Travis Kelce reveals his favorite Taylor Swift offseason moment
Travis Kelce recently shared a bit of his offseason adventures, which included spending a lot of time with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
In the Instagram photo dump Kelce shared last month, it featured several photos of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and 'Cruel Summer' singer out to dinner, enjoying a snowy getaway, and more. However, one memory stood out for Kelce when he hung out with Swift, sports broadcaster Erin Andrews, and Charissa Thompson as well as their partners Jarrett Stoll and Steven Cundari. The photo was shared in the Instagram dump with the couples smiling brightly in the snowy weather. In a clip that Andrews and Thompson shared from their Calm Down podcast about meeting Swift, Kelce left a comment to show gratitude for their company and pay his girlfriend a compliment.
'[speak emoji] She's a 20/20!!' Kelce said of Swift, adding, 'Some of the best memories of the offseason. Jimmy's forever!!!'
Echoing Erin's point in a clip from the Calm Down podcast shared to Instagram July 31, Travis added of Taylor in a comment, 'She's a 20/20!!'
On Monday's episode of their podcast, the sports broadcasters shared why they hadn't spoken out about hanging out with Kelce and Swift.
'We're so protective of them and their privacy and what they deserve, so that's why we never said anything or never planned on saying anything,' Andrews said.
'When the opportunity came about for all of us to spend time together and go on vacation, we were elated to have time with them, but also, just in general, see what she's all about,' Thompson said of Swift.
Thompson and Andrews stressed how much they wanted to preserve their privacy as much as possible given that their lives are constantly in the spotlight.
'She's everything and more. Their lives are so public, so it was very important for Erin and I not to say anything — not because we don't like to share stuff with you, but it's important for us to let them dictate the narrative on things they do in their personal life,' Thompson said.
While they didn't share exactly where they went, Andrews added: '… I will say this, our group, the six of us, we had a time.'
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift on privacy
Kelce and Swift have been dating since 2023 and while they are both at the top of their careers, it's near impossible for them not to be spotted when they go to public places. The three-time Super Bowl tight end had to debunk some rumors recently about the two 'seeking attention' when they were hanging out during offseason.
'It gets thrown out there, like we're trying to seek attention every now and then,' Kelce said on the Bussin' With the Boys podcast. 'We're just enjoying life and having fun going to hockey games, kinda introducing her to some more of the sports world.'
Despite the perspective of some fans believing that they are seeking attention, Swift and Kelce has been embodying a message the singer first said about their romance.
'When you say a relationship is public, that means I'm going to see him do what he loves, we're showing up for each other, other people are there and we don't care,' Swift told Time for her Person Of The Year feature. 'The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you're seeing someone. And we're just proud of each other.'

Orr's annual NFL predictions has Packers finishing 9-8, missing playoffs in 2025
A pair of predictions for the 2025 NFL season -- one from Nate Davis of USA Today, and another from Connor Orr of -- highlight the range of possible outcomes for the Green Bay Packers this year. Last week, Davis predicted the Packers would go 12-5, win the NFC North and run through gauntlet of the NFC playoffs before losing to the Baltimore Ravens in the Super Bowl. Obviously, a title is the goal, but the franchise's first Super Bowl appearance since the 2010 season is something bordering on a best-case scenario for 2025. However, Orr wasn't nearly as optimistic. For his annual 272-game prediction at Orr had the Packers finishing 9-8 and missing the playoffs completely. From Orr: "This Packers team has a streaky potential to me. I think there could be weeks when this offense is white hot and weeks where it looks out of rhythm—a bit like the 2023 team that had longer NBA-like runs of brilliance and confusion. I did want to reflect it all coming together offensively toward the end of the season with two consecutive wins over very good defenses in Baltimore and Minnesota—an acknowledgement that when this offense is fully understood and coherent, it's going to be really good." Orr had the Packers starting 2-2, losing three straight games coming out of the bye, winning four straight games after falling to 2-5 and then laboring through a 1-3 stretch before finishing with wins over the Ravens and Vikings. That's about as streaky as it gets for a 9-8 team. But 9-8 wasn't good enough to make the NFC playoffs. Orr had the Lions winning the division at 10-7 and the Vikings getting in as a wildcard team at 10-7. The Rams and Commanders also got in as wildcard teams at 10-7. Last year, Orr predicted the Packers would finish 12-5, with losses to the Eagles (in the opener), Lions (twice), Bears (in the finale) and Rams. He also got all four division winners right and correctly had the Packers as a wildcard team in the NFC. The Packers will hope Orr's predictive powers come up short in 2025. Cubs reportedly calling up top prospect Owen Caissie, who was acquired in the Yu Darvish trade
Though the Chicago Cubs have fallen behind the Milwaukee Brewers in the National League Central, Chicago remains one of the best teams in baseball. The team sits at 68-51 entering Thursday and holds the top wild-card spot in the National League. But after running out one of the best offenses in baseball during the entire first half, the Cubs are scuffling at the plate. The team's 96 wRC+ — an advanced stat which measures offensive performance — ranks just 21st over the past 30 days. The team's entire outfield, in particular, is a big reason for that regression in August. Help is reportedly on the way. With the team struggling at the plate, the Cubs will reportedly call up top prospect Owen Caissie ahead of Thursday's game, per ESPN's Jesse Rogers. Caissie, 23, has been on prospect radars since the Cubs acquired him from the San Diego Padres in the Yu Darvish trade back in 2020. He's obliterated baseballs this season, slashing .289/.389/.566, with 22 home runs, over 404 plate appearances in Triple-A. It's unclear where Caissie will play considering the Cubs usually rely on Pete Crow-Armstrong, Ian Happ and Kyle Tucker as their starting outfield, with Seiya Suzuki serving as the team's regular designated hitter. What seems likely is that Caissie will get a start Thursday. Caissie was born in Burlington, Canada, and the Cubs are finishing up a series against the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday. Caissie may have been called up so he could make his major-league debut in front of friends and family in Canada. Burlington is a little over an hour drive from Toronto. While Caissie has shown strong power potential and posted excellent walk rates, strikeouts remain an issue for the slugger. Despite his success this season, Caissie is striking out in 28 percent of his plate appearances, a troublesome total for a minor-league player. Swing and miss issues have always been a promise for Caissie, but they haven't stopped him from appearance on top prospect lists. Baseball Prospectus has listed Caissie on its top-101 prospect list for four straight years. Both Baseball America and ranked Caissie on their own lists the past two years. Caissie is expected to take the roster spot of catcher Miguel Amaya, who returned to action from an injury Wednesday, but needed to be carted off the field due to a left ankle injury. It's unclear how the Cubs plan to utilize Caissie and the rest of the team's outfielders the rest of the way. But with the team's postseason hopes looking strong, working Caissie in sporadically and letting him acclimate to the majors now could pay dividends if the rookie can play his way onto the postseason roster in October.
