protests go missing on Villarreal debut against Real Oviedo

Thomas Partey was greeted with some whistles, a little applause and no major protest as he made his competitive debut for Villarreal. The 32-year-old former Arsenal midfielder has been released on bail, charged with five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, which he denies, and his signing had drawn complaints from supporters in Spain but on his first La Liga appearance at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Friday night there was mostly indifference. Partey was introduced in the 82nd minute, alongside Alfonso Pedraza, with Santi Comesaña and Nicolas Pépé making way. As the two players entered the pitch, with Villarreal already 2-0 up against Real Oviedo and the game drifting to a conclusion, some whistles could be heard among the clapping. Partey touched the ball 13 times, and the first four or five of those were met more clearly with whistles, although they soon faded. They did not come from a particularly significant portion of the crowd. There was also some timid applause in response to the whistles. There were no banners, no chants, no renewed social media campaign and neither manager was asked to comment on Partey after the game. The whistles were not sufficient to be registered by everyone. Cadena Ser radio's local correspondent, who sat in the press area high in the main stand, reported that he had not heard any. 'The Cerámica is going to treat Thomas Partey as just another player, at least for the moment,' wrote the sports newspaper AS. 'The majority of the Villarreal fans accept the presumption of his innocence.' Partey appeared in court in early August, where he was granted conditional bail and charged with five counts of rape of two women and another count of sexual assault against a third woman. The offences were alleged to have taken place during 2021 and 2022 when he was at Arsenal, although he had initially not been named for legal reasons. Partey's lawyer has said that he 'denies all the charges against him' and welcomes 'the opportunity to finally clear his name'. He joined Villarreal two days later. If he is found guilty, his contract will be automatically rescinded. 'His is in the midst of a legal process. He defends his innocence and denies the accusations,' said the Villarreal president, Fernando Roig. 'The club defends the presumption of innocence and it is for the English justice system to clarify the facts. Logically, we are opposed to any type of violence in or outside of football. At the moment, Partey is as innocent as everyone else here. That fundamental right must be respected. He is a great player and he will help us grow as a team. If he is [found] guilty he will no longer be part of Villarreal but he is not [yet]. We have to wait.' Some Villarreal fans opposed the move. José Ángel Arnau, a spokesperson for the federation of Villarreal supporters' clubs, described the signing as divisive. 'Villarreal have got themselves into an unnecessary mess,' he told El País. 'I am against this signing. This goes against everything they have always said, the image of a quiet, family club. Now it seems like anything goes.' An online petition opposing his signing currently has just over 1,000 signatures. However, the president of the federation of supporters' clubs, Javier Pérez, said: 'If the club have backed him, so should we. He is one of ours and we will support him like any other player.' When Villarreal played Aston Villa in a pre-season friendly at the Cerámica last Sunday, Partey was whistled. 'It was the English that whistled him, not the Villarreal fans,' Roig said. 'I wouldn't like our own fans to whistle players in our team. You have to be with the team and respect the presumption of innocence. Let us not judge ahead of time. Thomas has the right to do his job until there is a verdict. I wouldn't like it at all if our own people were whistled.' On Friday night, when Villarreal returned to their home ground for the opening day of the season, that was a view that appeared to be shared by most, although not all supporters.
