He said that from listening to his father's songs to singing in the church choir at a very young age, he always knew music was a gift meant for him.
'It has always been a part of me, I love making music to the point that back in high school, I once took my stationery money and bought studio equipment instead of books,' he said.
His music has a variety of genres, often including a touch of soul, a bit of groove vibes, and afro tech.
His artistic versatility arises from his experimental approach, which he developed as a result of transitioning from soul music to afro tech.
'I learnt to blend soul and afro tech music to create distinct soundscapes, I would say I'm a soulful person that likes to add a bit of aggression to my sounds,' he said.

'It is one of the biggest songs I have made that became a big deal for me. The song had the largest number of streams since I started in the industry.'
He recently released 'Imizamo' featuring Casey Ntuli, and people are loving the song.
'My songs always have meaning, I want people to find healing in my music as much as they are able to dance to it,' he said.
He said over the years in his journey, he has seen a lot of growth in himself and doors of opportunities have been opening for him.
'Having the opportunity to work with various artists from around the world who are already making waves in the industry has inspired me and helped me to improve and shape my sounds to the music it is today.'
He added that some of his songs have been played on the I Believe radio show by Oskido, and that for him, means big artists like Oskido believe in the sounds he produces.
Komfort Muziq encouraged aspiring musicians and producers to always maintain consistency in their work.
'Practice makes perfect, eventually, it will all make sense. Not everyone will enjoy your productions, but that's okay, your people are there, and people who like your style will always show up,' he said.
He further said he is currently working on several songs with multiple artists and plans to release an EP soon.

Times Square turns International Burger Day into month-long celebration

To celebrate International Burger Day, Times Square has transformed the day into a month-long celebration with two of its local restaurants offering mouth-watering burgers. The day is celebrated globally on May 28 every year and marks a celebration of the iconic and versatile burger. It is dedicated to honouring the delicious combination of a juicy patty, fresh toppings, and a soft bun that has become a culinary staple around the world. Sous chef Kgomotso Comfort Modise explained the meaning behind the day. 'We have realised that people love fast food, they want it fresh, tasty and well done; that is what keeps them coming for more.' Both restaurants marked the day with exclusive burger specials, offering the Appetite burger and Wagyu burger. Burger enthusiast Gugu Hadebe acknowledged the celebration. 'It is a great concept, especially for burger lovers like me. My favourite burger is the baconater because I'm a lover of bacon. I'm a burger fan in general, and it's mostly my first opinion meal,' she said. She emphasised that Burger Day must remain an annual celebration. 'It is a great concept for burger lovers and it's something to look forward to every year,' said Hadebe. Another burger enthusiast, Lesego Mojela, echoed the same sentiments. 'As a burger lover, I hope events like this can be hosted more often. As much as it is international, it must be made more relevant for people to indulge in different burgers.' Pairing of paint and wine adds a splash of joy to Mother's Day

Pairing of paint and wine adds a splash of joy to Mother's Day Pretoria's moms were celebrated this weekend, some in real style – as the weather held, many families gathered outside to enjoy a relaxed and cheerful Mother's Day, one of these were the Create, Paint & Sip Mother's Day event hosted at Villa Barranco in Waterkloof Glen. Friends, mothers, and daughters came together to enjoy a casual afternoon of painting, sipping wine, and spending quality time in the sun. Guests were welcomed with the freedom to choose from a variety of canvasses. Some followed outlines while others let their creativity run wild, turning blank spaces into colourful expressions of the day. The atmosphere was light and social, filled with conversation, laughter, and encouragement between tables. It wasn't about skill, but about enjoying the process and sharing the experience with loved ones. As paintings were completed, each participant posed proudly with their artwork, capturing the moment with smiles and snapshots. It became a playful highlight of the afternoon – everyone celebrating their personal masterpiece, no matter the style.
