Tammy Hembrow celebrates an early Christmas in July with children after fleeing the country following split from husband Matt Zukowski: 'My soul needed this'
Tammy Hembrow fled the country this week after announcing her shock split from husband Matt Zukowski.
The pair are headed for divorce after just seven months of marriage, and the fitness influencer has jetted off to New Zealand to rest and recuperate.
And Tammy is very much in doting mother mode as she enjoys the idyllic getaway with her children.
Tammy took to Instagram on Saturday to share a series of images and clips showing her and her three children — Wolf, nine, daughter Saskia, seven, and toddler Posy, three — living it up in Queenstown.
The family foursome were getting into the festive spirit early, celebrating a whimsical Christmas in July.

Tammy, rugged up in a fleecy jumper, with her midriff exposed, posed happily with her brood in front of a wintry scene dotted with festive candy canes and large, illuminated Christmas presents.
Another photo showed the influencer posing in front of the same scene, hugging her three children tight.
There was also time for some sweet shopping too, with another shot showing her youngsters staring in wonderment through a local Queenstown candy shop window.
It wouldn't be a winter escape without some skiing, and Tammy also shared a short clip of her flaunting her style on the slopes.
'Christmas in July because who doesn't love a lil winter Christmas magic?' Tammy captioned the sweet snaps.
'When I tell you my soul NEEDED thissss. Forever my favourite holiday.
'A reminder of warmth, family, the magic of slowing down & the joy that lives in the littlest moments. The cosiest first night in NZ w my babies!!'
The post was met with a flurry of comments from friends and followers, with one offering: 'Glad you're enjoying your time here Mama, you deserve it always, better days are coming, sending love.'
Another chimed in with a similar sentiment: 'I love this for you guys! You're an amazing mama and you're doing a great job.'
Tammy announced her shock split from Matt in an emotional video on Sunday.
The Love Island Australia star also revealed the couple's separation in a sombre Instagram Story, telling fans the decision was not taken lightly.
'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' Matt began.
'Both of us have struggled with making this decision; however we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children.
'This wasn't a decision we took lightly. Our time together will always be cherished and never forgotten,' he added, before thanking fans for their support and asking for privacy.
Despite their short-lived marriage, both parties have asked for privacy as they adjust to life post-breakup.
'We appreciate everyone's support and space at this time as we navigate the split,' Matt concluded in his emotional post.
In a post shared to Instagram on Thursday, Tammy announced she was heading to Queenstown with her kids, before sharing footage of the family at the airport.
'Errands before our lil getaway. Honestly this couldn't have come at a more perfect time' Tammy wrote in her caption.
'Guys, give me all your Queenstown recommendations,' she added alongside a series of images in which she posed alongside her car.
Tammy later addressed the split in an emotional TikTok video, telling fans she would be getting a divorce.
'I don't want to get into the details, and I want to be sensitive to everyone involved,' she told fans.
'Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it is going to be forever, and I blame no one but myself,' Tammy continued while breaking down in tears.
'I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. I'm good at putting on rose-coloured glasses.
'Obviously the worst part for me is that I have kids. I don't care about me, I know I will be okay, but I feel awful.'
The news came less than 24 hours after Matt was spotted spending time with sports journalist Tayla Little at the London Tavern in Melbourne.
Tammy and Matt tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Château Du Soleil in Byron Bay on November 23.
They got engaged in December 2023, following just three months of dating.
The jet-setting pair became engaged in the Maldives, before heading off to Greece and Bali for luxury holidays.

Lorde dares to bare as she strips off for Vogue Australia - after shocking fans with X-rated album cover
Lorde has continued her X-rated era with a racy shoot for Vogue Australia. The New Zealander, 28, stripped off for the fashion magazine's July issue, posing in underwear and a revealing frock. On the cover, the pop singer fronts the camera in a black, lacy bra paired with worn-looking loose trousers. Inside the magazine, Lorde wears a dramatic, plunging gown that flaunts her chest and slender figure. In her interview with Vogue Australia, Lorde says she chose What Was That to be the first single from her new album, Virgin, as she felt she had regained her voice through the uptempo track. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. In her interview, Lorde says she chose What Was That to be the first single from her new album, Virgin, as she felt she had regained her voice through the uptempo track Lorde also ruminated on what success means to her these days, and says it has changed. 'Success then was the cover of Rolling Stone, winning a Grammy, my friends thinking my EP was cool, my heroes shouting me out' she said. 'Success now is having the big moments feel like play and being fully aligned inside, not just having it look right on the outside.' It comes after the hitmaker sent fans into a frenzy with a surprise performance at Glastonbury on Friday, which saw her whip her top off in the sweltering heat. Thousands of fans flocked to the Woodsies stage after rumours of a set from the Royals hitmaker spread around Worthy Farm. Such was the excitement that bosses announced the stage had temporarily closed due to overcrowding shortly before her set began. The singer - who previously graced The Pyramid stage in 2022 - performed all of her biggest hits from Ribs to Green Light, as well as a rendition of her new album. The show came on the same day as she dropped supporters' jaws after unveiling the cover of her new vinyl - which featured a very racy photograph. The singer had already raised eyebrows with the project's main artwork, which features an x-ray of her pelvis - inter-uterine device included. However, the vinyl for Virgin - Lorde's fourth studio album and first since 2021's Solar Power - is even more explicit and features what appears to be her genitals beneath a pair of see-through plastic pants. Taking to social media to express their shock, some fans worried about their family members potentially seeing the NSFW cover. They shared on X/ Twitter: 'So the new Lorde vinyl just got delivered. I was not prepared for the insert'. Another said, 'Lorde really got her cat out like that on her vinyl huh?' one more wrote: 'My Lorde vinyl is getting delivered to my parent's house I'm scared [sic].' Others added: 'when you open your Virgin vinyl and see lordussy' and 'should've stayed curious about the Lorde vinyl'. However, not everyone was so critical of the vinyl's artwork and others described it as 'beautiful' and far from being shocking. 'A lot of you are being very weird about the Lorde vinyl cover… who tf cares if her lordeussy was out. It's just a body' someone wrote. 'Wait... Is this the new album art from Lorde that everyone is talking about? It's a beautiful photo, and the entire vinyl package is, too, but come on, it barely shows anything. No need for all the discourse. 90's Madonna would kill you all [sic].' Others said that the reaction to the vinyl was so extreme that they expected it to be a lot more explicit than it actually is. 'I really thought the Lorde vinyl insert would be a lot worse than people are saying it is, you guys are kinda dramatic' one said. Lorde is one of the highest-selling New Zealand singers of all time and her 2013 song Royals reached number one in America, eventually being certified 14 times platinum.

Annie Kilner shows off her incredible figure in a black bikini as she joins shirtless Kyle Walker after confirming they are back together on Florida family holiday
and Kyle Walker enjoyed some relaxing downtime by the pool on during a sun-soaked family holiday in Florida. The couple's relationship has made headlines as it was claimed it was 'as bad as it's ever been' after Annie, 33, served Kyle, 35, with divorce papers in October 2024. However, after enlisting their family to dog-sit back home, they then jetted off on a sun-soaked family holiday, with the Mail exclusively confirming this week that they are officially back together. With plans to divorce now in the past, the couple were seen chatting while at the pool with their kids - Roman, 12, Riaan, eight, Reign, six and five-month-old Rezon. Annie showed off her incredible figure in a plunging black bikini, which she styled with fitted bike shorts during their family day out. She fixed a pair of reflective shades on top of her raven tresses as she strolled alongside Kyle. The Manchester City ace put his toned frame and intricate tattoos on full display as he went shirtless in a pair of vibrant blue board shorts. The couple have been making the most of their time together on a five-star holiday to Disneyworld, where onlookers claimed the family seemed 'extremely happy'. They jetted off not long after Kyle returned from Italy, where he was on loan to AC Milan. This week, it emerged that the couple are back together after Lauryn Goodman told Annie that Kyle was the father of just her son Kairo, but also her newborn baby daughter Kinara. 'They are back together,' a friend exclusively told the Mail. 'This wasn't a 'make-or-break' holiday. It was a proper family trip where they were back together as man and wife. 'They flew off - leaving the dogs at home to look after the house - and they were determined to have a great time. 'Annie was obviously devastated and very, very angry about what Kyle did, so she threw him out for six months. After he moved back in they tried and tried. It was a hard process. 'Deep down, they both knew that they wanted to be together - but there were so many distractions.' Annie wore a pair of oval shades while she added another pair on top of her tresses at one point Annie had previously spotted with Kyle in Cheshire as they enjoyed a day out together after he jetted back to the UK, fuelling rumours of their reunion. Earlier, it had been claimed that Annie and Kyle's relationship was 'as bad as it's ever been', as the footballer ponders his next move following an unsuccessful spell at AC Milan. Kyle reportedly landed himself in hot water after he was seen partying with two models in Milan, prompting Annie to allegedly tell her husband to be 'incredibly careful'. The full-back is now back in the UK and according to pals had been 'barely speaking' with Annie, who was struggling to move on from the footballer's affairs with Lauryn. Kyle hoped his stint in Italy with the seven-time Champions League winners would trigger a fresh start for himself and Annie - who ended up staying in Cheshire with their kids. Being away from the 'noise' of his sex scandal was a major reason behind his hasty departure from Manchester City in January. But the Rossoneri have declined the opportunity to sign Kyle for an extra year, meaning he will now have to find another club. City boss Pep Guardiola indicated the defender has no future at the Etihad, despite having one year left on his contract. Lauryn fell pregnant with her son Kairo while Kyle was 'on a break' from Annie back in 2019, leading to him and Annie briefly separating. However, the childhood sweethearts got back together shortly afterwards and married in secret in 2022. But in the winter of that year, after another brief fling with Kyle, Lauryn once again fell pregnant with Kyle's baby and the following summer, his daughter Kinara was born. Annie then threw Kyle out of the family home two weeks later, and Kyle then spoke out about the situation, describing the relationship as 'stupid' and a 'mistake'. In turn, Lauryn hit back claim that his words were 'unimaginably cruel' towards her children, with a very public row and court case between Kyle and Lauryn following. Kyle and Annie don't yet know what their future together will bring, but Kyle is reportedly looking at offers from football teams in the UK and also Europe.

EXCLUSIVE I slept in my car 1,500m up the Alps - here's the luxurious element that made it much more comfortable than a tent
Like many people around the world, I've been camping plenty of times, and always in the standard way - with a trusted tent and sleeping bag, and stones on the ground in place of a mattress. But the idea of camping in a car is a new one on me - especially as the vehicle I'm spending the night in has a very comfy mattress and refrigerated drinks compartment included. Not only that, but I'm parked 1,500m up the Alps, with a perfect view of a snow-covered Mont Blanc peak in front of me, and grassy, imposing hills, peaks and mountain ranges on either side. It's a far cry from what I've been used to - roughing it in muddy fields and competing with huge families for the toilets and showers. I've driven up to the Mayeres Refuge in Sallanches - only accessible by foot or 4x4 vehicle - in a Dacia Bigster, along with only five other cars parked up to spend the night outside. While there's no nearby coffee shops or supermarkets to escape to, there's also no risk of being surrounded by screaming kids or loud snorers in the tent next door. However, as with any camping trip, the biggest challenge is setting up the tent - or, in this case, the car's Sleep Pack. It's available for £1,740 as an add-on when you buy a Dacia Bigster, Jogger or Duster, and is already halfway surmounted to begin - with no need to assemble any poles, dig holes into the grass, or fight with anyone else about which way up things go. It really is quite simple. The back seats of the car flip down and - hey, presto - a sleep pack essentially folds out inside the car to create a mattress. Underneath the box is storage space, so I have none of the usual hassle of condensation leaving my trainers soggy, and the storage box even flips out into a ledge or table. So with my 'bedroom' in order, I manage to set myself up with coffee and a book to enjoy the vast landscape and the quiet, before rolling over on to my comfy mattress to gaze up at the stars through the sunroof without a hint of pollution. The view is magical, and the perfect way to ease me into one of the other big challenges of camping - getting a full seven hours. And, thanks to no loud snorers in the tent next door, as well as amazing blackout blinds, I'm far more comfortable than I've ever been in a standard tent. In fact, I sleep all the way through to my 5.30am alarm (no way was I missing the sunrise over the top of Mont Blanc) and I'm not mad about the early wakeup at all. The first two hours of the morning, spent entirely alone, watching the sun rise over the mountain range, while tucked into a cosy nest of pillows, are beyond compare. There was no need to worry about being too far away from civilisation. I'm truly disconnected from the hustle of London and the big city, without any WiFi to so much as check in with my friends, and all I can think about is these beautiful views - pink, orange and blue haze from all angles. Even if you aren't a huge fan of the outdoors, there is something indescribable about an alpine sunrise - and here, the silence only adds to it. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat.
