The mum-of-three posed for some fabulous snaps wearing a blue and white striped mini dress.
The summery frock featured a collar, plunging neckline and a stylish cut-out detail at the front.

She also posted a snap of herself mid-air as she jumped off the boat into the sea, wearing a stunning black bikini.

"Also I say this every time but, travelling with three kids age five and under is not for the weak."

Carl Mullan lands Master of Ceremonies role at this year's Rose of Tralee

Radio and social media star Carl Mullan is set to take on the role of Master of Ceremonies at the 2025 Rose of Tralee Festival. Speaking on 2 FM Breakfast with Carl, Roz & Aisling on Friday morning, Mullan announced that he will be introducing all 32 Roses on stage across both nights of the event. The Rose of Tralee remains one of Ireland's most enduring and beloved cultural events, bringing together people from across the country and around the world to celebrate Irish identity, heritage and ambition. The five-day festival will culminate in the selection of the 2025 International Rose of Tralee. The televised event will take place on 18 Monday and 19 Tuesday, August from 8pm - with a break for the Nine O'Clock News and resuming at 9.35pm - live on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player. Earlier in the week, The Rose of Tralee International Festival 2025, Monday and Tuesday, RTÉ One and RTÉ Player, 8pm.

Carl Mullan has revealed he is taking a momentary step back from his radio duties next week as he takes on a new gig on RTÉ One. The presenter co-hosts RTÉ 2FM Breakfast weekday mornings with Roz Purcell and Aisling Bonner, but will be on a brief hiatus next week. Making the announcement on Friday morning, Carl teased that he was 'leaving' his work colleagues as he had landed a new gig. England rugby legend lined up for Strictly – and pairing with show's sexiest dancer "I had a fall in training yesterday and landed on my back. I was really worried for a while and I was so thankful to the Strictly family and medical team who really looked after me." She praised the "kind and caring" hospital staff, before revealing the smile on her face in the picture didn't reflect the emotions she'd experienced in the hours prior. "I'm smiling in the picture but it was really scary and there were a few tears as I had to lie still for hours but I was given the all-clear after an x-ray and allowed to go home," she wrote. "I've got some physio today but I will be back on that dance floor soon and I'll be ready to shine and sparkle in the new series of the biggest show on TV. "I can't wait for you to see it. Keep dancing!" An insider said of the fall: 'It looked pretty nasty and no one was taking any chances. The Strictly crew rushed into action and she was stretchered out.' A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called at 12:37pm on Tuesday 12 August to reports of an incident at Regent's Park Road, NW1. The former captain, 39, is almost 6ft 2ins tall, and the Ukrainian dancer is the only pro who can come close to matching his stature.
