In a clip on her @dees_days, she shared: 'When your neighbour is an absolute nightmare! 'And continues to throw her branches and leaves over our fence every day. What do I do????!
'I am at a loss for words, my neighbour is getting worse !!!
'We have emailed asking for peace and to understand why they are so insane... help!!!!!'
She even showed a clip which appeared to show her neighbour's hand throwing the debris over the fence.
The angry mum also claimed she hadn't stopped there, and once threw some wood over which had some nails which 'injured' her child.
Many people sympathised with her plight, and were quick to rush to the comments with their take.
One said: 'I have ideas... TikTok will block me.'
Another added: 'My neighbor does this as well. Some is from my own trees but hers as well.'
A third suggested: 'Gather everything and kindly place it on her front doorstep.'
However, one pointed out: 'That's half a story, I wonder what's her take also.'

Daisy replied to the revenge comments saying: 'That video is making me laugh because everyone is telling me to put, like, electric fence or a topper.'
She added: 'We can't put a topper on, we've already asked.
'We asked to put a topper over the fence because we can see straight into her garden, she can see straight into ours and it's very uncomfortable, but, yeah, she said no.
'She asked us to move our pool pump because it was too loud and if we moved the pool pump, then she would allow us to put the topper on.
'So, no, we try not to retaliate and we don't do anything to cause any tension. We just want peace. We have two kids. We wanna live a happy life.'
GARDEN ROWS
It turns out there are lots of jobs that could land you in trouble with your neighbour and the law, fortunately, gardening experts over at Toolstation have given some advice.
If you have a tree in your garden you want to get rid of you better think twice and do your research.
The gardening experts reveal: 'If one neighbour wishes to remove or heavily prune a tree that the other neighbour values, disputes can arise over the impact on the view, shade, or privacy. "
While it might cause a row, if it is in your property boundary it is ultimately your choice, unless it has a Tree Protection Order on it.
'But, some trees may be protected by a Tree Protection Order which makes it an offence to uproot, top or destroy them, the experts warn.
The maximum fine for breaking this law is £20,000, so make sure you double check if it does have a TPO.
You can find out by contacting your local council for a map that shows this information. Alternatively, you can ask to speak with your local tree officer.

Woman sexually assaulted on Gatwick flight denied compensation due to loophole

A woman who was sexually assaulted on a flight to the UK is ineligible for government compensation due to what her lawyers say is a gap in the law. The woman, who cannot be named and is referred to as Kelly, was attacked while sleeping on a Qatar Airways flight from Doha to Gatwick in September 2024. Her attacker was arrested when the plane landed at Gatwick and sentenced to prison in May. However, Kelly was denied a payout through the Criminal Injuries Compensation (CIC) Scheme That is because the attack occurred on a plane that was not registered in Britain. Law firm Leigh Day, which is representing her, has written to Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, urging her to change the law. Kelly, who is in her 20s and lives in London, said: 'I do not understand why I, and other victims like me, have been excluded from the CIC Scheme. 'I was attacked on a flight en route to the UK, I am a UK citizen, and this crime was investigated and prosecuted by British authorities. 'I should be entitled to compensation, and being excluded from the scheme is unfair and illogical. 'I am still suffering with the effects of the attack and want to move forward with my life.' The Civil Aviation Act was updated in 1996 to ensure criminal acts on foreign planes bound for the UK can be prosecuted in UK criminal courts. Leigh Day solicitor Claire Powell said: 'Our client suffered an horrific sexual attack on a UK-bound flight. 'She was refused compensation under the Criminal Injuries Compensation scheme simply because it was a foreign flight and the rules have not been amended in line with the updates to the Civil Aviation Act. 'It is a gap that needs closing urgently and we trust the Justice Secretary will agree, particularly in light of this Government's commitment to addressing violence against women and girls.' A Ministry of Justice spokesperson said: 'Our thoughts remain with this victim, and we remain resolute in our mission to halve violence against women and girls in a decade. 'The rules that the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority follows, and the values of payments for injuries, are set by Parliament. 'Other routes are available for victims to receive support.' Kelly was attacked by Momade Jussab, of Swinfield Close, Feltham, who was sitting next to her and put his hands down her trousers. He was 66 when he was handed a six-and-a-half-year prison sentence at Lewes Crown Court in May after being found guilty of one count of sexual assault by penetration and two counts of sexual assault.

Woman jailed over Snapchat video of dogs killing cat in Burnley

A woman who filmed herself causing her dogs to kill a neighbour's elderly cat has been jailed after posting a video of the attack on Snapchat. Alexandra Gregson was heard shouting "get that little cat" on the footage, which showed two dogs pouncing on the 15-year-old black and white female called Poppy. Gregson was identified after the cat's body was found in a bin near her home in Padiham, Burnley, on 30 April 2024, the RSPCA said. The 36-year-old, who was already in prison for unrelated offences, was jailed on 15 August for 10 months after pleading guilty to animal welfare offences at Burnley Crown Court. The RSPCA said the video showed the cat, which appeared "frozen with fear" being set upon by two dogs in a garden. A laughing Gregson could be heard shouting "get it Zola, get that little cat. Go on get it." A report from a vet, who saw the footage, stated: "The dogs do not appear to readily want to attack the cat but following the repeated commands from the owner they do."The woman laughs during the attack thus appearing to find the attack amusing and entertaining."Insp Miranda Albinson, who investigated for the RSPCA, said the video was "incredibly distressing to watch"."This must have been a terrifying experience for Poppy and would have caused her considerable suffering to be attacked and killed like this," she said. 'Sadistic' A post mortem of Poppy's body found she had suffered from a torn liver, there was blood within her abdominal cavity and bleeding lesions to her left kidney and stomach which the RSPCA said was consistent with "blunt force trauma".After Gregson was jailed, Judge Sara Dodd said: "It is perhaps hard to put into words how sadistic and persistent that episode was."Your dogs took a significant amount of encouragement before they began, let alone continued their attack on Poppy."They had absolutely no interest in that cat before you goaded them into attacking her." Woman who made baby vape in clip apologizes with pathetic excuse

An influencer has admitted to forcing a little boy she was babysitting to smoke a vape after the shocking video she filmed resurfaced online. Fiona Jordan, 23, was slammed after a clip of a young child vaping in her care was posted on social media. In the footage, the unnamed boy was seen putting his mouth on the device, held out to him by another person. He exhaled and smoke drifted from his mouth, causing the girls, including Jordan, to laugh as the child coughed and looked confused. Hours after Daily Mail reached out for comment, Jordan admitted her involvement, saying she was 15 at the time and now takes full responsibility. She told her followers: 'I was not in the right state of mind. As a young girl, I was making a lot of reckless choices, and honestly, I made a terrible decision. 'Recording it and being there makes me just as guilty, and I take full responsibility for this. I am truly, deeply sorry for the pain that I have caused that family, now and then. 'I can't change what I did, but I can acknowledge how wrong it was.' Responsibility: Hours after being contacted by Daily Mail for comment, Jordan admitted her involvement in the scandal in an apology video - taking 'full responsibility' for her actions Jordan said she was not in the correct headspace as her mother had recently died, and she was hanging around with the wrong crowd of people. The original video, filmed eight years ago, was uploaded to Instagram. She faced criticism after the video resurfaced online, with one person writing: 'Psychotic behavior. Truly awful to see that poor baby and hear them laughing. Pure evil.' Another added: 'The way he looks sad and coughs after, wow they are monsters.' A third said: 'Disturbing she thinks child abuse is FUNNY... an absolutely vile individual.'
