On the home front, Upendra is gearing up for the release of his much-anticipated 45, directed by AP Arjun and produced under Suraj Productions. This project has already generated buzz among fans and is set to hit theatres on August 15. He also has Buddhivanta 2, currently under production. Aamir opens up about mother Zeenat Khan's debut Speaking at a media interaction held in Mumbai, Aamir opened up about how his mother came to be a part of the RS Prasanna-directed film. He revealed that his mother had never accompanied him to any film shoot before. One day, as he was about to leave for the shoot, she asked him where he was heading and what the film was about. The 'PK' actor finally told his mother that Prasanna wanted her in a shot — and to his surprise, she agreed. 'I was shocked! So, she's there in one or two shots. It's the only film of mine that she has ever been a part of.' Visibly emotional, the actor said the experience was priceless for him, especially as his mother will turn 91 just a week before the film's release. Speaking about his sister, Aamir said that Nikhat plays a character in the film and has a couple of scenes. This marks their first on-screen collaboration, and Aamir hinted they may work together again in the future. About Sitaare Zameen Par Sitaare Zameen Par, starring Genelia Deshmukh alongside Aamir Khan, is slated for release in cinemas on June 20.
