John Legend Steals Ari Camille Back from Team Adam on 'The Voice': 'Come Back Home'
After a short stint on Team Adam, Ari Camille has made her way home to Team Legend.
On Monday, April 7, Adam Levine put Camille up against Britton Moore for the knockout round. Though Camille didn't win the round, she remains in the competition thanks to her original coach John Legend.
For her knockout performance, Camille, 21, chose to sing a cover of Faith Evans' "Love Like This." Meanwhile, Moore, who's also 21, chose to cover "Free" by Zac Brown Band. The competition was stiff — and the Maroon 5 frontman, 46, made that clear.
"You both did exactly what needed to be done, which is amazing for you guys and super crappy for me," Levine said, followed by a sigh.

"Ari, you came out and almost started to get in your head and I kind of felt you squash all that. Like you have this intangible quality that is just so special about you," Levine said to Camille.
He continued, "And Britton, you sing the living crap out of everything you sing. You're amazing. I'm feeling like everyone's gonna be alright. I don't know what I'm gonna do yet so please don't ask me, Carson."
Host Carson Daly then added, "Adam, the stalling must stop. Who is the winner of this knockout?"
After taking a second to think about it, the "Sunday Morning" singer said he was choosing the person who was "most ready to move forward right now."
"The winner of this knockout is Britton," he said.
Levine added in a one-on-one interview, "I went with my gut. Britton is so — he's just so good I couldn't let him go. Britton has a lot of amazing control in his voice. You wind him up and he goes. He can literally sing for the fences."

After Moore was announced as the winner, Daly asked Camille to say her parting words to her coach. Then, before she could get a word out, Legend hit his red button and said "Let's go," indicating a steal.
"Ari looked really confident and cool and stylish. I really think she exudes superpower and since I have the chance to bring her back to Team Legend I was like, 'Let's go.' Come back home," the "All of Me" singer said.
After the steal, Camille expressed gratitude for remaining in the competition — and said she was ready to "improve" and "blossom."
The Voice airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

This was Lamine Yamal's season. Advertisement So it just had to be the teenage phenom who scored the decisive goal to clinch Barcelona's 28th Spanish league title.
