
Alden Richards named Phenomenal Box Office King at Guillermo Mendoza Awards 2025
On Facebook, Sparkle shared a video of the Asia's Multimedia Star receiving his award.
In 2024, Alden was also hailed as Box Office King by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of the Philippines, with Kathryn Bernardo as the Box Office Queen for their top-grossing Filipino film of all time, "Hello, Love, Again."
Alden is set to host GMA's upcoming dance competition, "Stars on the Floor," where he will also perform during a dance production.
He is also set to make his directorial debut in the upcoming film, "Out of Order."

Shaira and EA had been engaged since 2021, but only publicized it in 2024. AZ Martinez grateful for love, support of fans during fan meet
AZ Martinez has nothing but love and gratitude for the fans who graced her first fan meet on Saturday. As seen on Athena Imperial's report in "24 Oras Weekend" on Sunday, the Miss-sunuring Daughter ng Cebu was deeply moved by the outpouring of love and support from her fans called AZPires. She also described the event as feeling like her own 18th birthday. "Wow debut ko po!" AZ can be heard saying in the report. "Malaking tulong po talaga 'yung mga sinabi n'yo. Hindi ko po inexpect na makaka-receive po ako ng ganitong love, ng ganitong validation," she added. The fan meet, held in Commonwealth, Quezon City, was not only dedicated to AZ but also extended heartfelt support to her mom, Bing, as part of her pre-birthday celebration. "Grabe. Atake si mommy! Of course, sobrang thankful kasi hindi lang ako ang sinusuportahan nila pero pati 'yung pamilya ko, si Mommy. 'Yung mga tao na 'yon, mahal ko sobra," AZ said. Myrtle Sarrosa cosplays Wednesday Addams
Myrtle Sarrosa just unleashed the inner Wednesday Addams in her! On Instagram, the Kapuso actress shared photos of herself cosplaying the iconic character from Netflix's hit series "Wednesday" during an event in Australia. In the photos, Myrtle wore a dark makeup look, complemented by low braided pigtails and bangs held in place by a corpse hand accessory resembling "Thing." She also rocked Wednesday's iconic purple plaid dress. "Nevermore Class of 2025… The Outcast Assembly begins here in Sydney. Misery loves company," Myrtle said. She also shared a photo of herself with fellow Filipina content creator, Mimiyuuuh, who also wore a Wednesday-inspired dress.
