While the smartphone may come with a plastic build like its predecessor, we expect some frame upgrades and new accessories.
Instead of an internal changeable panel, the smartphone has a new universal cover system with screws on the sides, and an additional camera sensor. Furthermore, Nothing's Akis Evangelidis also revealed that the Phone 2 Pro is more durable than its predecessor.
For display, the CMF Phone 2 Pro could feature a 6.7-inch flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and an optical in-display fingerprint sensor. On the sides, we can also expect the new Essential Key as the Nothing Phone 3a series.

Apart from these upgrades, the CMF Phone 2 Pro will also come with a charger in the box and a transparent phone case, making a big change of strategy, considering the previous generation model.
In terms of pricing, the CMF Phone 2 Pro will likely be announced at under Rs.20000 in India. However, expect the smartphone to be priced slightly higher than the CMF Phone 1 model, considering the upgrades and all the new additions in the retail box.

Nothing Headphone 1 confirmed to launch on July 1 alongside Nothing Phone 3

Nothing headphones Concept (Credit: X/@CarlPei) Nothing Headphone 1 launching on July 1 Nothing has partnered with UK-based audio firm KEF Nothing Phone 3 also launching on same day London upstart Nothing has confirmed its first over-ear headphones will launch officially on July 1, the same day it is launching the Nothing Phone 3. They are simply called the Nothing Headphone 1 keeping with Nothing's tradition of using category and version number to denote its products. While the overall design is a mystery, they will be expected to carry some element of transparency, giving away some of the technology inside. Nothing started its journey with audio in 2021 with the Nothing Ear 1 wireless earphones, so Nothing headphones aren't all that surprising news, though one wonders why it took so long to get there. As is often the case, Nothing cites the lack of compelling options as the big reason why it is getting into the headphones market. In a video released recently on YouTube, company executives said how they didn't like any existing product in the market while simultaneously slamming brands making premium headphones for not innovating enough. Nothing in fact went on to mock Sony's new WH-1000XM6 headphones while claiming its headphones would seemingly be better than Apple's AirPods Max. Technical details of these upcoming headphones aren't out yet though it is all but certain that Nothing will be using some tech and tuning from its newly onboarded partner, UK-based audio firm KEF. With the partnership, Nothing intends to expand into new audio categories 'with several acoustically co-developed products already in the works and launching later this year.' There is a very high possibility that the Nothing Headphone 1 will be the first product to make use of this co-branding/engineering. Reports suggest, Nothing will price them aggressively, with grape-vine hinting at a potential price tag of USD $299 which roughly translates to Rs 25,600 which is essentially XM6 territory. Apart from the Nothing Headphone 1, Nothing is also set to launch the Nothing Phone 3 on July 1. The Phone 3 will be Nothing's first true flagship phone with several big upgrades in tow including – but not limited to – the switch from glyph lighting to a dot matrix design. The Nothing Phone 3 is confirmed to launch in India on July 1 and will be sold via e-commerce platform Flipkart. The Nothing Headphone 1 will launch on the same day, giving prospective buyers one more category to look at from the house of Nothing. Watch this space for more updates. Nothing Phone 3 isn't the only launch coming on July 1; CEO Carl Pei confirms entry into new category

Nothing, over the last few months, has released several new products, including the Nothing Phone 3a series, as well as the CMF Phone 2 Pro. Now, on July 1, the company is all set to reveal the Nothing Phone 3, the company's true flagship. But it is not just the Nothing Phone 3 that is going to launch on July 1. Nothing's CEO, Carl Pei, at SXSW London on June 5, revealed that Nothing is going to be entering a new product line, and this is going to be headphones, called the Nothing Headphone 1. Nothing's CEO, Carl Pei, confirmed that Nothing Headphone 1 will indeed launch on July 1, the same date as the Nothing Phone 3 launch. This is notably going to be Nothing's first product in the over-ear audio category. 'Nothing Headphone (1) is coming very soon. Our first over-ear headphones are launching on July 1. A whole new product category for us as we continue to level up audio in 2025,' Carl Pei posted on X. However, it is certainly not going to be the brand's first audio product, as it has launched several truly wireless earbuds like the Nothing Ear Stick and Nothing Ear line, and more, including the CMF line, like the CMF Buds 2 Pro, and more. So far, the company has put out several teasers about the Nothing Phone. From the teasers, we do know that the phone will retain mostly the same design as its previous Nothing models, with industrial elements like exposed screws, etc. However, the company did reveal an interesting detail when it said that the company has killed the Glyph Interface. The company's CEO, Carl Pei, also replied to the same post on X, saying, 'RIP.' This is certainly an interesting move, but it is certainly not confirmed at the moment because Nothing seems to be teasing something. It could be possible that the company replaces the LED Glyph lighting interface with something else entirely, or perhaps it could be just wordplay, and we may get to see even more LEDs than before. Again, all should be confirmed on 1 July, when Nothing is going to launch the Nothing Phone 3 as well as the Headphone 1.
