A day after Hina Khan married her longtime beau, Rocky Jaiswal, she has resumed work now. On Thursday afternoon, the actress attended an event in Mumbai when she talked about getting married just 24 hours ago. Hina mentioned that she decided to attend the event because it was important to her and added that she lives by the mantra that 'work comes first".
'Work comes first. I got married yesterday. I had an important event to attend today. I wanted to be a part of it. Which is why I am here," she said.
Earlier in the day, Hina Khan, who is also battling cancer, was also snapped by the paparazzi as she arrived for the event. In a video that surfaced on social media, the actress was seen greeting everyone with folded hands as she also flaunted her million-dollar smile.
On Wednesday, Hina Khan surprised everyone when she announced her marriage to Rocky Jaiswal. The two tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony with only family members and close friends in attendance. Hina took to her Instagram handle and shared pictures from her dreamy wedding. The actress looked ethereal in a Manish Malhotra sari and jewels glowing as a bride while Rocky opted for a simple Manish Malhotra White Chicken Kurta for their intimate ceremony, which took place at home.
In the caption of her post, Hina wrote, 'From two different worlds, we built a universe of love. Our differences faded, our hearts aligned, creating a bond to last lifetimes.
