Below are the details of the new games and updates that are integrating the NVIDIA RTX technology to deliver the definitive PC experience for GeForce RTX players
Obsidian Entertainment and Xbox Game Studios' Avowed is available in Advanced Access for Premium Edition buyers, followed by the full release on February 18. Set in the fictional world of Eora, which was first introduced to players in the Pillars of Eternity franchise, Avowed sends players to investigate rumors of a plague spreading throughout the Living Lands. At launch, Avowed includes support for NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution, NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex, and image quality can be enhanced by enabling hardware-accelerated ray-traced reflections. NVIDIA app users can further enhance image quality and performance using DLSS 4 overrides with GeForce RTX 50 and 40 Series GPUs.
With the release of a new update, Star Wars Outlaws is now better on all GeForce RTX PCs with the addition of NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, an upgraded DLSS Frame Generation model for improved performance and reduced VRAM usage and the new DLSS transformer AI model for DLSS Super Resolution, DLSS Ray Reconstruction, and DLAA. On GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs, DLSS Multi Frame Generation works with other DLSS technologies to multiply frame rates by 9.3X on average compared to traditional brute-force rendering. This massive leap in performance enables GeForce RTX 5090 owners to play at over 220 frames per second at 4K, with ray tracing and Ultra settings, and GeForce RTX 5080 owners at up to 150 frames per second, giving GeForce RTX 50 Series gamers a noticeably faster, smoother experience.
In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the rip-roaring adventure is about to get even better thanks to an Indiana Jones and the Great Circle update coming next week. It introduces NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction, updates DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA to use NVIDIA's new transformer-based AI model, and adds fully ray-traced shadows from all light sources. Activating DLSS Multi Frame Generation along with DLSS Super Resolution and DLSS Ray Reconstruction sees performance multiply by an average of 4X on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs at 4K with full ray tracing enabled.
With the added power provided by DLSS with Multi Frame Generation, the GeForce RTX 5090 soars past 260 frames per second at 4K, delivering the definitive Indiana Jones and the Great Circle PC experience. At 2560×1440, a 3.7X average performance multiplier sees both the GeForce RTX 5080 and GeForce RTX 5090 exceeds 235 FPS with full ray tracing enabled, offering players at the increasingly popular resolution a fantastic experience.
Created by industry MMO veterans, Legacy: Steel & Sorcery is a love letter to PvP combat, resource gathering, exploration, and the togetherness of MMOs, all in a single-player or co-op extraction game experience. Legacy: Steel & Sorcery entered Early Access on Steam already, and GeForce RTX gamers can accelerate performance with NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution and NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation.
Desolated by the Lament, civilization is born anew in KURO GAMES' open world title, Wuthering Waves. At launch, Wuthering Waves includes support for NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution, and a new game update introduces support for DLSS Frame Generation, NVIDIA Reflex, and ray-traced reflections, enabling GeForce RTX gamers to accelerate frame rates, reduce system latency, and make gameplay more visually spectacular.
A small team of modders under the banner of wiltOS Technologies have been working to update Ubisoft and Arkane Studios' 2006 first-person action RPG, Dark Messiah of Might and Magic RTX Remix set in the Might & Magic Fantasy universe. To give gamers full flexibility, they are crafting three different mods that can be used individually or together. US stock futures edge up as tech shares find support

U.S. stock index futures nudged higher on Wednesday as Hewlett Packard Enterprise's results fanned AI optimism and some tech shares gained, while investors awaited fresh data to better gauge the economic fallout of President Donald Trump's tariffs. Shares of HPE rose 5.7% in premarket trading as demand for the company's artificial-intelligence servers and hybrid cloud segment helped it beat estimates for second-quarter revenue and profit. AI chip leader Nvidia edged up 0.7%, extending gains from earlier this week. Other chipmakers including Broadcom and Advanced Micro Devices also moved higher. A gauge of global stocks touched record highs despite uncertainty around U.S. trade policies. Washington doubled tariffs on imported steel and aluminum to 50% on Wednesday, the same day by which Trump had wanted trading partners to make their best offers to avoid other punishing import levies from taking effect in early July. Investor focus is squarely on tariff negotiations between Washington and its trading partners, with Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping expected to speak sometime this week as tensions between the world's top two economies simmer. "All eyes are on China given it is currently the biggest loser from Trump's new trade policy, and it looks like we're still some way off from a deal between the two countries," said Russ Mould, investment director at AJ Bell. At 07:10 a.m. ET, Dow E-minis were up 65 points, or 0.15%, S&P 500 E-minis were up 11 points, or 0.18%, and Nasdaq 100 E-minis were up 37.5 points, or 0.17%. May was the best month for the S&P 500 index and the tech-heavy Nasdaq since November 2023, thanks to a softening of Trump's harsh trade stance. With fresh tariff announcements in place, the S&P 500 remains about 3% away from its record highs touched in February. Barclays joined a slew of other brokerages in raising its year-end price target for the S&P 500, pointing to easing trade uncertainty and expectations of normalized earnings growth in 2026. Data releases scheduled for Wednesday include ADP National Employment numbers for May as well as S&P Global and ISM's services sector activity readings for May. Ahead of a U.S. central bank meeting next week, monthly jobs data due on Friday will likely offer more signs on how trade uncertainty is affecting the U.S. economy. Among other early movers, Wells Fargo shares rose 2.9% after the U.S. Federal Reserve removed a $1.95 trillion asset cap imposed in 2018 following years of missteps. Shares of cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike fell 7.2% after it forecast quarterly revenue below estimates. Apple nudged 0.6% lower after brokerage Needham downgraded the iPhone maker to "hold" from "buy". Dollar Tree fell 3.8% after the discount store operator forecast second-quarter adjusted profit would be as much as 50% lower than a year ago due to tariff-driven volatility. Vertiv confirms strategic alignment with NVIDIA

Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, recently confirmed its strategic alignment with NVIDIA's announcement of an AI roadmap to deploy 800 VDC power architectures for the next generation of AI-centric data centres. Paving the way for future-ready designs, Vertiv's 800 VDC power portfolio is scheduled for release in the second half of 2026 — ahead of NVIDIA Kyber and NVIDIA Rubin Ultra platform rollouts. Vertiv aligns with the NVIDIA AI roadmap to stay one GPU generation ahead, enabling customers to deploy their power and cooling infrastructure in sync with NVIDIA's next-generation compute platforms. Vertiv provides end-to-end power, cooling, integrated infrastructure and services to support AI factories and other data center deployments. As rack power requirements in AI environments scale beyond 300 kilowatts, 800 VDC enables more efficient, centralised power delivery by reducing copper usage, current, and thermal losses. Vertiv's upcoming portfolio will feature centralized rectifiers, high-efficiency DC busways, rack-level DC-DC converters, and DC-compatible backup systems, expanding its broad, end-to-end power management portfolio that already includes a robust AC power train. 'As GPUs evolve to support increasingly complex AI applications at giga-watt scale, power and cooling providers need to be equally innovative to provide energy-efficient and high-density solutions for the AI factories. While the 800 VDC portfolio is new, DC power isn't a new direction for us, it's a continuation of what we've already done at scale', said Scott Armul, executive vice president of global portfolio and business units at Vertiv. 'We've spent decades deploying higher-voltage DC architectures across global telecom, industrial, and data centre applications. We're entering this transition from a position of strength and bringing real-world experience to meet the demands of the AI factory'. Vertiv's experience in DC power spans more than two decades of ±400 VDC deployments, broadened by strategic acquisitions during the early 2000's. These solutions support critical loads in global telecom networks, integrated microgrids, and mission-critical facilities. This foundation establishes Vertiv as a trusted leader in the safe design, deployment, and operation of higher-voltage DC architectures, with proven scale, portfolio, and long-term serviceability. Designed for homogeneous AI zones in hyperscale environments, Vertiv's 800 VDC portfolio is a key pillar of its 'unit of compute' strategy — a systems-level design engineered to enable all infrastructure components — to interoperate as one modular and scalable system, matching infrastructure demands of next-generation GPUs. Vertiv's support for both AC and DC architectures is a strategic differentiator in the evolving AI data center landscape.
