Intellimark LLC Redefines Lead Generation for Home Service Contractors Amid Rising Industry Challenges

As home service contractors struggle to find and book qualified clients nationwide, Intellimark LLC and Paving2Profit change the game with a streamlined end-to-end approach that supports business owners every step of the way. One of the biggest challenges facing home service contractors across multiple industries is acquiring and closing jobs. Intellimark LLC, and its asphalt division, Paving to Profit, offer another path to steady work, implementing systems across any home service for undeniable results. The company's proven lead generation platform helps companies find qualified clients and schedule new jobs with a unique approach that spans everything from ad campaigns to upselling after project completion. "In an industry plagued by shared leads and high fees from platforms like HomeAdvisor and Angi's List, we've invested over $60,000 daily to create a full-funnel system that delivers exclusive, qualified prospects right to contractors' doors,' said Intellimark LLC Co-Founders Zachary Franz and Ranier Lopez. 'Our clients aren't just getting more jobs — they're building sustainable growth with 25-40% higher close rates.' Until recently, contractors had few options for finding and booking clients for home service jobs. They were forced to sacrifice hard-earned revenue for exorbitant fees to platforms like HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, and Angi's List, only to find out the leads were subpar and didn't convert to paying jobs. Intellimark LLC offers an affordable, effective alternative that delivers results and continues support long after the project is completed. "Switching from HomeAdvisor was a game-changer; their leads were often shared and unqualified, wasting our time,' said John D., Intellimark LLC client and owner of a mid-size asphalt contracting firm. 'Intellimark LLC's call center qualification and sales training turned that around — we closed 35% more asphalt jobs in the first quarter alone, all from targeted ads backed by serious investment." By becoming the go-to authority in their region, home service companies can experience sustained growth and a steady schedule. Intellimark LLC helps customers build exposure that puts them in the same space as commercial property managers and buyers while building relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals. "As a concrete contractor tired of paying per lead on Angi's List with no guarantees, Intellimark LLC's end-to-end approach, from estimate dispatching to post-sale upsells, felt like a breath of fresh air,' Hardscape business operator Sarah L. said. 'Their $60k daily spend in our niche means real results. We scaled from 50 to 120 jobs monthly without the usual headaches. Most marketing companies obscure the behind-the-scenes processes, often hiding unfavorable results with shady reporting. Intellimark LLC went the other way, offering complete transparency into every dollar spent and every lead generated. The expanded visibility allows clients to understand the marketing costs, make informed decisions, and scale confidently. 'If a marketing company can't tell you exactly how much it costs to acquire work with you, they're not a marketing company. They're just spending your money and hoping for the best,' Franz and Ranier said. Intellimark LLC offers high ROI lead generation for contractors with exclusive leads. Full-funnel contractor acquisition without competition is the ideal setup for scalable, sustained growth. Skip the internet search for 'how to get more jobs without Angi's List' and go straight for the professionals at Intellimark LLC. Overcome the common hurdles holding contractors back, such as unqualified leads and low conversion rates, by replacing what doesn't work with data-driven methods that enable efficient scaling and turn ad spend into measurable revenue growth. "Intellimark LLC stands out in the lead gen space by focusing on ROI-driven strategies that outperform generic platforms,' Intellimark LLC Co-founder Ranier Lopez said. 'With the massive daily ad investment and comprehensive support, contractors get a playbook that's tailored, efficient, and far more effective than competing with others for the same leads. At Intellimark, we make life easier for construction companies by keeping their crews busy with consistent, high-quality leads and done-for-you marketing that actually works.' Hear from Intellimark LLC customers who are thrilled with the results they experienced in their own words as they look back on one year working with the lead generation platform. Kraft Heinz sauces boost quarterly results as home-cooking rises

The Kraft logo appears outside of the headquarters on in Northfield, Ill. on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. (AP / Nam Y. Huh) Kraft Heinz beat estimates for quarterly results on Wednesday, helped by resilient demand for its pantry staples and condiments in the United States as consumers tried to stretch their household budgets. A mix of sticky inflation and heightened economic uncertainty has forced consumers to cook more affordable meals at home instead of eating out. People prioritizing protein in their diets has also boosted demand for Kraft Heinz's steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce. The company's board is 'working with urgency' to evaluate strategic options for some brands, executives said on a post-earnings call, following media reports earlier this month that it was exploring a spin-off of the grocery business. Kraft Heinz recorded a US$9.3 billion impairment charge in the second quarter due to a steady decline in its market capitalization to US$33.8 billion, with the stock value dropping about 30 per cent since 2022. The company reiterated its annual targets and now expects a cost impact of about 100 basis points this year from President Donald Trump's tariffs. Its shares were up one per cent in early trade. The Philadelphia Cream Cheese maker has worked on introducing healthier options in some categories such as desserts to capture consumer demand, and has said it would remove food dyes from its portfolio. It also announced plans to change the packaging for Kraft Mayonnaise to highlight the absence of dyes and artificial flavors, weeks after snacks giant PepsiCo PEP.O said it will rebrand its Lay's and Tostitos chips without those substances. While Kraft Heinz's quarterly volumes fell about 2.7 percentage points due to some weakness in categories such as coffee, cold meat cuts and ready-to-eat meals, the decline was lower than the prior quarter's drop of 5.6 percentage points. In North America, its biggest market by revenue, volumes fell 3.4 percentage points. 'Looking ahead, we continue to expect growth in our international business, but we are not contemplating an improvement in the U.S. industry for the rest of 2025,' CEO Carlos Abrams-Rivera said in a statement. With consumers seeking value, the company has been investing in promotions, and that, along with inflation, could pressure margins in the current quarter, said Arun Sundaram, analyst at CFRA Research. Net sales for the three months ended June 28 came in at US$6.35 billion, beating analysts' average estimate of US$6.26 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG. Its adjusted profit of 69 cents per share also beat estimates. --- Reporting by Juveria Tabassum in Bengaluru; Editing by Devika Syamnath

BMO analyst see big upside in these two utilities stocks

Daily roundup of research and analysis from The Globe and Mail's market strategist Scott Barlow BMO analyst Ben Pham highlights significant upside for two Alberta-centric power producers Capital Power Corp. (CPX-T) and TransAlta Corp. (TA-T), 'While Alberta power levered equities CPX and TA have rebounded from lows earlier in the year on improved Alberta AI-data center newsflow (interconnection queue now approximately 20GW), they are still laggards in our coverage year-to-date 2025 and notably have underperformed U.S. IPPs by 60 per cent. Should CPX/TA land a data center contract potentially as early as year-end, we anticipate significant share price upside through higher utilization, pricing, and valuation with a knock-on benefit of higher long[1]term Alberta power prices as supply/demand tightens on new data load. We estimate potential 2027E NAV of $80 for CPX and $29 for TA with data center success vs. current target prices of $64/$20, respectively (up 25 per cent/up 45 per cent). As such, we maintain our Outperform rating/Top Pick designation for TA and Outperform rating on CPX' *** CIBC senior economist Andrew Grantham believes the apparent stability in Canadian employment is deceptive, 'Job growth appears to be accelerating again and the unemployment rate has barely increased since trade uncertainties flared up earlier this year. It seems too good to be true. Unfortunately, that's probably because it is … If the Canadian labour market is weaker than advertised, this slack should eventually place downward pressure on core measures of inflation and bring a couple more interest rate cuts from the Bank of Canada later this year … the quarterly population count [is] decelerating sharply largely because of the impact of NPR's [non=permanent residents] . In this situation the LFS population figures (and by extension employment growth) may end up being revised downwards at some point in the future … If the year-over-year growth rate in population within the Labour Force survey matched the recent quarterly data, and assuming the employment-population ratio is correct, then job growth over the past year could be cut down to a fraction of what is currently reported' The report is wonky and it's helpful to read the whole paper here. *** Citi economist Veronica Clark predicts that the bank of Canada will hold rates steady Wednesday but also thinks a series of cuts will take the policy rate down to 1.75 per cent in early 2026, 'The Bank of Canada is very likely to keep rates unchanged at 2.75 per cent on Wednesday, but we also see dovish risks relative to markets pricing less than one additional cut this year. Most importantly, we expect Governor Macklem to reiterate the loose guidance from June that further rate cuts could be necessary if the economy weakens and inflation is contained. We continue to see downside risks to growth and inflation that would suggest rates at outright accommodative levels this cycle. We pencil in cuts resuming in September and rates falling to 1.75 per cent by early next year. The most dovish development at the July decision would be if Governor Macklem's allusion to rate cuts in the June opening remarks is formalized in the policy guidance in the statement. This is not our base case, with formal guidance instead likely to remain open-ended, not mention possible changes in policy rates at all. But we do expect this indication that rates may still fall further to be maintained in the opening remarks. Other dovish remarks would be echoing the Business Outlook Survey that weaker demand is broad-based. It would be a hawkish surprise if the loose guidance towards further rate cuts is removed altogether' *** Morgan Stanley's global head of research Katy Huberty singled out bullish strategist Michael Wilson as one of the most important calls of the week, 'Our US Equity Strategy team views the capitulatory price action and EPS estimate cuts in April as the end of a rolling earnings recession that began in 2022, and they argue that the market now appears to be transitioning to a rolling recovery backdrop driven by operating leverage, AI adoption, dollar weakness, cash tax savings from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), pent-up demand, and potential for Fed cuts by 1Q26. They highlight that for the S&P 1500, historical EPS growth comparisons are low, as more than half of the S&P 1500 stocks suffered negative EPS growth for much of the last 3 years. Their base case 12- month price target for the S&P 500 is 6,500, but they believe the probability of their Bull Case of 7,200 (22.5x forward EPS of $319) is rising' *** Bluesky post of the day: Diversion: 'Fertility Rate in the U.S. Reached an All-Time Low in 2024, CDC Data Reveals' – Gizmodo
