Esha Deol is Dharmendra's daughter from his second marriage with Hema Malini. She also has a sister named Ahana Deol. Prior to Bollywood's Dream Girl, Dharmendra was married to Prakash Kaur with who he has two sons – Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. Dharmendra married Prakash Kaur in 1954 when he was reportedly just 19 years old. It is claimed that Dharmendra married Hema without giving Prakash a divorce.
Esha Deol made her debut in Bollywood in the year 2002 with the romantic film Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe. Co-starring Aftab Shivadasani, the film tanked at the box office. After a slew of unsuccessful projects, she shed her girl-next-door image and went for a bold avatar in the 2004 film Dhoom. The film was a huge success and brought popularity to Esha Deol.
Later, she appeared in films like Chura Liya Hai Tumne, No Entry, Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, and Dus and Kuchh To Hai. However, she could not match the stardom of her parents and soon faded away from the industry.

Anees Bazmee On Diljit Dosanjh's Rumoured Exit From No Entry 2: " Jo Hoga, Achcha Hi Hoga"
New Delhi: After winning hearts with his performance in Amar Singh Chamkila, Diljit Dosanjh is gearing up for his next projects – Detective Sherdil and Border 2. He was also announced to be a part of No Entry 2, directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Boney Kapoor. Last month, rumours started doing the rounds that Diljit had walked out of the film due to creative differences. Earlier, Boney Kapoor made sure to clear the air. The producer stated that it was actually a date issue, which the teams are trying to work out. Now, Anees Bazmee has also spoken about it. In a chat with News18 Showsha, the director said he is not 'upset' about Diljit stepping away from the project. What's Happening The makers of No Entry 2 had announced that Diljit Dosanjh will be co-starring with Arjun Kapoor and Varun Dhawan in the film. However, last month, rumours of the singer-songwriter walking out of the project started making the rounds. Reacting to the buzz, Anees Bazmee told News18 Showsha, 'I'm just happy that the film is getting made. There's no bigger joy than that. At this point, woh hi ho raha hai jo upar waala chahta hai …It's not like the films that I have done, I've only worked with actors who've been my first choices for those projects." 'I've had to work with actors who were my second and even third choices. But once these films got released, audiences felt that those actors fit the characters perfectly and nobody else could've pulled off those parts the way they did," he added. He continued, ' I don't let such things bother me. Main kabhi safaiyaan nahi deta. Jo hona hai, woh hi hoga aur jo hoga, achcha hi hoga. (I never give clarifications. Whatever is meant to happen, will happen and whatever happens, will be for the best)" Anees Bazmee's Last Meeting With Diljit Dosanjh Talking about his last meeting with Diljit Dosanjh and the whole date issue, Anees Bazmee said, 'Our last meeting, which was the second time that we met, lasted for 10 minutes. We were discussing his dates because there was a bit of back and forth. He told me that he's trying to work out his dates.' Applauding Diljit's honesty, the director said, 'Diljit is a very honest human being and he's a very talented actor. In all my life, I've met him for just 20 minutes. The first time I met him was when I went to narrate the script to him. He didn't even listen to the full script. He told me, ' Kahaani samajh aa gayi hai. Aap picture bana rahe hai. Teen heroes hai. Comedy hai. No Entry dekh ke hum kitne hasse hai.' And he instantly agreed to do the film. He's such a simple guy.' About No Entry 2 As of now, Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor are the two confirmed cast members of No Entry 2. The film is a sequel to the 2005 hit No Entry, which featured Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Esha Deol, Lara Dutta and Celina Jaitly in key roles. In A Nutshell No Entry 2 directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Boney Kapoor was going to have Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead. Dharmendra was the first choice of Amitabh Bachchan's blockbuster film, was the most expensive film of 1980s, film is.., its lead actress was... In the unpredictable world of showbiz, how a film turns out at the box office nobody can ever predict. From the storyline, direction, to production, many paramount factors can contribute to making or breaking a film at the box office. But besides all the factors, the most important element of a film is its cast. A single casting can change the entire trajectory of a film. One such story is of an iconic film that came out in 1980, but it not only captivated the audience with its strong storyline, but also the cast shuffle that changed its fate. Originally, the director of the film selected someone else for the lead role; however, in a turn of events, the film eventually went to someone whose fate was destined for it. The film we are talking about is none other than the superhit film Shaan. Released in 1980, this Ramesh Sippy film was considered one of the most expensive films of that era with its multi-starrer cast. The film captivated the hearts of millions with its strong storyline and grand production. It featured top names of Bollywood like Amitabh Bachchan, Shashi Kapoor, Sunil Dutt, Ravi Babi and Bindiya Goswami. However, what many don't know is that Amitabh Bachchan and Bindiya Goswani were not the first choice of filmmakers. In fact, Dharmendra was chosen for the role of Vijay and Hema Malini was chosen for the role of Renu. Being the top stars of that era, Dharmendra and Hema both had a massive fan following at that time. However, it was reported that due to some differences with Ramesh Sippy, Dharmendra and Hema Malini rejected the offer. Eventually the film went to the Shahenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, making it a career-defining moment for him, he was first supposed to play the role of Ravi but after Dharmendra's exit, it was Vijay's role that went to him and later Shashi Kapoor played Ravi's role and Binditya Goswani replaced Hema Malini for the role of Bindu Even today, the film continues to resonate with the audience. From its blockbuster song 'Pyaar Karne Wale' to its action-packed plot, the film is still hailed by the Indian audience. Made on the whopping budget of Rs. 4,35 crores, it collected almost times its budget, Rs 12.5 crores. This story also shows how one star's rejection becomes a career-defining moment for the other star.

Diljit Dosanjh's exit from 'No Entry 2' confirmed by director Anees Bazmee: 'He told me that...'
Anil Kapoor was the star of the show called No Entry back in 2005 when it released. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film also starred Salman Khan and Fardeen Khan read more Diljit Dosanjh had quit No Entry 2. Boney Kapoor told Filmfare last month, 'Yes, there are date issues, but certainly no creative differences. That is absolutely false. We are trying our best to work the dates out.' And now, director Anees Bazmee has also spoken about why he decided to opt out of the project. The director was quoted saying, 'We were discussing his dates because there was a bit of back and forth. He told me that he was trying to work out his dates. Boney ji was also there.' STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD Anil Kapoor was the star of the show called No Entry back in 2005 when it released. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film also starred Salman Khan and Fardeen Khan. It has been almost two decades and the sequel was long in the making and now, producer Boney Kapoor has said Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor would star in part two. The original stars won't feature in the new movie, said Boney Kapoor, adding the team is now in the process of casting 10 female actors for the project. 'That chapter is over (of the old star cast). Now, we have Diljit, Varun and Arjun in the film. Varun and Arjun are best of friends, and Diljit is fantastic at comedy. So, I think this makes for a good and interesting combination,' the producer told PTI last year when Diljit was still on board for the sequel. ' No Entry ' revolved around two married men (Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan), who find themselves in trouble because of their womanizing friend, Prem (Salman), after he sets them up with a hooker, leading to lies and confusions.
