A new report suggests that a major brand switch could be on the horizon for LA Knight. There is reportedly a significant backstage push to move the popular superstar from SmackDown to Monday Night Raw.
This comes after a period of booking that has left some fans disappointed. A move to Raw could signal a fresh start for "The Megastar."
Backstage Push And Netflix Influence On LA Knight
According to a report from WrestleVotes, multiple individuals within WWE are advocating for LA Knight to be moved to the Raw brand. The move is seen as a way to present a refreshing change for the character.
The report also suggested that WWE's streaming partner, Netflix, has direct input on programming. It is believed that the platform hopes a star with Knight's massive popularity can "move the needle" for Raw's global audience.
Testing The Waters On Raw For LA Knight
WWE may already be "testing the waters" for this brand switch. Knight has appeared on the last two episodes of Raw despite officially being a SmackDown superstar.

His appearances have seen him directly antagonize the new faction led by Seth Rollins. He helped Sami Zayn defeat Bron Breakker last week and assisted Jey Uso this week by taking out Bronson Reed during another King of the Ring match.

LA Knight Sends A Message To Seth Rollins
Following his latest appearance on Raw, LA Knight has made his intentions clear on social media. He posted a video taunting the members of Rollins' group that he has already neutralized.
"Well, I guess if I ain't going to the King of the Ring then neither are either of the Brons. We got Bron squared over there, but I tell you what we took down what, three last week? I got this one, I got that one and we got one left [shows middle finger] yeah!"
The combination of the backstage report and his very visible new feud strongly indicates that a permanent move to Raw is imminent. This would also give Knight a new career look and a fresh coat of paint for him after spending his entire main roster career on SmackDown.

Gillian Anderson had an epiphany that changed how she saw aging: ‘Why waste time?'
Gillian Anderson does not mince words. Speaking about wellness culture and the pressure to self-optimize on the podcast 'How To Fail' in 2023, she said in a calm, matter of fact and confident tone: 'I realized that anytime somebody tells me to do something, I'm going to say f—k off.' In a culture where women still feel obliged to be people pleasers, the 56-year-old actress makes being forthright look easy. When we spoke over video call from the Cannes Film Festival, where Anderson was attending L'Oréal Paris' Lights on Women's Worth Award, I asked if she's always been able to set boundaries. 'I was quite a rebellious teenager,' she said. Yet it wasn't until her 40s that she felt able to speak her mind without fear, without worrying about what other people thought. 'It was almost like something that pre-existed but I didn't realize how valuable it was, and that it was something that I could actually vocalize and delight in,' she said. 'There was something that felt really good about having that.' Gillian Anderson at the L'Oréal Lights on Women Award at the Cannes Film Festival on May 23, 2025. Anderson has also become more vocal about women's sexual pleasure. A far remove from how most of us came to know her — as brainy, buttoned-up agent Dana Scully from the '90s TV show 'The X-Files' — this sex-positive persona seemed to be a spillover from her role as a sex therapist on Netflix's 'Sex Education.' When Anderson was nominated for a Golden Globe for her work on the show in 2024, she wore a strapless Gabriela Hearst gown subtly decorated with white embroidered vulvas. Gillian Anderson at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards in a white gown embroidered with vulvas. Last year, she published 'Want: Sexual Fantasies by Anonymous,' a collection of women's sexual fantasies which were submitted from all over the world; she also has a functional soft drinks brand, G Spot, which includes the flavour, 'Arouse.' In this, and in everything she does, Anderson proves that life after 50 is full of possibility. 'I certainly feel that and have been embracing that and really properly leaning into it and taking advantage of it,' she said. 'What's interesting is when I've been asked about it, there's part of my brain that just thinks, 'Well, of course. I mean, why wouldn't it be?'' Still, Anderson said leaving behind her youth wasn't a seamless transition. She experienced two periods of 'deep grief, real sadness and feeling of loss,' one in her late 30s, another in her early 40s, sparked by the realization that she was on the other side of something. In her 40s, she had a mind-altering epiphany: she was the youngest she was ever going to be for the rest of her life. 'It was like, my brain exploded,' she said. 'It's such an obvious thing to say, but at the same time, this is right now. Appreciate where you are right now. Why waste time?' But she understands why many of us feel apprehensive about what life has in store once we hit the midpoint, and why we delight in witnessing women over 50 in popular culture thrive. 'To see women our age showing that not only is there a next, but it's a really fantastic next is really important,' said Anderson, who recently landed her first beauty contract earlier this year, as a face of L'Oréal Paris's Age Perfect line. 'I encourage women to look forward to this time and not be afraid of this time, but to know that it can be incredibly positive and empowering — actually more empowering than some of the other decades that we've lived.' Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs at a London screening of 'The Salt Path.' As Anderson has progressed further into her career, she's begun working with more women directors — including on 'The Salt Path,' out later this month. The film, based on writer Raynor Winn's memoir, is a drama about a married couple who walk across the south west coast of England after becoming homeless. It was directed by Marianne Elliott, and the crew was populated with many women, including a producer and the director of photography. 'Anytime I see a woman director, I celebrate it. It's just a very different vibe,' Anderson said, comparing the atmosphere to the 'very male-centred, very macho' sets that she's become accustomed to. From here, Anderson is feeling ready for whatever is next. 'I'm not afraid of my age or the changes that are happening. I feel proud to be the age that I am,' she said. 'I'm continuing to build and to grow and do what I set my mind to.'

Rikishi delivers incredible rant after Jey Uso WWE Championship loss
The post Rikishi delivers incredible rant after Jey Uso WWE Championship loss appeared first on ClutchPoints. When Gunther successfully recaptured his World Heavyweight Championship in a RAW main event match against Jey Uso, WWE fans the world over knew one person would have something to say on the matter: Rikishi. Advertisement The patriarch of the Fatu wrestling family, with three sons in WWE and counting, the former Headshrinker took to his Off The Top podcast to deliver an absolute rant blasting the promotion's booking, noting that he believes the writers did his son dirty. 'Are we talking about a kid that 16 plus years, that put in work? We talk about a kid that, combined with him and his brother, merchandise sales to the roof as a tag team now breaks off as single competitor. If you can tell me that anybody else is selling any merchandise higher than 'YEET,' I want you to tell me, by all means, generating revenue for the company. What was that saying? 'What's good for business?' Then you have a kid that put his heart and soul, just like everybody else that's out there on the roster, put their heart and soul to get to that main event spot. Finally, when he gets there, you know what I feel? Here's what I feel. I feel that those are writing for this kid his storyline, you didn't do him justice. You didn't feed this champion the right talent to be able to continue to make this champion. Not a fair shot in my eyes,' Rikishi said via Fightful. 'So you go 51 days. I say fire those that are writing for this kid here, if you can't come up with something simple to promote and push your champion, that you, not me, you decide to put this kid in that position, and then that's it. All of a sudden, the brains went cloudy. You can't write, you can't think of an angle for Jey? Well, if you can't do your job, I say [best of luck in your future endeavors]. Get the h*ll out of the way. Put somebody in that position, because the longer you keep the belt on this kid, the longer merchandise sales go through the roof.' Now, as Dave Metlzer pointed out on social media, this decision wasn't any writer's fault, as WWE creative calls come right from the top, but that didn't stop Rikishi from doubling down on his take, noting that his son deserved better for his years of hard work and merch sales. Advertisement 'So now they passed the belt on to Gunther for whatever reason. Hey, I ain't got no beef with Gunther. I ain't got no beef with any of those that are on the roster. I ain't got no beef with that. If I do, I'm going to say it to your face, because that's just the type of man I am,' Rikishi noted. 'But let me back up. Good luck if that's what your choice is to go that way. But let me back up and continue my thoughts on my son as far as his run as the World Champion. I didn't think it was just his. I didn't think it was fair. 51 days, that was it. I mean, Intercontinental belt? A short run, that was it. What is it against my boy? Would you have done that to Randy Orton? Would you have done that to John Cena?' Why did WWE take the belt off of Uso? Well, that might be because they want to run Gunther versus Bill Goldberg on Saturday Night's Main Event as counterprogramming for AEW All In. But that bit of booking info likely won't quell the fire inside of Rikishi, as he feels WWE did his son dirty and might have a point. WWE star Chelsea Green celebrates 10th anniversary of Tough Enough fail
The post WWE star Chelsea Green celebrates 10th anniversary of Tough Enough fail appeared first on ClutchPoints. Sometimes, it takes several opportunities to make it in professional wrestling, as former WWE Women's United States Champion Chelsea Green knows after competing on Tough Enough. Advertisement On Sunday, June 15, 2025, Green celebrated the 10th anniversary of her failed tryout for WWE's Tough Enough reality series. She posted several pictures of herself at the Performance Center as well as a screenshot of a message she posted on Facebook. 'Wow, it has been a VERY long 7 days… I will finally be on my way home from Orlando tomorrow,' her post from June 15, 2015, began. 'I didn't end up making the final cast of Tough Enough. But I've got plenty of amazing opportunities coming up that I can't wait to share!! 'Good luck to the 6 girls that did make the finals. I'm proud of all of them[.] and I will definitely be voting 😉 …and if you decide you aren't Tough Enough, don't worry, I'll step in for ya!' she continued. Advertisement The waiting game would pay off for Green. She would eventually be signed by WWE, joining the company in 2018 before her release in 2021. She would later return to WWE in 2023, and she has become a big part of the women's division. Since joining WWE after her Tough Enough elimination, Chelsea Green has received several high-profile opportunities. She won a tournament to become the inaugural Women's United States Champion, and she recently interviewed Ana de Armas for Ballerina, the new John Wick spin-off movie. Her return occurred at the 2023 Royal Rumble. Green was eliminated within seconds of joining the battle royal by Rhea Ripley. This kickstarted a 'Karen' gimmick that she has perfected, and she is frequently arguing with WWE officials. To win the Women's United States Championship tournament, Green had to go through several big names on the roster. She defeated Bianca Belair, Blair Davenport, and Bayley on her way to the finals. In the finals, she defeated Michin. Advertisement Green would continue to feud with Michin after winning the title. She had several successful title defenses against her before their feud ended. Her reign would last 132 days before dropping the title. Green eventually lost it to Zelina Vega during an episode of Friday Night SmackDown in April 2025. A rematch was held the following month at Saturday Night's Main Event. While Green put up a good fight, she lost, and her nose was injured as well.
