Bigg Boss Malayalam contestant Adhila opens up about falling in love with her lesbian partner Noora in school: ‘We got into a relationship in Plus Two'
Now, Adhila and Noora are busy penning another chapter in their lives as they recently entered Malayalam superstar Mohanlal-hosted reality show Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 as contestants. As they continue to make strides in the house, a particular incident has caught the attention of viewers, wherein Adhila talked about how she fell in love with Noora. This moment — a clip of which has since gone viral on social media — received immense love and support from both their housemates and the audience.
Recalling meeting Noora for the first time, Adhila said, 'I met Noora when we were in Plus One (11th grade). We got into a relationship when we entered Plus Two (12th grade). I had a crush on her. The moment she first walked into our class for the first time, I felt an attraction. She used to come wearing a shawl and looked very cute. It was when I saw Noora that I realised I could feel attracted to a girl.'
She continued, 'I really love Noora's lips. I had only seen people with lips like hers in movies. I once told her, 'Had one of us been a man, it would've been so easy for us to get married.' She said she had felt the same way. That's when we both realised we had mutual feelings for each other.'

Mentioning that Noora had already started receiving many marriage proposals by then, Adhila shared that the pressure on her had increased. 'Hilariously, my parents enrolled me, a person attracted to women, in a women's college. But I never felt anything for anyone at that college because Noora was already in my heart. When we decided to leave home and live together, I was scared, wondering if we'd have to wash dishes in someone's home to survive or end up living under the Palarivattom bridge.'
She added, 'But today, I'm incredibly happy to be sharing a platform in a programme watched by millions with the woman who's going to be my wife.' Adhila's words moved not only Noora but also the other contestants, who erupted in cheers and applause as the couple shared a warm hug.

Watch: Throwback video of Bigg Boss Malayalam 7 contestant Sarika criticising the show goes viral
Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 contestant Sarika KB is facing backlash after a resurfaced video shows her criticizing the show. In the video, Sarika expresses her dislike for Bigg Boss, calling it chaotic. This contradicts her recent claim on the show that appearing on Bigg Boss was her biggest dream. As Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 kicks off its third week, the spotlight is not just on the drama inside the house but also on the lives contestants led before entering it. One contestant currently facing the heat is Sarika KB, who is now under scrutiny after a throwback video surfaced online, showing her openly criticizing the very show she now stars in. In the video, which has rapidly gone viral across social media platforms, Sarika is seen expressing her disapproval of Bigg Boss . 'Basically, I don't like Bigg Boss at all. I don't prefer it. I have felt the show is just chaos. In a life full of chaos, I find this show to be something that never gives us peace,' she says in the clip. The timing of the video has caught the attention of netizens, especially since Sarika recently stated during the emotional Oridathoridathu task inside the house that appearing on Bigg Boss was her biggest dream. This stark contrast between her past statements and her current position in the show has triggered mixed reactions online. While some are accusing her of hypocrisy, others believe people's opinions can change over time. Sarika KB is among the 19 contestants who entered the Bigg Boss house at the beginning of the season. However, her journey so far has been underwhelming in terms of visibility and performance. Last week, she faced temporary suspension from the house due to her underperformance in tasks. She made her comeback during the weekend episode, where she gained attention for opening up about her struggles in a broken marriage during a candid confession task.
